Thank you for joining us in this great event of the IZOD IndyCar Series: the Itaipava
São Paulo Indy 300 Nestlé race. We hope you will enjoy the experience and develop new partnerships and business rela*onships for your company.
This Guide includes some informa*on regarding your race weekend, from April

Lodging
Apex-Brasil offers lodging from April, 27th (check-in from 3pm) to April, 30th
(check-out un*l 12pm).

Transportation
Upon arrival at Guarulhos Airport or Congonhas Airport in São Paulo, an ApexBrasil representa*ve holding an “Apex-Brasil INDYCAR Program” sign with
your name on it will be wai*ng for you. Apex-Brasil offers local ground transporta*on between airport/hotel/track from April, 27th to April, 30th.

Credentials
Upon arrival, please proceed to the Apex-Brasil Creden*als Office located on
the Nery & Milliet room at the hotel to collect your Premium Event Creden*al. You
will be asked for an iden*fica*on document with photo. Creden*als will be available from April, 27th to 30th, from 8am to 7pm.
Creden*als will give you access to the Apex-Brasil VIP Hospitality Suite and pit
lane & garage area.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to access the areas men*oned above and
may be asked for a photo ID.
Guests must wear pants and closed toe shoes to access the pit lane & garage
area.
Remember!
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Take sunglasses, sunscreen and camera
