are due and payable prior to arrival in Canada.

If requested, tuition and homestay fees may be paid in
two payments: August 20 for Semester 1; January 10 for
Semester 2.

There will be no refund of tuition after the semester has

If a student engages in illegal activity and is mandated to

After reviewing the documents and approving the application, we will email a Letter of
Acceptance and a Custodian Agreement. We will send the originals by mail.

We will begin the process of matching the student with a Canadian homestay family.

When you receive the Letter of Acceptance and Custodian Agreement in the mail, you can
apply for your study permit/visa from Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
