Zanussi Professional produces a
range of combination shelves
offering a practical and rational
solution to all problems of storage.
The entire range is highly reliable,
versatile and practical. The high
quality materials used (18/10, 304
AISI stainless steel) guarantee long
life, even in critical conditions such
as high humidity environments (eg.
cold rooms). Their modular form and
the wide range of combinations
which can be obtained allow
optimum use of space.
The range of solid shelves, 540 mm
deep, consists of 9 models varying in
length from 625 to 1525 mm.

FEATURES
� It
� The
shelves are constructed
entirely in 304 AISI stainless steel
with a Scotch Brite finish.
� All panel edges are upturned to
guarantee the safety of the kitchen
worker.
� The complete shelving system
with its stainless steel joints (1 in
each corner) allow rapid and easy
fixing of the shelves to the uprights
(in less than 5 minutes, 1 man can
assemble a 4 tier-shelf).
� The shelves are supported by two
pairs of side uprights.
is extremely easy to modify the
layout of the shelves to meet varying
requirements. In straight line
combinations, the shelving sytems
can share pairs of legs.
Each shelving system can be
created with 3 to 6 shelves.
� The shelves can be used to create
continuous shelving systems.
� All models comply with the more
strict international standards as far
as hygiene and cleanability are
concerned.
