Ladies and Gentlemen,
On behalf of the International Association of Drilling Contractors - Brazil Chapter, we invite you to the
regular meeting with presentations. We would like to confirm that the next IADC meeting will be held at
the DU LAC HOTEL in Macae, RJ (22-3311-4006) November 25th - Thursday, starting at 6:00 PM
(18:00 hrs).

Dinner will be paid for by the presenters and/or the IADC-Brazil for those members who
have paid their 2010 dues. Non-members will pay R$60 for each person. We are
inviting the spouses of the IADC members for the dinner at 7:40 PM and music
afterwards. As such, reservations are required.

We are inviting the Macae International Women’s Club to have a meeting in a separate room,
and to join us for the buffet after the meeting.
There will be a cash bar for beer, wine, mixed drinks, etc.
Please confirm by Tuesday, the 23th. First come, first served based on space limitations.
