COMPOSITION
The range consists of 5 models of
pass through hot cupboards with
sliding doors without upstand,
varying in length from 1200 to 2000
mm. Pass-through hot cupboard are
ideal to be placed in the centre of the
kitchen to divide the space between
the kitchen workers and the service
side. The hot cupboards are ideal for
storing and keeping crockery warm.

FEATURES
� The ventilated hot air flow system
guarantees increased temperature eveness
since hot air flows throughout cabinet and
underneath the intermediate shelving.
� Digital display thermostat to control the
internal temperature.
� Internal adjustable temperature from 50°C
to 70°C.
� Made entirely from stainless steel with
welded construction for maximum strength.
� Inner welded frame in stainless steel to
guarantee superior strength and stability.
� The 40 mm high worktop in 304 AISI
stainless steel incorporates a layer of sound
deadening and water proof material, has
upturned edges to protect the kitchen worker.
� Intermediate shelf in stainless steel with
riveted corners and trasversal reinforcements
in stainless steel.
� The handles are built directly into the
sliding doors.
� Reinforced base panel in stainless steel.
� The worktop cupboards are equipped with
an intermediate shelf that can be positioned
at three different heights.
� Ideal for use in the centre of the kitchen,
to divide the space used by the kitchen
workers and the waiters.
� The sound-deadened sturdy sliding doors
in 304 AISI stainless steel are on tracks
located flush to the front of the frame.
� Easy access to the cupboard interior on all
lengths guaranteed by the use of only 2
doors.
� All panel edges are upturned to guarantee
the safety of the kitchen worker.
� 150 mm high AISI 304 stainless steel feel,
52 mm in diameter, adjustable by -10/+40
mm.
� All models comply with the more strict
international standards as far as hygiene and
cleanability are concerned.
