Mit dieser Unterschrift melde ich mein Kind verbindlich einer ausgewählten
Veranstaltung der PLAN B event company GmbH an.
Schadensersatzansprüche des Teilnehmers gegenüber dem Veranstalter,
gleich aus welchem Rechtsgrund sind ausgeschlossen, es sei denn der
Veranstalter, seine gesetzlichen Vertreter oder Erfüllungsgehilfen haben
vorsätzlich oder grob fahrlässig gehandelt . Dieser Haftungsausschluss gilt
nicht für die Verletzung von Leben, Körper und Gesundheit, die durch
fahrlässige Pflichtverletzungen des Veranstalters, seiner gesetzlichen
Vertreter oder seiner Erfüllungsgehilfen verursacht wurden und für
Ansprüche nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Ferner halte ich den
Veranstalter von Ansprüchen Dritter frei. Ich kenne und akzeptiere die
vorliegende Race Info. Ich bin mit der Veröffentlichung von Bild- und
Videomaterial von meinem Kind aus der Rennveranstaltung und dessen
Namen zum Beispiel auf Start- und Ergebnislisten einverstanden. Ich erkläre
mit meiner Unterschrift die Teilnahme an der Rennveranstaltung auf eigenes
Risiko und, dass mein Kind ausreichend gegen Unfälle auch im Ausland
versichert ist. Wir empfehlen jedem Teilnehmer dringend den Abschluss
einer Auslandskrankenversicherung mit Hubschraubereinsatz und
Krankenrückholtransport. Ich erkläre ausdrücklich, dass ich die Regeln
gelesen und verstanden habe, an mein Kind weiter gegeben habe und es
sich daran halten wird.
Der Veranstalter übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für den Inhalt des Gepäcks
noch für das Gepäckstück selbst, welches während der Veranstaltung vom
Veranstalter transportiert wird.
Mein Kind ist dadurch auf die Konsequenzen bei der Nichtbeachtung der
Regeln hingewiesen. Außerdem bin ich mir der Gefahren der Veranstaltung
bewusst und mein Kind nimmt freiwillig teil. Dies vorausgesetzt entbinde ich
den Veranstalter von jeglicher Haftung.

EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
With this signature, I bind my child to an event that is being held by PLAN B
event company GmbH. Compensation claims brought forward by the
competitor against the organiser, for whatever legal reason, are excluded.
This does not apply, if the organiser, his legal representatives or his
assistants in the execution of his duties have acted with intent or with gross
negligence or the organiser is duly liable due to accountable damage
resulting from injuries to the life, the body or the health of a person or the
breach of integral contractual obligations and claims of law on product
liability. I release any rights to any and all photo and video information
taken during the event of my child and agree to any publication there of and
the name of my child at public listed, for example, on start and result lists.
We strongly recommend to all participants to have a private abroad health
insurance, which includes helicopter use and patient transport back home.
The organizer assumes no liability whatsoever for the contents of the
luggage or the luggage item itself transported by the organizer during the
event. I hereby certify that I have read and explained it to my child and
he/she will accept the race info and the rules of this event.
My child knows the consequences resulting of non-compliance with the
rules. Furthermore I am aware of the dangers and risks of this event and
my child takes part voluntarily in the race.
On this assumption I relieve the organizer from any liability.
