Bruna M. B. Carvalho holds a B.Sc. degree (2013) from the Federal University of
Pernambuco (UFPE). Her major interest is on igneous petrology (mainly basalts),
mineralogy and volcanism. She entered the Postgraduation Program in Geosciences at
the UFPE in 2014 and expects to finish the M.Sc. on 2016.
