Putting on the Bandage:
>The opening on which the small DARCO flag is attached is at the top.
>Roll the upper part of the bandage down to the upper edge of the silicone
inserts.
>Pull the bandage over the foot until the heel is properly positioned in the
anatomically knitted heel part. (1)
>The silicone inserts should then be positioned behind and below the
medial and lateral malleolus.
>Roll the upper part of the bandage back up and pull the bandage into
the correct position. (2)
>The DARCO Ankle Flex is properly positioned when the seam is centered
over the sole of the foot and the heel.
Anlegen der Bandage:
>Die Öffnung, an der das DARCO-Fähnchen angebracht ist, ist oben.
>Schlagen Sie den oberen Teil der Bandage bis zum oberen Rand der
Silikoneinlagen um.
>Ziehen Sie die Bandage so weit über den Fuß, bis die Ferse im anatomisch
gestrickten Fersenteil richtig sitzt. (1)
>Die Silikoneinlagen sollten dann hinter und unterhalb des Innen- bzw.
Außenknöchels positioniert sein.
>Schlagen Sie den oberen Bandagenteil wieder um und ziehen Sie

>Die DARCO Ankle Flex sitzt korrekt, wenn die Naht mittig über die Fuß­
sohle und Ferse verläuft.

>Dé la vuelta a la parte superior de la tobillera hasta llegar al borde

Colocação da bandagem:
>A abertura na qual se encontra a bandeira da DARCO está virada para cima.
>Dobre a parte superior da bandagem até ao bordo superior do reforço de
silicone.
>Puxe a bandagem por cima do pé até o calcanhar estar bem dentro da parte
própria do calcanhar com a sua forma anatómica. (1)
>Os reforços de silicone devem estar posicionados por trás e por baixo dos
artelhos interior e exterior.
>Agora desdobre a parte superior da bandagem e puxe-a até encontrar
a posição correta. (2)
>A DARCO Ankle Flex está corretamente colocada quando a costura estiver
a meio da sola e do calcanhar.

>Zorg dat de opening, waaraan het DARCO-etiket bevestigd is, naar boven
wijst.
>Sla het bovenste gedeelte van de bandage tot de bovenrand van de
siliconenelementen om.
>Trek de bandage zo ver over de voet heen, dat de enkel goed in het
anatomisch gebreide enkelgedeelte ligt. (1)
>De siliconenelementen moeten daarbij achter en onder de binnen- resp.
buitenenkel liggen.
>Sla het bovenste gedeelte van de bandage weer terug en trek de bandage
tot hij op de juiste plaats zit. (2)
>De DARCO Ankle Flex zit goed als de naad midden over de voet en de
enkel loopt.

>DARCO Ankle Flex sidder korrekt, når sømmen ligger midt på fodsålen
og hælen.

>Bandajın dikişi ayak tabanı ve topuğun ortasından geçiyorsa, DARCO
Ankle Flex doğru konumlandırılmıştır.

Kontraendikasyon:
>Alerjik, iltihabi veya yaralanmalardan kaynaklanan cilt değişimleri (örn.
şişmeler, kızarıklıklar)
>Dolaşım bozuklukları veya lenfatik yumuşak doku şişmeleri
>Tedavinin uygulandığı vücut bölgesinde ciltte nörojenik duyu ve beslenme
bozuklukları (cilt hasarları içeren veya içermeyen duyu bozuklukları)
>Ayakta kanlanma ve duyu bozuklukları, örn. Diabetes mellitus
