The 8-inch Scotch-Brite™ Radial Bristle Brush is highly
suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications due to its
large surface area, one-inch width, and high concentration
of 3M™ Cubitron™ Abrasive Grain. TC brushes feature
curved bristles for extra conformability, while TS
brushes feature straight bristles which can be run in
either direction and offer aggressive cleaning and
deburring. The 6-inch TA brush aggressively cleans and
deburrs, and the 3-inch disc works in tighter areas and
can be used on most die grinders.

Introdução:
Os Produtos Bristle são abrasivos tridimensionais moldados na forma de discos
radiais, utilizando uma resina polimérica impregnada com mineral Regalite (uma mistura
patenteada de mineral óxido de alumínio marrom eletrofundido e óxido de alumínio
cerâmico Cubitron de alto desempenho). Os Produtos Bristle foram desenvolvidos para
competir no mercado de escovas de aço e escovas de cerdas, como também completar a
linha de produtos Scotch-Brite convencionais, tais como discos e folhas.
Eles possuem propriedades únicas, concebidas para
aumentar a produtividade nas seguintes aplicações:

Remoção de adesivos, tintas e outros tipos de revestimentos;
Limpeza de oxidação e de outros contaminantes das
superfícies em locais de difícil acesso, tal como canaletas;

não ocorrer a ruptura do mesmo; sendo que a rotação ideal de uso para os Discos Bristle
Radial 3” por exemplo é entre 15.000 ~ 20.000 RPM.
