OBRA KOLPING DO BRASIL
International Meeting of Youth Kolping while World Youth Day (WYD)
The Youth Kolping of Brazil invites all young Kolping from all over the world for a time of exchange,
reflection and enjoyment as part of your stay during the days of WYD.
Our meeting will take place on 23 July 2013 with the following schedule:
10h00 - Opening with the musical group Samba Esporte Fino
10:30 - Speech of the Praeses from Brazil (Padre Pedro Arnold Silva) and message of the President of the
OKB – (Wagner Santana)
11.00 – Live music of Samba Esporte Fino
11:30 - Presentation of the groups (Youth Kolping)
12.30 - Speech of the director of the National Youth Kolping Brazil (Erick Ávila)
13h00 – Finished
Location: Clube dos Servidores do Rio de Janeiro
Street: Rua Pinto Azevedo no. 105 (corner with Ulisses Guimarães, next to the metro station Estácio,
behind the Prefeitura of Rio de Janeiro).
How to go there:
1) By train: Take the subway line 1 and get off at the station Estácio.
2) By bus:
a. From Center of Rio de Janeiro: take any line passing through Avenida Presidente
Vargas and get off in the area of the Cidade Nova.
b. From International Airport of Galeão: Walke until Vinte de Janeiro avenue, next the
number 1455 (about 350 meters) and take the bus 324 or 326, on way to Castelo and get
off bus stop BRS 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5, I – Cidade Nova, walk until Pinto de Azevedo
street 105 (about 700meters).

c. From bus station: Walk until Francisco Bicalho avenue
next the number 791, take
the bus 110 on way to Jardim de Alah on way to Rebouças. get off Estácio de Sá street
number 143, walk until Pinto de Azevedo street 105 (about 160 meters).
