Advertencias de seguridad
¡Antes de la primera puesta en funcionamiento, lea atentamente
este manual de instrucciones y respete ante todo las instrucciones
de seguridad! Todas las operaciones en y con este aparato deben
realizarse tal y como están descritas en este manual de
instrucciones. Guarde este manual de instrucciones para su uso en
el futuro. Si cede el aparato a otra persona, le rogamos que
adjunte también las presentes instrucciones de uso.
No permita que los niños toquen aparatos eléctricos
Este aparato no ha sido concebido para ser utilizado por personas (incluyendo
niños) con discapacidad física, sensorial o psíquica, o por aquellas que no tengan
la suficiente experiencia o conocimientos, a no ser que, para su propia seguridad,
sean supervisadas por una persona responsable o reciban de ella las
correspondientes instrucciones sobre su utilización.
Para asegurarse de que los niños no jueguen con el aparato, vigílelos.
Las pilas y las pilas recargables pueden representar un peligro de muerte si se
tragan. Mantenga por ello las pilas fuera del alcance de los niños pequeños. En
caso de ingestión accidental de una pila hay que avisar inmediatamente a un
médico.
Mantenga también el embalaje y los plásticos de protección de la pantalla
alejados de los niños. Existe el peligro de asfixia.
Coloque el aparato de forma segura
El aparato ha sido diseñado sólo para uso particular. Utilice el aparato
exclusivamente en habitaciones de vivienda o similares.
Para evitar cualquier caída del aparato, coloque todos los componentes sobre
una base estable, nivelada y libre de vibraciones al ponerlo en funcionamiento.
Preste atención a
 que el aparato no esté expuesto a fuentes directas de calor (p. ej., la
calefacción);
 que el aparato no esté expuesto a la luz solar directa;
 que el aparato no entre en contacto con agua o humedad;
 que no se encuentren fuentes de fuego (p. ej. velas encendidas) cerca o
sobre el aparato;
 que no se coloquen recipientes llenos de líquido (jarrones o similares) sobre
el aparato;

no tape las ranuras de ventilación para que esté siempre garantizada una
ventilación suficiente.

Mantenga la toma de corriente accesible
EN
Conecte el aparato sólo a una toma de corriente (230 V ~ 50 Hz) bien accesible y
PT cercana al lugar de emplazamiento. Para que el aparato pueda desconectarse
rápidamente de la corriente, el enchufe debe permanecer accesible.
Durante el funcionamiento, desenrolle el cable completamente.
Desconecte el aparato tirando de la clavija, no tirando del cable.
Para evitar que alguien tropiece, no utilice cables de prolongación.
No haga nunca reparaciones por su cuenta
En caso de desperfectos de la clavija, del cable de conexión o del aparato, o si
han entrado líquidos o cuerpos extraños en el interior del aparato, desenchufe el
aparato enseguida.
¡Peligro!
No intente en ningún caso abrir y/o arreglar Usted mismo el
aparato. ¡Existe riesgo de descarga eléctrica!
Con el fin de evitar accidentes, en caso de mal funcionamiento del aparato
diríjase al Medion Service Center o a otro taller especializado.

Indicaciones referentes a las pilas
El mando a distancia necesita una pila redonda de 3V. Para ello, observe las
siguientes indicaciones:
 Mantenga las pilas alejadas de los niños. Si alguien se tragara una pila
accidentalmente, acuda inmediatamente a un médico.
 No cargue nunca pilas no recargables. ¡Riesgo de explosión!
 No ponga nunca en cortocircuito las pilas o los bornes de conexión del
aparato.
 Nunca exponga las pilas a un calor excesivo como radiación solar, fuego o
similares.
 No deforme o desmonte las pilas. Puede dañarse las manos o los dedos o el
líquido de las pilas puede entrar en sus ojos o manchar su piel. En caso de
contacto con el ácido de las pilas, enjuagar inmediatamente las zonas
afectadas con abundante agua limpia y acudir inmediatamente a un médico.
 Evite golpes fuertes y sacudidas.
 Antes de colocar las pilas, limpie los contactos de las pilas y del aparato en
caso de que sea necesario.
 Tenga en cuenta la polaridad de las pilas. Preste atención a que los polos
positivos (+) y negativos (-) estén colocados correctamente para evitar
cortocircuitos.
 Retire inmediatamente del aparato las pilas descargadas.
 Si no va a utilizar el aparato durante un tiempo prolongado, extraiga las pilas
del mismo.
 Aísle los contactos de las pilas con una cinta adhesiva si desea guardarlas o
eliminarlas.
Nota sobre carga electroestática
Si el aparato no funcionara debidamente por una carga electroestática, reinicie el
aparato desenchufándolo durante algunos instantes de la red.

 Retire todos los materiales de embalaje. Retire también el plástico de la
pantalla.

No permita que los niños pequeños jueguen con el plástico.
¡Existe peligro de asfixia!
Compruebe el volumen de suministro
Compruebe que el suministro está completo, y, si no fuera este el caso, avísenos
dentro de un plazo de 14 días después de la compra. Con el pack adquirido ha
recibido:
 1 sistema de sonido
 1 cable de red
 4 adaptadores iPod
 1 mando a distancia
 1 pila (CR2025)
 1 cable de audio
 Este manual de instrucciones y la tarjeta de garantía
Colocación de las pilas en el mando a distancia
El mando a distancia necesita una pila redonda de 3 V, CR2025.
 Extraiga el compartimento para las pilas.
 Introduzca la pila en el compartimento, con el polo positivo hacia arriba.
 Vuelva a introducir el compartimento.

Conexión a la red
Utilice solamente el cable de red suministrado.
 Enchufe la clavija de conexión en la toma AC IN de la parte posterior del
aparato.
 Conecte el adaptador de red a una toma de fácil acceso de 230 V ~ 50 Hz.
El aparato se encuentra ahora en el modo standby. El indicador rojo standby se
ilumina y en la pantalla aparece la indicación de la hora, iluminada débilmente
(en el primer funcionamiento): 00:00:00).
Conectar un aparato externo
A la conexión AUX IN L/R se puede conectar un
aparato de audio cuyo sonido desea que salga del
sistema de sonido.
 Ponga el aparato en el modo standby.
 Desconecte su aparato externo.
 Introduzca la clavija roja y blanca de un cable
cinch en las tomas de entrada de color
correspondiente AUX IN.
 Conecte el otro extremo del cable
Cinch a su aparato externo.
 Conecte su aparato externo.
 Seleccione en el sistema de sonido con SOURCE la fuente AUX-IN.

Conectar y desconectar

 Con la tecla STANDBY del aparato o del mando a distancia se conecta el
aparato desde el modo standby. La lamparilla standby se apaga y en la
pantalla aparecerá la indicación “WAIT”.
PT  Para apagar el aparato vuelva a pulsar STANDBY.
Ahora el aparato se encuentra nuevamente en el modo Standby.
 Para desconectar el aparato completamente desenchúfelo de la red.
Ajuste de la hora y del despertador
Se puede realizar los siguientes ajustes de la hora:
 reloj ,

primera hora del despertador



segunda hora del despertador
,
tipo del alarma (“BUZZER”),
hora de repetición de alarma (“SON”).
,
Gracias a una pila instalada en el aparato se mantienen los ajuste de la hora
cuando se desenchufe el aparato de la red.
Realizar los ajustes de la hora y del despertador
Rogamos que observe que la pantalla se apaga después de 5 segundos si
no se realiza ninguna introducción.
 Ponga el aparato en el modo standby.
 Mantenga pulsada la tecla SLEEP del aparato o TIME/SLEEP del mando a
distancia durante algunos segundos hasta que aparezca la hora y hasta que
parpadee la indicación de la hora.
 Ajuste con / la hora.
 Pulse TIME/SLEEP.
 El indicador de los minutos parpadea.
Ajuste con /los minutos.

 Pulse TIME/SLEEP.
 Aparecerá la primera hora de alarma del despertador y la indicación de la
hora parpadea.
Ajuste con /la hora para ALARM 1.
 Pulse TIME/SLEEP.
 El indicador de los minutos parpadea.
Ajuste con / los minutos para ALARM 1.
 Pulse TIME/SLEEP.
 Aparecerá el tipo de alarma para la hora ajustada:
BUZZER: se escuchará un tono de alarma;
USB: al conectarse el aparato accede al aparato USB.1
CARD: al conectarse el aparato acceda a la tarjeta de memoria;
IPOD: se conecta el iPod;
RADIO: se conecta la radio;
AUX-IN: al conectarse el aparato acceda a la entrada AUX.
 Seleccione con /el tipo de alarma para ALARM 1.
 Aparecerá la segunda hora de alarma del despertador y la indicación de la
hora parpadea.
Ajuste con / la hora para ALARM 2.
 Pulse TIME/SLEEP.
 El indicador de los minutos parpadea.
Ajuste con / los minutos para ALARM 2.
 Pulse TIME/SLEEP.
 Seleccione con / el tipo de alarma para ALARM 2.
SNO
 Aparecerá la hora SNOOZE en minutos. Si se apaga el despertador con
SNOOZE, este volverá a sonar después de los minutos ajustados.
Ajuste con / los 5 hasta 12 Minutos para la hora SNOOZE.

El requisito para ello es que el aparato correspondiente esté conectado.
Si con el tipo de alarma se ha seleccionado un aparato que a la hora del
alarma no esté conectado se activa como alternativa el tono de alarma
("BUZZER")

Después de unos segundos la indicación se apaga automáticamente y los ajustes
ES han terminado.

Encender y apagar el despertador
Después de la indicación SNOOZE volverá a aparecer la hora. Si se ha ajustado
ALARM1 y/o ALARM2, en la pantalla parecerá el símbolo de alarma
y/o
. En este momento del ajuste de la hora se puede
correspondiente
encender y apagar el despertador:
 Para encender o apagar ALARM1 pulse la tecla ALARM1.
: ALARM1 está conectada;
Si aparece el símbolo
: ALARM1 está desconectada.
Si no aparece el símbolo
 Para encender o apagar ALARM2 pulse la tecla ALARM2.
: ALARM2 está conectada;
Si aparece el símbolo
: ALARM2 está desconectada.
Si no aparece el símbolo

PT Activar el tipo de alarma
Radio o aparato conectado
El sistema de sonido debe encontrase en el modo standby.
Si Usted desea ser despertado por la radio o un aparato conectado, pruebe
antes si se ha ajustado un volumen suficiente.
Tono de alarma (“BUZZER”)
El sistema de sonido puede estar conectado o encontrarse en el modo standby. Si
está apagado, primero la hora del despertador aparecerá en la pantalla, luego se
oirá un tono de alarma.
El tono de alarma se conecta de un volumen bajo que aumentará poco a poco. El
tono de alarma sonará durante 1 minuto.
Desactivar el tono de alarma
Se puede desactivar el tono de alarma de la siguiente manera:
 SNOOZE: El despertador se apagará durante los minutos ajustados y volverá
a sonar. Esto se puede repetir de hasta diez veces.
 Se activa la función SNOOZE también de la siguiente manera:
– si suena ALARM1 pulse la tecla ALARM2 del aparato;
– si suena ALARM2 pulse la tecla ALARM1 del aparato.

Desactivar el alarma completamente:
– si suena ALARM1 pulse la tecla ALARM1 del aparato;
– si suena ALARM2 pulse la tecla ALARM2 del aparato.
El tono de alarma se apaga.
Comprobar los ajustes de la hora
 Pulse en el modo standby brevemente TIME/SLEEP repetidas veces para que
aparezca la hora para ALARM1 o ALARM2.
El orden de las indicaciones es el mismo como durante el ajuste (véase página
13).
Desconexión automática (“SLEEP”)
 Cuando el aparato está conectado mantenga pulsada la tecla TIME/SLEEP
durante unos segundos. En la pantalla aparece OFF.
 Pulse TIME/SLEEP repetidas veces para ajustar la hora de desconexión en
pasos de 10 minutos: 00 minutos > 10 minutos > 20 minutos etc., hasta 90
minutos.
Si el temporizador SLEEP está activado, en la pantalla aparecerá “SLEEP”.
Restablecer el estado de suministro
Se puede restablecer todos los ajustes de hora del estado de suministro
manteniendo pulsada la tecla MUTE en el modo de standby.
La hora vuelve a comenzar en 00:00:00.
Ajustes de sonido
Volumen
 Pulse VOL +/ – del aparato o del mando a distancia para subir o bajar el
volumen. Aparecerá el nivel de volumen (máximo 30).
EQ – Ecualizador
 Pulse repetidas veces la tecla EQ del mando a distancia para acceder
sucesivamente a los siguientes ajustes de sonido: CLASSIC, POP, JAZZ, ROCK y
FLAT (ajuste básico).
Función sin sonido
 Pulse brevemente la tecla MUTE del mando a distancia para apagar el sonido.
En la pantalla parpadea el símbolo .

 Pulse MUTE o VOL+/– para volver a conectar el sonido.

El aparato recibe la banda de frecuencia FM (UKW).
 Conecte el aparato y selecione la función de raido con la tecla SOURCE.
Aparecerá la pantalla de la radio.

PT Búsqueda y memorización de emisoras
Memorizar automáticamente
 Conecte la función de radio.
 Pulse la tecla SCAN del mando a distancia.
Se inicia una búsqueda y memorización automática de emisoras. Las
posiciones de memoria con las frecuencias aparecerán sucesivamente.
La radio puede memorizar hasta 20 emisoras FM.
Búsqueda automática
 Se pueden ajustar emisoras individuales automáticamente, manteniendo
pulsada las teclas SEARCH  o . La búsqueda se detendrá al encontrar la
siguiente emisora potente.
Búsqueda manual
 Se puede ajustar la frecuencia manualmente pulsando brevemente SEARCH
 o . A cada pulsación de tecla la frecuencia se mueve por 0.05 MHz.
Memorizar manualmente




Ajuste una emisora que desee memorizar.
Pulse la tecla MEMORY. En la pantalla parpadea “MEM”.
Seleccione con CH+/–  /  la posición de memoria deseada.
Vuelva a pulsar MEMORY para memorizar la emisora en esta posición de
memoria.
Acceder a la emisora memorizada
 Con las teclas CH+/–  /  se mueve Usted de una posición de memoria a la
otra. Aparecerá brevemente el número.

Funcionamiento con medios de almacenamiento
Soportes de datos reproducibles
Los soportes de datos reproducibles son:
 USB-Memory-Stick o reproductor MP3 (versión USB 1.1 y 2.0). Rogamos que
observe que no se puede garantizar al cien por cien la compatibilidad con
todos los Memory Sticks.
 Tarjeta de memoria SD/MMC.
Las funciones de reproducción son casi todas idénticas para estos
archivos de datos y por ello se describen conjuntamente en este
manual de instrucciones.
Formatos reproducibles
El aparato puede reproducir archivos de datos de MP3 y WMA.
Acerca de MP3 y WMA
Los formatos de MP3 y WMA son formatos de compresión de Windows para
datos de audio. WMA significa “Windows Media Audio” y es más reciente que el
formato MP3.
Para poder ser reconocidos, los archivos MP3/WMA deben haber sido grabados
con las correspondientes extensiones de archivo *.mp3 o *.wma.
Al crear discos MP3 se pueden grabar, dependiendo del programa de grabación,
los denominados “ID3-Tags”. Estos ID3-Tags pueden contener información
como el nombre del intérprete, el nombre de la obra y eventualmente más
información.
Con la función MP3 de su aparato se pueden leer estos ID3-Tags y hacer que
aparezcan en la pantalla.
Conexión de aparatos USB
 Conecte el USB-Stick o un reproductor MP3 en la
toma USB del lado posterior del aparato.
En la pantalla aparece “MEDIA” y la reproducción se
iniciará automáticamente.
A la izquierda de la pantalla aparece “U” para “USB”.

ES Introducir la tarjeta
DE
 Introduzca la tarjeta de memoria con la esquina
achaflanada delante y la derecha y los contactos
hacia abajo en la ranura para tarjetas del lado
posterior del aparato.
 Conecte el aparato con STANDBY y seleccione
con SOURCE la función “CARD”.
En la pantalla aparece “MEDIA” y la reproducción se
iniciará automáticamente.
A la izquierda de la pantalla aparece “C” para “CARD”.

PT En cuanto estén introducidos los dos medios de almacenamiento se podrá
cambiar entre los medios con SOURCE.
Funciones de reproducción
PLAY, PAUSE, STOP, SKIP
 Pulse  del aparato o del mando a distancia para iniciar la reproducción.
En la pantalla aparece el tiempo de reproducción.
 Vuelva a pulsar para interrumpir la reproducción. En la pantalla
aparece el símbolo de pausa .
 Vuelva a pulsar  para reanudar la reproducción.
 Pulse del mando de distancia para detener la reproducción. En la pantalla
aparece brevemente el número total de títulos.
 Para saltar al inicio de un título pulse  o .
 Si se mantiene pulsado  o  se inicia una búsqueda rápida.
REPEAT – Función de repetición
 Pulse repetidas veces durante la reproducción o en el modo stop la tecla
REPEAT para ajustar una de las siguientes funciones de repetición:
 R – OFF: ninguna repetición.
 R – ONE: se repite el título actual.
 R – ALL: se repiten todos los títulos.

Modo iPod
Introducir el iPod
Se pueden utilizar con el aparato los modelos actuales iPod2con excepción del
iPod shuffle e iPhone.
En el suministro están incluidos cuatro cargadores:
 Ponga el sistema de sonido en el modo standby.
 Abra la tapa del iPod y coloque su iPod en el
cargador.
 Si el iPod no se adapta exactamente, coloque un
adaptador en el cargador.
 Antes de retirar el iPod vuelva a conectar el sistema de sonido en el modo
standby.
Cargar el iPod
En cuanto se haya colocado el iPod en la estación de sonido se cargará la batería
del iPods, independientemente si la estación de sonido esté en el modo standby
o si esté conectada.
Reproducción
 Conecte el aparato con STANDBY y seleccione con la tecla SOURCE el modo

dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben sind. Bewahren Sie diese
Bedienungsanleitung für den weiteren Gebrauch auf. Falls Sie das
Gerät weitergeben, händigen Sie bitte auch diese
Bedienungsanleitung aus.

Das Gerät sicher aufstellen
Das Gerät ist nur für den privaten Gebrauch geeignet. Verwenden Sie das Gerät
ausschließlich in Wohn- oder ähnlichen Räumen.
Stellen und betreiben Sie alle Komponenten auf einer stabilen, ebenen und
vibrationsfreien Unterlage, um Stürze des Gerätes zu vermeiden.
Achten Sie darauf, dass
 keine direkten Wärmequellen (z. B. Heizungen) auf das Geräte wirken;
 kein direktes Sonnenlicht auf das Gerät trifft;
 der Kontakt mit Feuchtigkeit, Wasser oder Spritzwasser vermieden wird;
 keine offenen Brandquellen (z.B. brennende Kerzen) in der Nähe oder auf
dem Gerät stehen;
 keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Gefäße (Vasen oder ähnliches) auf ein
Geräteteil gestellt werden;

das Gerät nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe von Magnetfeldern (z. B. TV-Gerät
oder anderen Lautsprechern) steht;
dass die Lüftungsschlitze nicht verdeckt sind, damit immer eine ausreichende

Netzanschluss zugänglich lassen
Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine gut erreichbare und leicht zugängliche
Netzsteckdose (230 V ~ 50 Hz) an, die sich in der Nähe des Aufstellortes befindet.
Für den Fall, dass Sie das Gerät schnell vom Netz nehmen müssen, muss die
Steckdose frei zugänglich sein.
Wickeln Sie das Kabel für den Betrieb vollständig ab.
Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel stehts am Stecker aus der Steckdose, ziehen Sie nicht
am Kabel.
Um Stolperfallen zu vermeiden, verwenden Sie keine Verlängerungskabel.
Niemals selbst reparieren
Ziehen Sie bei Beschädigung des Steckers, der Anschlussleitung oder des Gerätes
oder, wenn Flüssigkeiten oder Fremdkörper ins Innere des Gerätes gelangt sind,
sofort den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
Gefahr!
Versuchen Sie auf keinen Fall, das Gerät selber zu öffnen und/oder
zu reparieren. Es besteht die Gefahr des elektrischen Schlags
Wenden Sie sich im Störungsfall an das Medion Service Center oder eine andere
geeignete Fachwerkstatt, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.

ES Batteriehinweise
DE Die Fernbedienung benötigt eine 3V-Knopfzelle. Beachten Sie hierzu folgende
Hinweise:
EN  Halten Sie Kinder von Batterien fern. Sollten versehentlich Batterien
PT verschluckt worden sein, melden Sie dies bitte sofort Ihrem Arzt.
 Laden Sie niemals nicht aufladbare Batterien. Explosionsgefahr!
 Schließen Sie die Batterien und die Anschlussklemmen des Geräts niemals
kurz.
 Setzen Sie Batterien niemals übermäßiger Wärme wie durch Sonnenschein,
Feuer oder dergleichen aus.
 Zerlegen oder verformen Sie die Batterien nicht. Ihre Hände oder Finger
könnten verletzt werden oder Batterieflüssigkeit könnte in Ihre Augen oder
auf Ihre Haut gelangen. Sollte dies passieren, spülen Sie die entsprechenden
Stellen mit einer großen Menge klaren Wassers und informieren Sie
umgehend Ihren Arzt.
 Vermeiden Sie starke Stöße und Erschütterungen.
 Batterie und Gerätekontakte vor dem Einlegen bei Bedarf reinigen.
 Vertauschen Sie niemals die Polarität. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Pole Plus (+)
und Minus (-) korrekt eingesetzt sind, um Kurzschlüsse zu vermeiden.
 Entfernen Sie verbrauchte Batterien sofort aus dem Gerät.
 Entfernen Sie die Batterien aus Ihrem Gerät, wenn dieses über einen längeren
Zeitraum nicht benutzt wird.
 Isolieren Sie die Kontakte der Batterien mit einem Klebestreifen, wenn Sie
Batterien lagern oder entsorgen wollen.
Hinweis zur elektrostatischen Aufladung
Sollte das Gerät aufgrund elektrostatischer Aufladung nicht ordnungsgemäß
funktionieren, setzen Sie das Gerät zurück, indem Sie es vorübergehend vom
Netz trennen.

Auspacken
 Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial. Ziehen Sie auch die Folie vom
Display ab.

Lassen Sie kleine Kinder nicht mit Folie spielen. Es besteht
Erstickungsgefahr!

Bitte überprüfen Sie die Vollständigkeit der Lieferung und benachrichtigen Sie
uns bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach dem Kauf, falls die Lieferung nicht
komplett ist. Mit dem von Ihnen erworbenen Paket haben Sie erhalten:

Batterie in die Fernbedienung einlegen
Die Fernbedienung benötigt eine Knopfzellen-Batterie 3 V, CR2025.
 Ziehen Sie das Batteriefach heraus.
 Legen Sie die Batterie mit dem Pluspol nach oben in das Fach.
 Schieben Sie das Fach wieder ein.

ES Netzanschluss
DE Verwenden Sie das mitgelieferte Netzkabel.
 Stecken Sie den Gerätestecker in die Buchse AC IN auf der Rückseite des
EN Geräts.
 Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine leicht zugängliche Netzsteckdose 230 V ~ PT 50 Hz.
Das Gerät ist nun im Standby-Modus. Die rote Standby-Anzeige leuchtet und im
Display erscheint schwach leuchtend die Uhranzeige (im Erstbetrieb: 00:00:00).
Externes Gerät anschließen
An den Anschluss AUX IN L/R können Sie ein
Audiogerät anschließen, dessen Ton Sie auf dem
Sound System ausgeben möchten.
 Schalten Sie das Gerät in den Standby-Modus.
 Schalten Sie Ihr externes Gerät aus.
 Stecken Sie den roten und weißen Stecker eines
Cinchkabels in die farblich entsprechend
gekennzeichneten AUX IN-Eingangsbuchsen.
 Das andere Ende des Cinchkabels verbinden Sie
mit Ihrem externen Gerät.
 Schalten Sie Ihr externes Gerät ein.
 Wählen Sie am Sound System mit SOURCE die Quelle AUX-IN.

Grundfunktionen
Ein- und ausschalten
 Mit der Taste STANDBY am Gerät oder an der Fernbedienung schalten Sie das
Gerät vom Standby-Modus ein. Die Standby-Leuchte erlischt und es erscheint
die Anzeige “WAIT” im Display.
 Um das Gerät auszuschalten, drücken Sie wieder STANDBY.
Das Gerät befindet sich nun im wieder im Standby-Modus.
 Um das Gerät ganz auszuschalten, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker ab.
Zeit- und Weckeinstellungen
Sie können in einem Zuge folgende Zeiteinstellungen vornehmen:

Dank einer im Gerät eingebauten Batterie bleiben die Zeiteinstellungen
erhalten, wenn Sie das Gerät vom Netz nehmen.
Zeit und Weckeinstellungen vornehmen
Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Display nach ca. 5 Sekunden erlischt, wenn
keine Eingabe gemacht wird.
 Schalten Sie das Gerät in den Standby-Modus.
 Halten Sie die Taste SLEEP am Gerät bzw. TIME/SLEEP auf der
Fernbedienung für einige Sekunden gedrückt, bis die Uhrzeit erscheint und
die Stundenanzeige blinkt.
 Stellen Sie mit / die Stunden für die Uhrzeit ein.
 Drücken Sie TIME/SLEEP.

RADIO: es schaltet sich das Radio ein;
AUX-IN: beim Einschalten greift das Gerät auf den AUX Eingang zu.
 Wählen Sie mit mit / die Weckart für ALARM 1.
PT  Es erscheint die zweite Weckzeit und die Stundenanzeige blinkt.
Stellen Sie mit / die Stunden für ALARM 2 ein.
 Drücken Sie TIME/SLEEP.
 Die Minutenanzeige blinkt.
Stellen Sie mit / die Minuten für ALARM 2 ein.
 Drücken Sie TIME/SLEEP.
 Wählen Sie mit mit / die Weckart für ALARM 2.

Voraussetzung ist natürlich, dass das jeweilige Gerät angeschlossen ist.
Wenn bei der Weckart ein Gerät ausgewählt ist, das zur Zeit des Alarms
nicht angeschlossen ist, wird ersatzweise der Weckton („BUZZER“)
aktiviert.

 Es erscheint die SNOOZE-Zeit in Minuten. Wenn Sie den Wecker mit SNOOZE
abstellen, ertönt er nach der eingestellten Minutenzahl wieder.
Stellen Sie mit / die 5 bis 12 Minuten für die SNOOZE-Zeit ein.
Nach einigen Sekunden erlischt die Anzeige automatisch und die Einstellungen sind
abgeschlossen.
Wecker ein- und ausschalten
Nach der SNOOZE-Anzeige erscheint wieder die Uhrzeit. Wenn ALARM1 und/oder
ALARM2 eingestellt wurde, erscheint das entsprechende Alarmsymbol
und/oder
im Display. An dieser Stelle der Zeiteinstellung können Sie den
Wecker ein- und ausschalten:
 Um ALARM1 ein- oder auszuschalten, drücken Sie die Taste ALARM1.

Weckart aktivieren
Radio oder angeschlossenes Gerät
Das Sound System muss im Standby-Modus sein.
Wenn Sie sich durch das Radio oder ein angeschlossenes Gerät wecken
lassen wollen, probieren Sie vorher aus, ob eine genügend hohe
Lautstärke eingestellt ist.
Weckton („BUZZER“)
Das Sound System kann eingeschaltet oder im Standby-Modus sein. Wenn es
aussgeschaltet ist, leuchtet zur Weckzeit zunächst das Display auf, dann erklingt
der Alarmton.
Der Weckton schaltet sich leise ein und wird langsam lauter. Er erklingt für 1
Minute.

ES Weckton ausschalten
DE Sie können den Weckton auf folgende Weise ausschalten:
 SNOOZE: Der Wecker geht für die eingestellte Minutenzahl aus und ertönt
dann erneut. Dies können Sie bis zu zehn Mal wiederholen.
 Sie aktivieren die SNOOZE-Funktion auch folgendermaßen:
– Wenn ALARM1 ertönt, drücken Sie die Taste ALARM2 am Gerät;
– Wenn ALARM2 ertönt, drücken Sie die Taste ALARM1 am Gerät.
 Alarm ganz ausschalten:
– Wenn ALARM1 ertönt, drücken Sie die Taste ALARM1 am Gerät;
– Wenn ALARM2 ertönt, drücken Sie die Taste ALARM2 am Gerät.
Der Weckton geht aus.
EN PT Zeiteinstellungen überprüfen
 Drücken Sie im Standby-Modus TIME/SLEEP wiederholt kurz, um
nacheinander die Einstellungen für Uhrzeit und ALARM1 oder ALARM2
anzuzeigen.
Die Reihenfolge der Anzeigen ist dieselbe wie bei der Einstellung (siehe Seite 12).
Automatische Abschaltung („SLEEP“)
 Halten Sie bei eingeschaltetem Gerät die Taste TIME/SLEEP ein paar
Sekunden gedrückt. Es erscheint OFF im Display.
 Drücken Sie TIME/SLEEP wiederholt, um die Abschaltzeit in 10-MinutenSchritten einzustellen: 00 Minuten > 10 Minuten > 20 Minuten etc. bis 90
Minuten.
Bei aktivierten SLEEP-Timer erscheint „SLEEP” im Display.
Auslieferungszustand herstellen
Sie können alle Zeiteinstellungen auf den Auslieferungszustand stellen, indem Sie
im Standby-Modus die Taste MUTE gedrückt halten.
Die Uhrzeit beginnt wieder bei 00:00:00.

Toneinstellungen
Lautstärke
 Drücken Sie VOL +/ – am Gerät oder an der Fernbedienung, um die Lautstärke
zu erhöhen bzw. zu verringern. Der Lautstärkelevel wird eingeblendet
(maximal 30).
EQ - Equalizer
 Drücken Sie die Taste EQ auf der Fernbedienung wiederholt, um
nacheinander folgende Klangeinstellungen aufzurufen: CLASSIC, POP, JAZZ, ROCK
und FLAT (Grundeinstellung).
Stummschaltung
 Drücken Sie die Taste MUTE kurz auf der Fernbedienung, um den Ton stumm
zu schalten. Im Display blinkt das Symbol .
 Drücken Sie MUTE oder VOL+/–, um den Ton wieder einzuschalten.

ES Radiobetrieb
DE Das Gerät empfängt das Freqenzband FM (UKW).
 Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und wählen Sie ggf. die Radiofunktion mit der
Taste SOURCE. Es erscheint das Radio-Display:
EN PT Sendersuche und -speicherung
Automatisch speichern
 Schalten Sie die Radiofunktion ein.
 Drücken Sie die Taste SCAN auf der Fernbedienung.
Es startet eine automatische Sendersuche und -speicherung. Die
Speicherplätze mit den Frequenzen werden nacheinander kurz eingeblendet.
Das Radio kann bis zu 20 UKW-Sender speichern.
Automatisch suchen

SEARCH  bzw.  etwas gedrückt halten. Beim nächsten stärkeren Sender
hält die Suche an.
Manuell suchen
 Sie können die Frequenz manuell einstellen, indem Sie SEARCH  bzw. 
kurz drücken. Bei jedem Tastendruck bewegt sich die Frequenz um 0.05 MHz.





Stellen Sie einen zu speichernden Radiosender ein.
Drücken Sie die Taste MEMORY. Im Display blinkt „MEM“.
Wählen Sie mit CH+/–  /  den gewünschten Speicherplatz.
Drücken Sie wieder MEMORY, um den Sender auf diesem Speicherplatz zu
speichern.
Gespeicherten Sender aufrufen
 Mit den Tasten CH+/–  /  bewegen Sie sich von Speicherplatz zu
Speicherplatz. Die Nummer wird kurz eingeblendet.

Abspielbare Datenträger
Abspielbare Datenträger sind:
 USB-Memory-Stick oder MP3-Player (USB-Version 1.1 und 2.0). Bitte
beachten Sie, dass die Kompatibilität mit allen Memory Sticks nicht zu 100
Prozent gewährleistet werden kann.
 Speicherkarte SD/MMC.
Die Abspielfunktionen für diese Datenträger sind weitgehend identisch
und werden in dieser Anleitung daher zusammen beschrieben.
Abspielbare Formate
Das Gerät kann MP3- und WMA-Datenträger wiedergeben.
Über MP3 und WMA
Das MP3- und WMA-Format sind Windows-Kompressionsformate für AudioDaten. WMA steht für „Windows Media Audio“ und ist jünger als das MP3Format.
MP3-/WMA-Dateien müssen zur Erkennung mit entsprechenden
Dateierweiterungen, wie z.B. *.mp3 oder *.wma, abgespeichert sein.
Beim Erstellen von MP3-Disks können, abhänging vom Erstellungsprogramm, so
genannte „ID3-Tags“ vergeben werden. In diesen ID3-Tags können
Informationen wie der Name des Interpreten, der Name des Stücks und ggf.
weitere Informationen enthalten sein.
Diese ID3-Tags können mit der MP3-Funktion Ihres Gerätes ausgelesen und im
Display angezeigt werden..

DE  Stecken Sie den USB-Stick oder einen MP3Player in die USB-Buchse auf der Rückseite des
Geräts.

Wiedergabefunktionen
PLAY, PAUSE, STOP, SKIP
 Drücken Sie am Gerät oder auf der Fernbedienung, um die Wiedergabe zu
starten. Im Display erscheint die Wiedergabezeit.
 Drücken Sie  wieder, um die Wiedergabe zu unterbrechen. Im Display
erscheint das Pause-Zeichen .
 Drücken Sie  wieder, um die Wiedergabe fortzusetzen.
 Drücken Sie  auf der Fernbedienung, um die Wiedergabe zu stoppen. Das
Display zeigt kurz die Gesamtzahl der Titel.
 Um an den Anfang eines Titels zu springen, drücken Sie  oder .
 Wenn Sie Sie  oder  gedrückt halten, starten Sie einen Schnellsuchlauf.
REPEAT – Wiederholfunktion
 Drücken Sie während der Wiedergabe oder im Stopp-Modus die Taste
REPEAT wiederholt, um eine der folgenden Wiederholfunktionen
einzustellen:
 R – OFF: Keine Wiederholung.
 R – ONE: Der aktuelle Titel wird wiederholt.
 R – ALL: Es werden alle Titel wiederholt.

iPod-Betrieb
ES DE iPod einsetzen
EN Sie können die aktuellen iPod2-Modelle, mit Ausnahme des iPod shuffle und
iPhone, mit dem Gerät
benutzen.
Es sind vier Ladeschalen
mitgeliefert:
 Schalten Sie das Sound System in den Standby-Modus.
 Öffnen Sie die iPod-Abdeckung und setzen Sie
Ihren iPod in die Ladeschale.
 Falls der iPod nicht genau passt, setzen Sie
vorher einen der Adapter in die Ladeschale.
 Bevor Sie den iPod entnehmen, schalten Sie
das Sound System wieder in den StandbyModus.
PT iPod laden
Wenn der iPod in die Sound Station eingesetzt ist, wird der Akku des iPods
geladen, unabhängig davon, ob die Sound Station im Standby-Modus oder
eingeschaltet ist.
Wiedergabe
 Schalten Sie das Gerät mit STANDBY ein und wählen Sie ggf. mit der Taste
SOURCE den iPOD-Modus. Im Display erscheint “PLAY” und dann die
Uhrzeit.
 Drücken Sie ; und die Wiedergabe vom iPOD beginnt.
 Sie können nun die üblichen Wiedergabefunktionen (, , )
anwenden (vgl. Seite 20).
 Drücken Sie PLAYLIST+/–, um zur nächsten oder vorherigen Playliste zu

Setting up the appliance safely
This device is intended for private use only. Only use the product in residential
rooms or similar areas.
Set up and operate all components on a stable, level and vibration-free surface to
prevent the loudspeaker from falling down.
Always ensure that
 there are no direct heat sources (e.g. heaters) that could affect the device;
 the device is not placed in direct sunlight;
 there is no contact with moisture, water and splashes;
 naked flames (such as lit candles) are not placed near or on the device;
 no liquid-filled containers (e.g. vases) are placed on any part of the device;
 the device is not placed close to magnetic fields (e.g. television sets or other
speakers);
 the vents are uncovered so as to ensure there is always adequate ventilation.

Ensure that the mains power socket is easily accessible.
Only connect the device to a power point (230V ~ 50Hz) that is easy to reach and
is close to the place where you have set the device up. The socket outlet must be
freely accessible so that you can unplug the device from the mains quickly, if
necessary.
Unwind the cable fully when using the appliance.
To disconnect the appliance from the mains, always pull on the plug rather than
on the cable.
To avoid the risk of tripping, please avoid using extension cables.
Never carry out repairs yourself
If the plug, power cable or the device is damaged or if liquids or foreign bodies
enter the device, remove the plug immediately from the socket.

Never try to open and/or repair the appliance yourself. There is a

ES Battery information

The remote control requires one 3 V button battery. Please note the following:
 Keep batteries away from children. Contact your doctor immediately if a
EN battery is swallowed.
PT  Never charge non-rechargeable batteries. Risk of explosion!
 Never create a short-circuit between the batteries and connection terminals
of the device.
 Never expose the batteries to excessive heat such as sunlight, fire or similar.
 Do not dismantle or deform the batteries. Your hands or fingers could get
injured or battery fluids could get into your eyes or onto your skin. If this
should happen, then rinse the affected areas immediately with a large
amount of clean water and contact your doctor immediately.
 Avoid heavy impacts and vibrations.
 Clean the contacts on the battery and appliance before inserting.
 Always observe the correct polarity. Make sure that the plus (+) and minus (-)
poles are correctly inserted to avoid short circuits.
 Remove spent batteries from the appliance immediately.
 Remove the batteries from the device if you do not intend to use it for a long
period of time.
 Cover the contacts of the batteries with sticky tape if you want to store or
dispose of them.
Information on electrostatic charge.
If the device does not work correctly because of electrostatic charge, reset it by
disconnecting it from the mains for a short time.

Unpacking
 Remove all packaging materials. Remove the plastic film from the screen.

Do not let children play with the plastic wrapping. There is a risk of
suffocation.

Inserting the battery in the remote control
The remote control requires one 3 V button battery, type CR2025.
 Pull out the battery compartment.
 Insert the battery into the battery compartment with the positive pole facing
up.
 Slide the compartment back into place.

Mains connection
ES Use the mains cable supplied.

 Connect the plug on the mains cable with the AC IN socket on the rear of the
EN device.
 Plug the mains plug into an easily accessible socket (230 V ~ 50 Hz).
PT The player is now in standby mode. The red standby indicator is now lit and the
time is shown on the screen with a weak light (for first use: 00:00:00).
Connecting an external device
Connect an audio device for which the sound system will play the sound to the
AUX IN L/R socket.
 Switch the player to standby mode.
 Switch off your external device.
 Insert the red and white plugs of a cinch cable into the appropriately marked
AUX IN input sockets.
 Plug the other end of the cinch cable into
your external unit.
 Switch your external unit on.
 On the sound system use SOURCE to
select AUX-IN.

Basic functions
Switching on/off
 You switch the device to standby mode with the STANDBY button on the
device or on the remote control. The standby light goes off and “WAIT” is
shown on the screen.
 To switch off the device, press STANDBY again.
The device is now back in standby mode.
 Pull out the plug to switch the device off completely.
Time and alarm settings
You can make the following settings at the same time:

Thanks to the built-in battery, the time settings are retained if you unplug
the device from the mains.
Setting the time and the alarms
Please note that the screen goes blank after about 5 seconds if no entry is
made.
 Switch the player to standby mode.
 Hold down the SLEEP button on the device or TIME/SLEEP on the remote
control for a few seconds until the time is displayed and the hour display
flashes.
 Use / to set the hour for the time.

If a device is selected for the alarm type that is not connected when the

SNO
 The SNOOZE time is shown in minutes. If you switch off the alarm with
SNOOZE, it sounds again after the set number of minutes.
Use / to set 5 to 12 minutes as the SNOOZE time.
After a few seconds the display goes out automatically and the settings are
complete.
Switching the alarm on or off
After the SNOOZE display the time is shown again. If ALARM1 and/or ALARM2
have been set the relevant alarm icon

Radio or connected device
EN The sound system must be in standby mode.
PT If you want to be woken by the radio or a connected device, test in
advance if the volume is loud enough.
Buzzer (“BUZZER”)
The sound system can be switched on or in standby mode. If it is switched off
when the alarm goes off, first the display lights up and then the alarm sounds.
The buzzer starts quietly and slowly gets louder. It sounds for 1 minute.
Switch off buzzer
You can switch the buzzer off like this:
 SNOOZE: The alarm goes off for the set number of minutes and then sounds
again. You can repeat this up to 10 times.
 You also activate the SNOOZE function like this:
– If ALARM1 sounds, press the ALARM2 button on the device;
– If ALARM2 sounds, press the ALARM1 button on the device.
 Switch alarm off completely:
If ALARM1 sounds, press the ALARM1 button on the device;
– If ALARM2 sounds, press the ALARM2 button on the device.
The buzzer goes off.
Checking time settings
 In standby mode press TIME/SLEEP repeatedly briefly to display the settings
for the time and ALARM1 or ALARM2 in succession.
The order of the displays is the same as when setting them (refer to Page 12).
Automatic switch-off (“SLEEP”)
 When the device is on, hold down the TIME/SLEEP button for a few seconds.
OFF is shown on the screen.
 Press TIME/SLEEP repeatedly to set the switch-off time in 10 minute intervals:
00 minutes > 10 minutes > 20 minutes, etc. up to 90 minutes.
When the SLEEP timer is activated “SLEEP” is shown on the screen.

Restoring factory settings
You can restore the factory settings for all time settings by holding down the
MUTE button in standby mode.
The time goes back to 00:00:00.
Setting the volume
Volume
 Press VOL+/ – on the device or on the remote control to increase or decrease
the volume. The volume level is displayed (maximum 30).
EQ – Equaliser
 Press the EQ button on the remote control repeatedly, to set the following
sound settings: CLASSIC, POP, JAZZ, ROCK and FLAT (default setting).
Mute
 Briefly press the MUTE button on the remote control to mute the sound. The
display shows a flashing
icon.
 Press MUTE or VOL+/– to switch the sound on again.

Radio mode
ES The device receives the FM waveband.
 Switch the device on and select the radio function with the SOURCE button.

Automatic saving
 Switch the radio function on.
 Press the SCAN button on the remote control.
An automatic channel search and save starts. The memory spaces with the
frequencies are shown briefly in succession.
The radio can store up to 20 FM stations.
Automatic search
 You can automatically set individual stations by holding down the SEARCH
 or  buttons for a while. The search stops at the next station with
relatively strong reception.
Manual search
 You can manually set individual stations by holding down the SEARCH  or
 buttons briefly. The frequency moves 0.05 MHz each time you press the
button.
Manually saving stations




Tune in a station that you would like to save.
Press the MEMORY button. “MEM” flashes on the display.
Use CH+/–  /  to select the desired memory space.
Press MEMORY again to save the station in this memory space.
Calling up the stored station
 Use CH+/–  /  to move from one memory space to another. The number
is displayed briefly.

Operation using data storage media
Playback media
Playback media are:
 USB memory stick or MP3 player (USB version 1.1 and 2.0). Please note the
not all memory sticks can be guaranteed to have 100 percent compatibility.
 SD/MMC memory card.
The playback functions for these media are largely identical and have
therefore been described together in these instructions.
Playable formats
The device can play MP3 and WMA media.
About MP3 and WMA
MP3 and WMA formats are Windows compression formats for audio data. WMA
stands for “Windows Media Audio” and was introduced more recently than the
MP3 format.
MP3 and WMA files must be saved with the correct file extension – *.mp3 or
*.wma – in order to be recognised.
“ID3 tags” can be allocated when MP3 discs are made, depending on the
creation programme. These ID3 tags contain information such as the name of the
musicians, the name of the track and possibly other information.
The ID3 tags can be read by your device’s MP3 function and then shown on the
display.
Connecting a USB device
 Insert the USB stick or MP3 player into the USB
socket on the front of the device.
The screen shows “MEDIA” and playback starts
automatically.
On the left of the screen is “U” for “USB”.

 Insert the memory card into the card slot on the front of the appliance, with EN the bevelled corner right and to the front and the contacts facing down.
 Switch on the device using STANDBY and use SOURCE to select the “CARD” PT function.

If both memory media are used you can switch
between the media with SOURCE.

You can use all current iPod2 models with the device with the exception of the
iPod shuffle and iPhone.
Four charging cradles are
supplied:
 Switch the sound system to standby mode.
 Open the iPod cover and place your iPod in the
charging cradle.
 If the iPod does not fit precisely place one of
the adapters into the charging cradle.

When the iPod is inserted into the sound station the iPod’s batteries are charged
no matter whether the sound station is in standby mode or switched on.

 Switch on the device using STANDBY and use
SOURCE to select the iPod mode. The screen
shows “PLAY” and then the time.
 Press ; and the iPod starts to play.
 You can now use the usual playback functions (, , ) (see Page
20).
 Press PLAYLIST+/– to move to the previous or next playlist.
 Press  to move to the next/previous track in the playlist.
 You can also use the REPEAT function.
Please note that the relevant information will appear on the iPod display
and not on the device display.

Press the MENU button to open the iPod menu.
Use the arrow keys  and  to select the menu entries.
Use the arrow key  to open a submenu.
Activate the selected menu option by pressing ENTER.
Use MENU or to go back one level in the menu.
Close the iPod menu using MENU.

instruções com atenção e siga estritamente as indicações de segurança!
Todos os trabalhos efectuados no e com este aparelho devem ser
efectuados como descritos neste manual. Guarde este manual para uso
posterior. Se pretender entregar este aparelho, por favor junte-lhe o
manual de instruções.
EN PT Manter os aparelhos eléctricos fora do alcance de
crianças
Este aparelho não se destina a ser utilizado por pessoas (incluindo crianças) com
capacidades físicas, sensoriais ou mentais limitadas ou com falta de experiência e/ou
conhecimento, a não ser que se encontrem sob vigilância de uma pessoa responsável pela
sua segurança ou se dela obtiverem instruções sobre como utilizar o aparelho.
As crianças têm de estar sob vigilância para se certificar que estas não brincam com o
aparelho.
Pilhas/baterias podem causar risco de vida ao serem ingeridas. Por isso, mantenha as
pilhas fora do alcance de crianças. Se uma pilha for ingerida, procure imediatamente
ajuda médica.
Da mesma forma, mantenha as películas da embalagem e de protecção do ecrã fora do

Posicionar o aparelho de forma segura
O aparelho destina-se apenas ao uso privado. Utilize o aparelho exclusivamente em
habitações ou espaços semelhantes.
Coloque todos os componentes a funcionar sobre uma base estável, plana e sem
vibrações, de forma a evitar a queda do aparelho.
Certifique-se de que

não há fontes directas de calor (por ex. aquecimentos) a incidir sobre o aparelho;

ou luz solar directa a incidir sobre o aparelho;

evitar o contacto com humidade, água ou água com gás;

não há fontes de combustão (p.ex. velas acesas) próximo ou sobre o aparelho.

não colocar recipientes com líquidos (vasos, etc.) sobre qualquer parte do aparelho;

o aparelho não se encontra nas proximidades de campos magnéticos (por ex.
televisores ou outras colunas);

que as ranhuras de ventilação não estejam cobertas, para que haja sempre uma
ventilação suficiente.

Deixar a tomada eléctrica acessível
Ligue o aparelho apenas a uma tomada (230 V ~ 50 Hz) de fácil acesso, que se encontre
nas imediações do local onde colocou o referido aparelho. A tomada eléctrica deve estar
bem acessível para o caso de necessitar de desligar rapidamente o aparelho da rede.
Desenrole todo o cabo para o funcionamento.
Retire o cabo de rede da tomada puxando sempre pela ficha e nunca pelo cabo.
Não utilize extensões, para evitar que se tropece nelas.
Nunca reparar o aparelho por iniciativa própria
No caso de danos na ficha, cabo de ligação ou do aparelho ou se entrarem líquidos ou
corpos estranhos para dentro do aparelho, retire imediatamente a ficha da tomada.
Perigo!
Nunca tente abrir e/ou reparar o aparelho. Existe risco de choque
eléctrico!
Em caso de avaria, dirija-se ao serviço de assistência técnica Medion ou a uma loja
especializada, para evitar perigos.

Indicações relativas à bateria
O telecomando necessita de uma pilha de 3V do tipo botão. Observe as seguintes
indicações:

Mantenha as pilhas fora do alcance das crianças. Caso uma pilha seja engolida
inadvertidamente, consulte de imediato o seu médico.

Nunca carregue pilhas não recarregáveis. Perigo de explosão!

Nunca curto-circuite as pilhas e os terminais de ligação do aparelho.

Nunca exponha as pilhas a um calor excessivo, como através de raios solares, fogo ou
semelhante.

Não decomponha ou deforme as pilhas. Pode ferir as suas mãos ou os seus dedos ou
pode entrar para os olhos ou para a pele o líquido das pilhas. Caso aconteça alguma
destas situações, limpe as respectivas áreas afectadas com bastante água limpa e
informe imediatamente o seu médico.

Evite choques fortes e vibrações.

Se necessário, limpe os contactos do aparelho e das pilhas antes de as colocar.

Não troque a polaridade. Tenha atenção a que os pólos positivos (+) e negativo (-)
estão correctamente colocados, de forma a evitar curto-circuitos.

Retire imediatamente as pilhas gastas do aparelho.

Retire as pilhas do seu aparelho, caso este não seja utilizado durante algum tempo.

Isole os contactos das pilhas com fita adesiva quando pretender guardar ou retirar as
pilhas.
Indicação relativamente à descarga electrostática
Se o aparelho não funcionar correctamente devido a uma descarga electrostática, reponha
o aparelho, separando-o da rede.

Na ligação AUX IN L/R pode ligar um aparelho de áudio, cujo som deseje emitir no
sistema de som.

Ligue o aparelho no modo Standby.

Desligue o seu aparelho externo.

Insira o conector vermelho e branco de um cabo RCA na tomada de entrada AUX
identificados com as cores correspondentes.

A outra extremidade do cabo Cinch deve ser
ligada ao aparelho externo.

Ligue o seu aparelho externo.

Seleccione a fonte AUX-IN através da opção
SOURCE no sistema de som.

Ligar/desligar



Prima a tecla STANDBY no aparelho ou no
televisor para ligar o aparelho. A luz de Standby
desliga-se. São exibidas indicações no ecrã.
Para desligar o aparelho, prima a tecla STANDBY.
Agora o aparelho encontra-se novamente em
modo Standby e o visor está desligado.
Para desligar por completo o aparelho, retire a ficha da tomada.
Ajustes de tempo e despertador
Pode efectuar de uma só vez os seguintes ajustes de hora:

É exibido o tempo de SNOOZE em minutos. Quando desligar o despertador através
do SNOOZE, este soa novamente após os minutos ajustados.
Ajuste de 5 a 12 minutos através das teclas / para o tempo de SNOOZE.
Após alguns segundos, a indicação apaga-se automaticamente e as configurações estão
concluídas.


Quando é seleccionado um aparelho no tipo de despertador, que não esteja ligado para o tempo do alarme, o so
de despertar ("BUZZER“) é activado em substituição.

Ligar e desligar o despertador
Após a indicação de SNOOZE, surge novamente o relógio. Se o ALARM1 e/ou o ALARM2
foram configurados, surge no visor o símbolo de alarme correspondente
ajustes de hora pode ligar e desligar o despertador:

Para ligar ou desligar o ALARM1, prima a tecla ALARM1.

Activar tipo de despertador
Rádio ou aparelho ligado
O sistema de som deve encontrar-se no modo Standby.
Se desejar ser despertado pelo rádio ou por um aparelho ligado, experimente
primeiro se o volume está alto o suficiente.
Som de despertar ("BUZZER“)
O sistema de som pode estar activo ou no modo Standby. Quando está inactivo, acendese, primeiramente, o visor para a hora de despertar, de seguida soa o som de despertar.
O som de despertar liga-se num tom baixo e vai progressivamente aumentando. Soa
durante um minuto.
Desligar som de despertador
Pode desligar o som de despertar da seguinte forma:

SNOOZE: o despertador desliga-se após os minutos ajustados e depois volta a soar.
Pode repetir este processo até dez vezes.

Também pode activar a função SNOOZE da seguinte forma:
– Quando o ALARM1 soa, prima a tecla ALARM2 no aparelho;
– Quando o ALARM2 soa, prima a tecla ALARM1 no aparelho;

Desligar o alarme de vez:
– Quando o ALARM1 soa, prima a tecla ALARM1 no aparelho;
– Quando o ALARM2 soa, prima a tecla ALARM2 no aparelho;
O som de despertar pára.

Verificar ajustes de tempo
Prima repetidamente de forma breve em TIME/SLEEP no aparelho no modo
Standby, para indicar consecutivamente os ajustes para o relógio e para o ALARM1
ou ALARM2.
A ordem das indicações é a mesma da dos ajustes (consultar página 12).

Desligar automático (“SLEEP”)


Mantenha a tecla TIME/SLEEP no aparelho ligado premida durante alguns
segundos. É exibido OFF no visor.
Prima repetidamente a tecla SLEEP no telecomando, para definir o tempo desejado:
00 minutos > 10 minutos > 20 minutos, etc. até 90 minutos.
No temporizador activo surge “SLEEP” no visor.
Configuração do som
Volume

Pressione VOL+/– no aparelho ou telecomando para aumentar ou reduzir o volume.
O nível do volume é visualizado (máximo 30).
EQ - Equalizador

Pressione o botão EQ apenas no telecomando para seleccionar o tipo de som
pretendido: CLASSIC, POP, JAZZ, ROCK, FLAT (configuração padrão).
Mute


Para desligar o volume completamente, pressione MUTE apenas no telecomando. O
símbolo
pisca no visor.
Através de MUTE ou VOL+/– volta a ligar o volume.

O aparelho só pode receber a banda de
frequência FM (UKW).

Ligue o aparelho e seleccione a função de
rádio através da tecla SOURCE. É exibido o
ecrã de rádio:
Procura e memorização de estações
Memorizar automaticamente


Prima a tecla SCAN no telecomando.
Automaticamente é iniciada uma busca e memorização de emissoras. As posições de
memória com as frequências são visualizadas breve e consecutivamente.
No final prima em STOP , para concluir a procura.
Pode memorizar ao todo até 20 emissoras FM.
Busca automática

Se premir prolongadamente SEARCH ou  inicia automaticamente uma busca.
A busca pára na próxima emissora forte.
Busca manual

Prima repetidamente o botão SEARCH ou  para ajustar manualmente uma
determinada frequência.
Memorizar manualmente

Localize uma emissora de rádio para ser memorizada.

Prima o botão MEMORY. No visor aparece „MEM“.


Seleccione, enquanto a indicação piscar, com CH+/–  / , a posição do
programa para esta emissora.
Prima novamente MEMORY para memorizar a emissora.
Chamar as emissoras memorizadas


Com o botão CH+/–  /  volte a chamar as emissoras guardadas. O número da
posição de memória é visualizada por breves instantes.


EN Suportes de dados reproduzíveis:

Disco amovível USB ou leitor de MP3 (USB 1.1 e 2.0). Recordamos-lhe que a
compatibilidade com todos os dispositivos de memória não é garantida a 100 por
cento;

Cartões de memória MMC/SD.
PT As funções de reprodução para este suporte de dados são, em grande parte,
idênticas e descritas em conjunto nestas instruções.
Formatos reproduzíveis
O dispositivo pode reproduzir o suporte de dados MP3 e WMA.
Sobre MP3 e WMA
O formato MP3 e o formato WMA são formatos de compressão do Windows para dados
áudio. WMA significa “Windows Media Áudio” e é mais recente que o formato MP3.
Os ficheiros MP3 / WMA devem ser guardados com a respectiva extensão de ficheiros
*.mp3 ou *.wma para serem devidamente reconhecidos.
O suporte de dados com faixas MP3 e WMA pode ser estruturado em directórios,
subdirectórios e pastas individuais (faixas individuais). Estas incluem muito mais faixas
individuais do que um CD de áudio, de forma a que a velocidade de leitura e de
navegação possa aumentar.
Na produção de discos MP3 podem ser atribuídas as tão famosas "ID3 Tags“,
independentemente do programa de criação. Nestes ID3 Tags podem ser incluídas
informações como o nome do intérprete, nome da música e, eventualmente, outras
informações.
Estes ID3 Tags podem ser lidos com as funções MP3 do seu aparelho e exibidos no visor.

Inserir dispositivo USB

Insira o disco amovível USB ou um leitor de MP3 na
entrada de USB na parte posterior do aparelho.
No visor surge "MEDIA“ e a reprodução é iniciada
automaticamente.
À esquerda no visor tem "U“ para "USB“.
Colocar cartão

Insira o cartão de memória, com o canto biselado à
direita direccionado para a frente e a área de contacto
voltada para baixo, na ranhura do cartão na parte
posterior do aparelho.
No visor surge "MEDIA“ e a reprodução é iniciada
automaticamente.
À esquerda no visor tem "C“ para "CARD“.
Quando estão introduzidos os dois suportes de memória, pode alterar entre os dois
através da tecla SOURCE .

Durante a reprodução ou no modo Stop prima novamente a tecla REPEAT, para
ajustar as seguintes funções de repetição:
R – OFF: A faixa actual é repetida.
R – ONE: A faixa actual é repetida.
R – ALL: As faixas today repetem-se.

aparelho, com excepção do iPod shuffle e iPhone.
São fornecidas cinco bases de carregamento:

Abra a tampa do iPod. Introduza o leitor iPOD na
"Docking-Station“ (encaixe).

Caso o iPod não encaixe correctamente, coloque um
dos adaptadores na base de carregamento.
Carregar iPod
Quando o iPod está introduzido na Sound Station, a pilha
do iPod é carregada, independentemente da Sound Station estar ligada ou no modo
Standby.
Reprodução






Ligue o aparelho em STANDBY e seleccione
com o botão SOURCE o modo iPOD. No visor
aparece a indicação “PLAY” . De seguida,
surge o relógio.
Prima ENTER  e a reprodução do iPOD
é iniciada.
Pode utilizar as funções habituais de reprodução (, , ; consultar página
19).
Prima em PLAYLIST+/–, para ir para a lista de reprodução anterior ou seguinte.
Através da tecla  pode ir para a faixa anterior/seguinte na lista de reprodução.
Também pode utilizar a função REPEAT (repetir faixas).
Tenha em conta que as indicações correspondentes surgem no ecrã do iPod e não
no ecrã do aparelho.

DE EN Com a tecla direccional  abre um submenu.
Através de ENTER activa o item de menu seleccionado.
PT Através de MENU ou retrocede um passo no menu.
Feche novamente o menu iPod através de MENU.

Limpeza do aparelho
Antes de limpar o aparelho retire sempre e em primeiro lugar a ficha de rede.
Para a limpeza deve ser utilizado um pano seco e suave. Não utilize produtos de limpeza
ou solventes químicos, visto que poderiam danificar a superfície e/ou as inscrições no

transporte. As embalagens são de materiais reutilizáveis ou podem ser entregues
na reciclagem de matéria-prima.
Pilhas
As pilhas gastas não podem ser depositadas no lixo doméstico. As pilhas têm de
ser depositadas no pilhão.
Aparelho
Nunca deposite o aparelho no lixo doméstico no fim da sua vida útil. Informe-se
junto dos serviços municipais sobre as possibilidades de uma eliminação correcta
e ecológica.
