the third level of an apartment building in central, yet quiet location in Lörrach.
The apartment runs over two levels. On the lower level is the living and dining
room with corner couch, TV and access to one of the two balconies, as well as a
dining are with room for up to 10 people and the guest toilet. On the upper
level is a bathroom with shower and bathtub and the three bedrooms. One of
the bedroom is furnished with a double bed and built-in cabinet and the other
two have each a single bed and wardrobes. The spacious kitchen is furnished
and completely equipped. Washing machine is available. Monthly rent is EUR
2,420.00. Tenant s responsible for garbage pick-up fees. Extra is also the final
cleaning fee. WLAN is available until December, costs are EUR 35.00 per month.
Starting December, tenant has to sign-up for Internet service himself.
