Svitare dal morsetto (4) il pomello (8) e
rimuoverlo assieme al distanziale (6).
Inserire i dadi (7) nelle apposite sedi
presenti nella parte interna del morsetto (4).
Posizionare la piastra (9) sul morsetto (4)
facendo combaciare le forature; fissare la
piastra (9) avvitando e serrando le viti (11)
alla coppia di serraggio 2±10% Nm.
Montare l'adattatore morsetto (5) sulla
piastra (9) avvitando e serrando le viti (10)
alla coppia di serraggio 2±10% Nm.

Removing the original
components

Loosen the 4 screws (A) and remove
original U-bolt (B).
Kit installation
Caution
Check that all components are clean

Take adequate measures to avoid damaging
the internal components of the engine.
Loosen knob (8) from support (4) and
remove it along with spacer (6).
Fit nuts (7) into their seats located in the
inside of the support (4).
Position plate (9) on support (4), matching
the holes; secure plate (9) starting and
tightening screws (11) to a torque of
2±10% Nm.
Fit support adapter (5) to plate (9), starting
and tightening screws (10) to a torque of
2±10% Nm.

Rimuovere il deflettore aria inferiore Sx.
seguendo quanto indicato alla Sezione 05Smontaggio semicarena anteriore.
Procedere al montaggio dei componenti
dello stabilizzatore di corrente (2A) nel
gommino di supporto (12).
Inserire il gommino (12) con stabilizzatore
(2A) nella staffa (C) del telaio. Distendere i
cavi dello stabilizzatore seguendo il
percorso degli altri cavi fino a raggiungere la
posizione del supporto navigatore (5). Per il
fissaggio, utilizzare le fascette a strappo
contenute nella busta componenti fissaggio
del kit montaggio navigatore.
Rimontare il deflettore aria Sx. seguendo
quanto indicato alla Sezione 05Rimontaggio semicarene anteriori.
Il cablaggio del motociclo è già predisposto
per il collegamento del navigatore:
individuare detto cavo in prossimità del
cannotto di sterzo e, dopo aver rimosso il
tappo (D), collegarlo allo stabilizzatore
tramite il connettore (E).
Remove the LH lower air scoop as
described under Section 05-Removing the
front half-fairing.
Mount the current stabilizer components
(2A) on the supporting rubber block (12).
Insert the rubber block (12) with the
stabilizer (2A) in the frame bracket (C).
Unfold the stabilizer cables following the
other cables path up to the navigator mount
(5). To fasten them make use of the pull
straps inside the retaining components set
of the navigator assembly kit.
Refit the LH air scoop as described under
Section 05-Refitting the front half-fairing.
The motorcycle wiring is already set for the
navigator connection. Find the cable near
the steering tube and, after having removed
the plug (D), connect it to the stabilizer by
means of the connector (E).

Lubrificare le viti originali (A) con Shell
Gadus S2 V220AD.
Montare il cavallotto (3) avvitando e
serrando le viti originali (A) alla coppia di
serraggio 25±5% Nm.
Installare sul manubrio il morsetto
premontato precedentemente serrandolo
con il pomello (8) provvisto di distanziale (6).
Collegare il connettore angolare al
navigatore (1).
Appoggiare il navigatore (1) sull'adattatore
(5) e premere sulla parte superiore per
bloccarlo. Per rimuoverlo dall'adattatore,
premere contemporaneamente i due
pulsanti sull'adattatore ed estrarre il
navigatore.
Lubricate the original screws (A) with Shell
Gadus S2 V220AD.
Assemble the U-bolt (3), starting and
tightening the original screws (A) to a
torque of 25±5% Nm.
Fit pre-assembled support to handlebar and
tighten it with knob (8) featuring spacer (6).
Connect angle connector to navigator (1).
Set navigator (1) on adapter (5) and press
the upper part to lock it. To remove it from
adapter, press both adapter buttons at the
same time and take out the navigator.
Caution
For a correct use of the navigator,
refer to the instruction manual contained in
the package.

Dévisser les n.4 vis (A) et déposer le pontet
d'origine (B).

Dévisser de l'étrier de fixation (4) la poignée
(8) et la déposer avec l'entretoise (6).
Introduire les écrous (7) dans les logements
respectifs présents dans la partie intérieure
de l'étrier de fixation (4).
Positionner la plaque (9) sur l'étrier de
fixation (4) en faisant correspondre les trous
de perçage ; fixer la plaque (9) en vissant et
en serrant les vis (11) au couple de serrage
2±10 % Nm.
Monter l'adaptateur de l'étrier de fixation (5)
sur la plaque (9) en vissant et en serrant les
vis (10) au couple de serrage de 2±10 %
Nm.

Die 4 Schrauben (A) lösen und die OriginalLenkerklemmfaust (B) abnehmen.
Montage der Komponenten des
Kits
Wichtig
Vor der Montage überprüfen, dass sich
alle Komponenten im sauberen und perfekten
Zustand befinden.
Alle erforderlichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen treffen, um eine Beschädigung der Oberflächen
der Komponenten, die vom Eingriff betroffen
sind, zu vermeiden.
Den Verschluss (8) aus der Aufnahme (4)
ausschrauben und gemeinsam mit dem
Distanzstück (6) entfernen.
Die Muttern (7) in die Sitze an der
Innenseite der Aufnahme (4) einfügen.
Die Platte (9) auf der Aufnahme (4)
anordnen und dabei die Bohrungen
untereinander auf Übereinstimmung
bringen. Die Platte (9) befestigen und dazu
die Schrauben (11) anschrauben und mit
einem Anzugsmoment von 2 ± 10 % Nm
anziehen.
Den Adapter (5) der Aufnahme auf der
Platte (9) montieren und dazu die
Schrauben (10) mit einem Anzugsmoment
von 2 ± 10% Nm anziehen.

Déposer le déflecteur d'air inférieur Gche
en suivant les instructions de la Section 05Dépose demi-carénage avant.
Effectuer la pose des composants du
stabilisateur de courant (2A) dans le plot
caoutchouc de support (12).
Insérer le plot caoutchouc (12) avec le
stabilisateur (2A) dans la bride (C) du cadre.
Détendre les câble du stabilisateur selon le
chemin des autres câbles jusqu'à atteindre
la position du support navigateur (5). Pour la
fixation utiliser les colliers rislant de la frette
des composants de fixation fournies avec le
kit de pose du navigateur.
Reposer le déflecteur d'air Gche en suivant
les instructions de la Section 05-Repose
demi-carénages avant.
Le câblage du motocycle est déjà prévu
pour la connexion du navigateur : repérer ce
câble près de la colonne de direction et,
après la dépose du bouchon (D), brancher le
câble au stabilisateur au moyen du
connecteur (E).

Verkleidungshälfte beschrieben entfernen.
Die Komponenten des Stromstabilisators
(2A) auf dem Gummihalter (12) montieren.
Das Gummielement (12) mit dem
Stabilisator (2A) in den Bügel (C) des
Rahmens einfügen. Die Kabel des
Stabilistators dem Verlauf der anderen
Kabeln entsprechend verlegen, bis die
Position des Navigationsgeräthalters (5)
erreicht wurde. Zur Befestigung die im
Beutel der Befestigungskomponenten des
Kits für die Navigationsgerätmontage
enthaltenen Schellen verwenden.
Den unteren linken Luftabweiser wie in
Abschnitt 05-Montage der vorderen
Verkleidungshälften beschrieben wieder
montieren.
Die Verkabelung des Motorrads ist bereits
für den Anschluss des Navigationsgeräts
vorgesehen: dieses Kabel befindet sich in
nächster Nähe des Lenkkopfs und muss
nach dem Entfernen des Verschlusses (D)
über den Verbinder (E) an den Stabilisator
gekoppelt werden.

Lubrifier les vis d'origine (A) avec Shell
Gadus S2 V220AD.
Monter le pontet (3) en vissant et en serrant
les vis d'origine (A) au couple de serrage
25±5 % Nm.
Installer sur le guidon l'étrier de fixation prémonté précédemment en le serrant avec la
poignée (8) munie d'entretoise (6).
Brancher le connecteur angulaire au
navigateur (1).
Appuyer le navigateur (1) sur l'adaptateur (5)
et appuyer sur la partie supérieure pour le
bloquer. Pour le déposer de l'adaptateur,
appuyer en même temps sur les deux
boutons de l'adaptateur et extraire le
navigateur.
Die Original-Schrauben (A) mit Shell Gadus
S2 V220AD schmieren.
Die Klemmfaust (3) durch Einsetzen der
Original-Schrauben (A) montieren; die
Schrauben mit einem Anzugsmoment von
25 ± 5% Nm anziehen.
Die zuvor vormontiere Aufnahme
installieren, dazu den Verschluss (8) mit
Distanzstück (6) anziehen.
Den Winkelverbinder an das
Navigationssystem (1) anschließen.
Das Navigationssystem (1) auf den Adapter
(5) auflegen und am oberen Teil andrücken,
um es festzustellen. Für die Abnahme des
Adapters gleichzeitig beide Tasten am
Adapter drücken, dann das
Navigationssystem abnehmen.

Desatarraxe o botão (8) do suporte (4) e
remova-o junto com o espaçador (6).
Insira as porcas (7) nas respetivas sedes
existentes na parte interna do suporte (4).
Posicione a placa (9) no suporte (4) fazendo
coincidir os furos; fixe a placa (9)
atarraxando e apertando os parafusos (11) a
um binário de aperto de 2±10% Nm.
Monte o adaptador para suporte (5) na placa
(9) atarraxando e apertando os parafusos
(10) a um binário de aperto de 2±10% Nm.

Remova o defletor de ar inferior esquerdo
seguindo o quanto indicado na Secção 05Desmontagem da semicarenagem
dianteira.
Realize a montagem dos componentes do
estabilizador de corrente (2A) na borracha
de suporte (12).
Insira a borracha (12) com o estabilizador
(2A) no suporte (C) do chassi. Distenda os
cabos do estabilizador seguindo o percurso
dos outros cabos até alcançar a posição do
suporte do dispositivo de navegação (5).
Para a fixação, utilize as braçadeiras de
serrilha contidas no saco dos componentes
de fixação do kit de montagem do
dispositivo de navegação.
Remova o defletor de ar esquerdo seguindo
o quanto indicado na Secção 05Remontagem das semicarenagens
dianteiras.
A cablagem da moto já está preparada para
a ligação do dispositivo de navegação:
localize o mencionado cabo perto da coluna
de direção e, após ter removido a tampa (D),
ligue-a ao estabilizador através do conector
(E).

Monte a braçadeira (3), atarraxando e
apertando os parafusos originais (A) a um
binário de aperto de 25±5% Nm.
Instale no guiador o suporte montado
anteriormente, apertando-o com o botão (8)
com espaçador (6).
Ligue o conector angular no dispositivo de
navegação (1).
Apoie o dispositivo de navegação (1) no
adaptador (5) e pressione na parte superior
para bloqueá-lo. Para removê-lo do
adaptador, pressione simultaneamente os
dois botões no adaptador e extraia o
dispositivo de navegação.

Desatornillar los n.4 tornillos (A) y
desmontar el perno en U original (B).
以下の作業は指示の通り行わないと
ライダーの安全を脅かす可能性がありま

4 本のスクリュー (A) を緩め、オリジナル
U ボルト (B) を取り外します。

Controlar, antes del montaje, que todos los componentes se encuentren limpios y en perfecto estado.
Adoptar todas las precauciones necesarias
para evitar daños en la superficie exterior de
los componentes donde se debe operar.

Desatornillar el mecanismo (8) del soporte
(4) y quitarlo junto al separador (6).
Introducir las tuercas (7) en sus
alojamientos ubicados en la parte interior
del soporte (4).
Colocar la placa (9) en el soporte (4)
haciendo coincidir los orificios; fijar la placa
(9) atornillando y ajustando los tornillos (11)
al par de apriete de 2±10% Nm.
Montar el adaptador del soporte (5) en la
placa (9) atornillando y ajustando los
tornillos (10) al par de apriete de 2±10%
Nm.
取り付け前にすべての部品に汚れが
なく、完璧な状態であることを確認しま
す。
作業する部品の外側表面を傷つけないため
に、必要な予防措置を取ってください。
クランプ (4) からつまみ (8) を緩め、ス
ペーサー (6) とともに取り外します。
ナット (7) をクランプ (4) 内側の所定の位
置に挿入します。
穴に合わせてプレート (9) をクランプ (4)
に配置します。プレート (9) を固定し、ス
クリュー (11) をねじ込み、2 ± 10% Nm の
トルクで締め付けます。
クランプアダプター (5) をプレート (9) に
取り付け、スクリュー (10) をねじ込み、2
± 10% Nm のトルクで締め付けます。

Quitar el deflector de aire inferior Izq.
siguiendo lo indicado en la Sección 05Desmontaje semicarenado delantero.
Proceder con el montaje de los
componentes del estabilizador de corriente
(2A) en la goma de soporte (12).
Introducir la goma (12) con estabilizador
(2A) en el sostén (C) del bastidor. Extender
los cables del estabilizador siguiendo el recorrido de los otros cables hasta alcanzar la
posición del soporte navegador (5). Para la
fijación, utilizar las abrazaderas de tirón contenidas en el sobre con los componentes de
fijación del kit montaje navegador.
Volver a montar el deflector de aire Izq.
siguiendo lo que se indica en la Sección 05Montaje semicarenados delanteros.
El cableado de la motocicleta ya está predispuesto para la conexión del navegador: individualizar dicho cable cerca del tubo de
dirección y luego de haber extraído el tapón
(D), conectarlo al estabilizador a través del
conector (E).

取り外し」の記載に従い、左ロアエアデフ
レクターを取り外します。
電流スタビライザー (2A) の部品をマウン
トラバー (12) に取り付けます。
スタビライザー (2A) 付きラバー (12) をフ
レームのブラケット (C) に挿入します。ス
タビライザーのケーブルを他のケーブルに
沿ってナビゲーターマウント (5) の位置ま
で伸ばします。ナビゲーター取り付けキッ
トの固定部品ケースにあるストラップクラ
ンプを使用して固定します。
セクション 05-「フロントフェアリングの
取り付け」の記載に従い、左エアデフレク
ターを取り付けます。
車両にはナビゲーター接続用ケーブルが内
蔵されています。ステアリングチューブの
近くにある上記ケーブルを特定し、キャッ
プ (D) を取り外した後、コネクター (E) を
介してスタビライザーに接続します。

Lubricar los tornillos originales (A) con Shell
Gadus S2 V220AD.
Montar el perno en U (3) atornillando y
apretando los tornillos originales (A) al par
de apriete de 25±5% Nm.
Instalar el soporte anteriormente
premontado en el manillar ajustándolo con
el mecanismo (8) con separador (6).
Conectar el conector angular al navegador
(1).
Apoyar el navegador (1) en el adaptador (5)
y presionar en la parte superior para
bloquearlo. Para quitarlo del adaptador,
presionar contemporáneamente los dos
pulsadores del adaptador y extraer el
navegador.
オリジナルスクリュー (A) を Shell Gadus
S2 V220AD で潤滑します。
U ボルト (3) を取り付け、オリジナルスク
リュー (A) をねじ込み、25 ± 5% Nm のトル
クで締め付けます。
先ほど仮取り付けしたクランプをハンドル
バーに取り付け、スペーサー (6) 付きのつ
まみ (8) で締め付けます。
アングルコネクターをナビゲーター (1) に
接続します。
ナビゲーター (1) をアダプター (5) に置
き、上部を押して固定します。アダプター
から取り外すには、アダプターの 2 つのボ
タンを同時に押し、ナビゲーターを抜き取
ります。
