RANGE
COMPOSITION
The range consists of 6 fan assisted models
of 1430 liter refrigerated cabinets that offer
excellent standards in terms of performance
and efficiency. These models come in fridge,
-2° C and +10° C versions, and are available
with full, glass or half doors.

CONSTRUCTION
FEATURES
� Digital control with cabinet temperature
display and setting, manual activation of
defrost cycle (glass door models also include
internal light switch). Fully compliant HACCP
digital temperature controls include visible
alarms.
� Right and left hinged, self closing,
lockable doors with the possibility of opening
up to 180°.
� Door switch stops the fan when door is
opened to avoid cold air exiting the cell, thus
saving energy
� Removable triple-chamber balloon
magnetic gasket to improve insulation and
reduce energy consumption
� Operating temperatures can be adjusted
from -2 to 10° C or +2 +10° C (on glass door
models) to suit both meat and dairy storage
requirements.
� Performance guaranteed at an ambient
temperature of 43° C; on glass door
refrigerator models, performance guaranteed
at an ambient temperature of 32° C.
� Constructed from the highest quality AISI
304 Stainless steel. Interior and exterior (feet
included) in AISI 304 and back panel in
galvanised steel. Interior base with corners,
pressed from a single sheet.
� Stainless steel runners and supports
feet, with castors as an option. Prearranged
for plinth installation.

easily removable runners and grids allow for
ease of cleaning and high hygiene standards.
� Cleaning-free condenser: the structure of
the wire frame condenser prevents dust and
grease accumulation thus avoiding periodical
cleaning operations and reducing energy
consumption.
� Refrigerant type: R134a.
� Automatic evaporation of the defrosting
water by hot gas on the top.
� Hidden evaporator thus guaranteeing
higher storage capacity and less corrosion
problems.
� Remote refrigeration unit to suit operating
condition on selected model.
� Automatic defrost.
� Evaporator features 60mm thick insulation
which can be easily removed with a single
operation. Evaporator easily accessible from
the top and even from the internal cell for fast
mantenance.
� Easy access to the main components for
an easy maintenance.
� Large storage area suitable to contain 2/1
GN grids or shelves in anti-tilt runners.
� Internal structure with numerous charging
positions available to host grids for a higher
net capacity and greater storage space.
� Cabinet fitted with up to 75 mm thickness
of cyclopentane insulation for best insulating
performance with 100% environmental
protection.
� Bottom of the internal cell is prearranged
for water drain.
� Optimized back to front forced air flow
provide even temperature distribution and
fast cooling in any conditions.
� Extremely quiet operation.
� Prearranged to fit RS485 port to connect
to a remote computer and integrated HACCP
systems.
� RILSAN coated grids for improved
protection.
� Provided with Schuko type plug.
� CFC and HCFC free insulation.
� Models certified as class 6 by the CECED
Italia energy classification board are
estimated to provide a potential annual
savings in terms of energy costs of 320 €
when replacing a refrigerator in class 1 with
one in class 6 of equivalent volume
(according to a CECED Italia study based on
an energy cost of 0,17 €/kWh and an
