Natureza e estrutura das frutas e hortaliças de importância econômica. Tipos de perdas em póscolheita de frutas e hortaliças. Fisiologia e bioquímica. Desordens patológicas e fisiológicas.
Classificação de desordens em frutas e hortaliças. Classificação dos agentes causadores de
doenças em pós-colheita. Diagnose e Métodos de controle de doenças pós-colheita em frutas e
hortaliças.

Unidade 07 – Princípios de diagnose de doenças pós-colheita em frutas e hortaliças
Unidade 08 – Quiescência de patógenos em doenças pós-colheita em frutas e hortaliças
