ELECTION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
1.1. Dr. DANIEL MIGUEL KLABIN was unanimously elected to perform as
Chairman of the Board of Directors until the installation of his successor
elected in meeting to be held after the Regular Meeting of 2012. Next,
Dr. Daniel Miguel Klabin took on the conduction of the works, and the
agenda was examined.

the installation of their successors elected by the Board of Directors after the
