Installationsschritte
Steps of the installation
Achtung, vor dem Öffnen des Gerätes muss dieses durch die
vorgesehene Trennvorrichtung in der elektrischen Anlage des
Gebäudes vom Versorgungsstromkreis getrennt werden.
The device should always be disconnected from the supply circuit
using the cut-off in the building's electrical system prior to opening
the device.
1. Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse.
1. Open the housing.
2. Installieren Sie die Kamera und bei Bedarf den 2-Drahtsender.
2. Install the camera and, if necessary, the two-wire transmitter.
3. Montieren Sie den Wandarm.
3. Install the wall mount.
4. Führen Sie die Kabel in das Gehäuse ein.
Die Kabeleinführungen sind für folgende Kabeldurchmesser
geeignet:
M12 – 3 bis 6,5mm
M16 – 5 bis 10mm
M20 – 10 bis 14mm
4. Feed the cables into the housing.
The diameters of the cables that can be fed through the cable
glands are as follows: M12 – 3 to 6.5 mm
M16 – 5 to 10 mm
M20 – 10 to 14 mm
5. Befestigen Sie das Gehäuse am Wandarm.
5. Attach the housing to the wall mount.
6. Verbinden Sie die Kabel mit der Anschlussplatine.
6. Connect the cables to the PCB board.
7. Installieren Sie das Netzteil im Gehäuse.
7. Install the power supply unit into the housing.
8. Schließen Sie Kamera, Transmitter und Netzteil an.
8. Connect the camera, transmitter and power supply.
9. Schließen Sie das Gehäuse.
9. Close the housing.
10. Sie können die Kamera jetzt in Betrieb nehmen.

Opening /closing the housing
1. Entfernen Sie die beiden Schrauben in der Mitte der Abdeckung auf der Rückseite (siehe Fig. 1, Punkt 3).
1. Unscrew the two screws placed on the side in the middle of the
rear cover plate (see Fig. 1, point 3).
2. Entfernen Sie den Gehäusemantel (Fig. 1).
2. Take the body out (Fig. 1).
3. Hängen Sie den Gehäusemantel an die Halterung (Fig. 1).
3. Hang the body on the holder (Fig. 1).
4. Entfernen Sie die äußere Schutzhülle des inliegenden
Silicagel-Beutels, bevor Sie das Gehäuse schließen.
Befestigen Sie den Silicagel-Beutel im Gehäuse.
4. Before closing the housing, remove the outer transparent cover
of the enclosed silica gel bag. Place the white bag inside the
housing and secure in front of the respective camera lens.
5. Achten Sie beim Schließen des Gehäuses darauf, dass sich
die Dichtungen zwischen den einzelnen Gehäuseteilen am
vorgesehenen Platz befinden und dass die Kabel nicht zwischen Gehäuse und Abdeckung eingeklemmt werden.
5. When closing the housing, make sure that the gaskets between
the individual parts of the housing are located as intended in
the rear/center or front part, and that no cables are caught
between the housing and the cover.
Kabelanschluss
Cable connection
1. Beim Anschluss der Leitungen ist darauf zu achten, dass die
Primärstromversorgungsleitungen getrennt von den Leitungen
des Sekundärkreise (SELV) zu führen sind.
1. Upon connecting cables, it should be ensured that the primary
current supply cable is insulated from secondary circuit (SELV)
cables.
2. Damit beim Versagen der Zugentlastung sich die Erdader
zuletzt von den Anschlussklemmen löst, muss die Erdader des
Stromversorgungskabels länger als die L- und N-Ader sein.
2. The ground wire should be longer than the L and N wires so
that the ground wire will be the last to lose contact if strain relief
fails.
3. Verwenden Sie für die Spannungsversorgung ausschließlich
Kabel des Typs: H05RN-F oder H05RN-H.
3. Use only the following cable types for power supply: H05RN-F
or H05RN-H.
4. Achten Sie beim Verlegen der Anschlusskabel unbedingt
darauf, dass diese nicht belastet, geknickt oder beschädigt
werden und keine Feuchtigkeit eindringen kann.
4. Pay attention to safety when routing the connection cable.
Route the cable so that it is not loaded, bent or damaged, and
so that no moisture can penetrate.
5. Die Adern des Netzkabels sollten in unmittelbarer Nähe des
Anschlussklemmenblocks fixiert werden.

Installation der Kamera
Installing the camera
Wir machen Sie darauf aufmerksam, dass die Stromversorgung
über die Anschlussplatine erfolgen kann (wenn vorhanden). Prüfen
Sie vorher jedoch, dass die korrekte Betriebsspannung verwendet
wird.
We wish to remind our customers that the power can be drawn from
the circuit board, if available, after checking that the correct supply
voltage is used.
1. Schieben Sie den internen Schlitten zur Seite, so dass sein
unterer Teil zugänglich wird.
2. Legen Sie den Isolationsring zwischen die 1/4”-Schraube und
den unteren Teil des Schlittens (Fig. 1, Punkt 2), stecken Sie
das Distanzstück zwischen die Kamera und den oberen Teil
des Schlittens (Fig. 1, Punkt 1), ziehen Sie die Schraube fest
an und richten Sie die Kamera wie gewünscht aus.
3. Verwenden Sie bei Bedarf die zusätzlichen Abstandsstücke,
um die Kamera korrekt zu positionieren oder das Zoomobjektiv
abzustützen (falls vorhanden).
4. Schieben Sie den Schlitten wieder in seine Ausgangsposition.
5. Schließen Sie die Kamera an der Anschlussplatine an Stecker
J1 oder J4 an (Fig. 6). Beachten Sie hierbei die jeweilige
Spannungsversorgung der Kamera (12 V, 24 V oder 230 V).
1. Move the internal slide sideways to provide access to its lower
part.
2. Put the insulating washer between the 1/4” screw and the lower
part of the slide (Fig. 1, point 2), set the insulating spacer
between the camera and the upper part of the slide (Fig. 1,
point 1), tighten the 1/4” screw and position the camera as
required.
3. If necessary use the additional spacers for a correct positioning
of the camera or to support the zoom lens (when fitted).
4. Re-set the slide in the working position.
5. Connect the camera to the connection PCB at Port J1 or J4
(Fig. 6). Please note the respective power supply of the camera
(12 V, 24 V or 230 V).

Installing the 2-wire transmitter
1. Der 2-Drahtsender kann direkt auf die Platine gesteckt werden.
(Stecker J7).
1. The two-wire transmitter can be plugged directly onto the PCB
(connector J7).
2. Schließen die das Modul an der Kamera an. Beachten Sie
hierbei die Montageanleitung der jeweiligen Kamera.
2. Connect the module to the camera. Follow the installation
instructions for the particular camera in doing so.

z Entnehmen Sie die Maße zur Montage der Wandarme den

Gehäuse nur mit den Kabelverschraubungen und somit nur bei
der Verwendung des CHBS2310 der Dichtigkeitsklasse IP66
entsprechen. Bei Verwendung des CHSB2010 entspricht das
Gehäuse der Dichtigkeitsklasse IP55. Hierfür sind für die
beigefügte Dichtung Löcher zu bohren die ca. 1 mm kleiner sind
als der Durchmesser der verwendeten Anschlussleitungen.
z Es darf nur das vorgesehene Befestigungsmaterial verwendet
werden.

with screwed cable glands and thus correspond only to the IP66
sealing class when the CHBS2310 is used.
When using the CHSB2010, the housing corresponds to the IP55
sealing class. The holes to be drilled for the supplied seals must
be about 1 mm less in diameter than the connecting cables used.
z Only the intended fastening material should be used.
z The fastening material has to hold 4 times the device's weight.

Je nach Bedarf stehen zwei verschiedene Netzteile zur Verfügung.

requirements.

1. Befestigen Sie das Netzteil an dem Befestigungswinkel im
Gehäuse. Verwenden Sie die Schrauben des Netzteils
(Fig. 5).
2. Stecken Sie den sechspoligen Anschlussstecker in den mit J5
bezeichneten Anschluss (Fig. 6).
Beachten Sie bei der Montage des Netzteils, dass die max.
Biegeradien der verwendeten Kabel nicht überschritten werden.
Ggf. führen Sie die Kabel hinter dem Netzteil vorbei.
1. Fix the power supply to the body of the housing using the
corner bracket and screws supplied in the camera power supply
kit (Fig. 5).
2. Insert the six-pin connector at the end of the cable into the
correspondent one on the support circuit, identified by J5
(Fig. 6).
Die Netzteile der Kamera sind nicht für den Heizerschaltkreis,
sondern nur für Kamera und Transmitter geeignet. Bei
Nichtbeachtung kann die Stromversorgung ausfallen.
When installing the power supply, avoid bending the cables beyond
their max. bending radius. If necessary, the cables can be routed
around the rear of the power supply.
Camera power supply modules will not power heater circuits and
must power cameras and transmitter only. Failure to observe this
will result in power supply failure.
