Pen Barras i gael mynychu Clwb Ffrindiau Bach.

Mae gan Glwb Ffrindiau Bach nifer o bolisïau. Mae crynodeb ohonynt
yma, ac mae croeso i chwi ofyn am gael gweld copi llawn ohonynt yn y
Clwb.
ANGHENION ARBENNIG
Ein nôd yw rhoi cyfle i bob plentyn fanteisio ar addysg Feithrin
wnaeth beth fo’i h/angen.
AMDDIFFYN PLANT
Nôd y Clwb yw amddiffyn pob plentyn dan ei ofal.
CANMOL A CHWYNO
Nôd y Clwb yw darparu gwasanaeth o’r safon uchaf ym mhob agwedd
o’r gwaith.
CYFLEOEDD CYFARTAL
Nôd y Clwb yw sicrhau bod pob agwedd o’r gweithgareddau yn
hyrwyddo cyfle cyfartal i bob unigolyn beth bynnag fo’i anghenion,
lliw, hil, iaith, crefydd, dosbarth cymdeithasol neu sefyllfa deuluol.
DERBYN
Mae croeso i bob plentyn sy’n ddisgybl yn y Dosbarth Meithrin
fynychu Clwb Ffrindiau Bach, waeth beth fo’i anghenion, lliw, hil, iaith,
crefydd, dosbarth cymdeithasol neu sefyllfa deuluol.
IAITH
Mae’r Clwb yn cynnig profiadau drwy gyfrwng yr iaith Gymraeg. Mae’r
Clwb yn hyrwyddo’r defnydd o’r Gymraeg ymhob gweithgaredd, ond
bydd yn sicrhau na fydd unrhyw berson yn cael ei adael allan o unrhyw
weithgaredd ar sail ei gefndir ieithyddol.
IECHYD A DIOGELWCH
Bydd y Clwb yn cydymffurfio a gofynion ddeddfwriaeth gyfredol
Iechyd a Diogelwch.
RHEOLI YMDDYGIAD (DISGYBLAETH)
Nôd y Clwb yw darparu amgylchedd sy’n seiliedig ar ganllawiau clir, teg
a chyson, sy’n hyrwyddo dealltwriaeth o ymddygiad derbyniol. Mae’r
Clwb yn credu fod cosbi plant yn gorfforol yn annerbyniol a byddant
yn mabwysiadu dulliau cadarnhaol o reoli ymddygiad.
STAFFIO
Y Pwyllgor sydd yn gyfrifol am benodi, cyflogi a diswyddo Staff y
Clwb yn unol â deddfwriaeth gyflogi a Pholisi Cyfle Cyfartal y Clwb.
Bydd gan y Staff y cymwysterau a’r profiad priodol.

Os oes gan y rhieni unrhyw sylwadau neu gwynion ynglŷn ag unrhyw
fater neu ynglŷn ag unrhyw aelod o staff, dylid cysylltu gyda’r

PAYMENT AND PLACEMENT BOOKINGS
Pay and book a placement on the Friday before please. You may book
on the day if numbers are not complete. Half session cost will be
retained if the child is absent.
PROFITS
Any profits, after paying all costs, will go to buy resources for the
younger children.
LUNCH
Parents are responsible for providing their child with a packed lunch.
Your child has to be a pupil in the Nursery Class at Ysgol Pen Barras,
to be allowed to stay for the Clwb Ffrindiau Bach.
The Club believes that each child has the right to:
• Receive care, respect and love.
• Receive attention and appropriate support to meet his/her
special needs.
• Be able to take full advantage of play.
• Receive guidance and stimulation to enable him/her to become a
full member of the community.
• Be treated equally whatever his/her race, nationality, colour,
religion, culture and social class.
IMPORTANT
Please let the Staff know, or send a note with your child if another
person will be collecting your child at the end of the session.
POLICIES
Clwb Ffrindiau Bach has a number of policies. A summary of these
policies is given below, and you are welcome to see them in full in the
club.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Our aim is to give every child the opportunity to benefit from Welsh
medium nursery education, whatever his/her needs.
CHILD PROTECTION
Clwb Ffrindiau Bach aims to protect all children in its care.
COMPLAINTS AND COMPLIMENTS
Clwb Ffrindiau Bach aims to provide a service of the highest quality in
all aspects of its work, and supports the principle of seeking users’
views regarding the service it provides, so that the service may be
improved if necessary.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES
Clwb Ffrindiau Bach aims to ensure that all aspects of its activities,
promotes equal opportunities for every individual regardless of

ADMISSION
Clwb ffrindiau Bach welcomes every child who is a pupil in the nursery
class at Ysgol Pen Barras, whatever his/her needs, colour, race,
religion, social class or family situation.
LANGUAGE
Clwb Ffrindiau Bach offers experiences through the medium of the
Welsh language. It will promote the use of Welsh in all its associated
activities, but will ensure that no person is excluded from any of its
activities on the basis of their linguistic background.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Clwb Ffrindiau Bach will conform to the requirements of current
health and safety legislation.
BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT (Discipline)
Clwb Ffrindiau Bach aims to provide an environment based on clear,
fair and consistent guidelines which promotes a child’s understanding
of acceptable behaviour. The Club believes that physical punishment
of children is unacceptable and will adopt positive methods of
managing behaviour.
STAFFING
The committee is responsible for appointing, employing and dismissing
staff of the Club in accordance with current employment legislation
and equal opportunities policy. Staff will have the necessary
qualifications and experience.
