Doppler da artéria uterina com 11-13 sem: Metodologia
Via transabdominal
• Identificar artérias uterinas:
- corte sagital do colo
- mapeamento colorido
- mover transdutor de um lado para o outro
- Artérias estão ao nível do OI colo uterino
• Tamanho da amostra: 2 mm para cobrir todo o
vaso
• Ângulo de insonação: menor que 30º
• Pico de velocidade sistólica: maior que 60 cm/s
• PI médio: média (direito + esquerdo / 2)
