und bis zur Haltestelle Dermulo fahren. Die verschiedenen Gebiete des Tals werden durch lokale

La Val di Non è detta anche la “valle dei canyon”. Tra foreste, meleti e
piccoli borghi si nasconde un meraviglioso universo sotterraneo fatto di
gole, cascate cristalline e roccia.

NORME GENERALI DI AFFITTANZA
APPARTAMENTI PER FERIE
Di seguito vengono riportate alcune NORME GENERALI riferite all’affitto della struttura dove
verrete ospitati.
ALLGEMEINE VERMIETUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
FERIENWOHNUNGEN
Im Folgenden werden einige allgemeine Bedingungen in Bezug auf die Vermietung der Wohnung erläutert, in der Sie untergebracht sein werden.
PREZZI
I prezzi variano a seconda delle caratteristiche della
struttura (n. posti letto, posizione, etc.), della
classificazione e delle dotazioni presenti.
PREISE
Die Preise richten sich nach den Merkmalen der Wohnung (Anzahl Betten, Lage, etc.), ihrer Klassifizierung
und Ausstattung.
PRENOTAZIONE
1. l’appartamento viene affittato per il numero di
persone (compresi bambini di età 0-12 anni) dichiarato al momento della prenotazione. Per ogni
persona in più, per tutto il periodo di soggiorno o
per una parte dello stesso, il proprietario si riserva
la facoltà di applicare un supplemento.
2. la prenotazione viene considerata confermata,
determinando la locazione della struttura per il
periodo richiesto dall’ospite, al momento del versamento della acconto. Tale versamento, fino ad un
max del 30% dell’importo complessivo concordato,
deve essere corrisposto entro il termine di 7 giorni
dalla data di prenotazione.
L’avvenuto versamento deve essere comunicato al
proprietario attraverso ricevuta di pagamento
(es: fax, mail, etc.). Il proprietario segnalerà quindi la
conferma della prenotazione. Si consiglia di confermare sempre gli accordi intercorsi per iscritto.
DISDETTA DELLA PRENOTAZIONE
Nel caso di disdetta il proprietario ha facoltà di richiedere una penalità di cancellazione come segue:
- fino a 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo 30%
- da 29 a 4 gg 50%
- da 3 a 0 gg 75%
Le penalità sono applicabile solo se indicate chiaramente per iscritto al locatario in fase di prenotazione.
CONSEGNA DELLE CHIAVI
Al momento dell’arrivo in loco gli ospiti, inclusi minorenni, dovranno presentare documenti di identità e
fornire tutte le informazioni atte alla corretta registrazione degli stessi. Si dovrà inoltre provvedere a saldare
la restante quota riferita alla locazione. Il proprietario
o locatore ha quindi la facoltà di chiedere un deposito cauzionale che verrà restituito al cliente, salvo il
verificarsi di danni alla dotazione e/o alla struttura, al
momento della partenza.
MODALITÀ DI INGRESSO
E USCITA DALLA STRUTTURA
Al fine di garantire ai proprietari una verifica circa lo
stato dell’immobile e l’approntamento delle pulizie si
precisa che:
- l’occupazione dell’appartamento potrà avvenire
dopo le ore 15.00 ed entro le ore 20.00
- l’uscita dall’appartamento deve avvenire entro le
ore 9.30
Tali orari devono essere rispettati dall’ospite ed eventuali modifiche saranno possibili solamente previo accordo con il proprietario della struttura. Si precisa che
in caso di partenza anticipata o arrivo ritardato non
sarà possibile richiedere rimborsi di alcun tipo.
MODALITÀ DI ACCORDO
Al fine di verificare le condizioni d’affitto della struttura e le modalità di pagamento si prega di contattare
direttamente il proprietario della struttura.
Note:
Tutti gli appartamenti classificati dall’ ApT
Val di Non sono stati visionati da personale
dell’azienda che ha verificato le strutture e le
dotazioni presenti. Le strutture sono dotate di
coperte e cuscini nonché di stoviglie da cucina. Alcuni proprietari forniscono, su richiesta,
anche la biancheria da cucina, bagno e letto.
Si consiglia pertanto di verificare e concordare
le dotazioni con il proprietario prima dell’arrivo. La durata dell’affitto può essere concordata con i proprietari. Il prezzo dipende dalla
località, dalla categoria di appartenenza, dalla stagionalità e dalla durata, dall’ampiezza
dell’alloggio e dai servizi offerti.
BUCHUNG / RESERVIERUNG
1. Die Wohnung wird für die Anzahl von Personen
vermietet (inklusive Kinder von 0 bis 12 Jahren), die
bei der Buchung angegeben wurde. Für jede zusätzliche Person kann der Vermieter für die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer oder einen Teil davon einen
Zuschlag erheben.
2. Die Buchung wird als bestätigt betrachtet, sobald
die Anzahlung überwiesen wurde. Der Überweisungsbetrag beläuft sich auf bis zu max. 30 % der
vereinbarten Gesamtsumme und muss innerhalb
einer Frist von 7 Tagen ab Buchungsdatum überwiesen werden.
Die getätigte Überweisung muss dem Vermieter in
Form einer Zahlungsbestätigung (z. B. über Fax, E-Mail
etc.) übermittelt werden. Daraufhin bestätigt der Vermieter die Buchung. Es empfiehlt sich, die getroffenen
Vereinbarungen immer schriftlich zu bestätigen.
STORNIERUNG DER BUCHUNG
Im Falle einer Stornierung hat der Vermieter das
Recht, eine Stornierungsgebühr mit folgenden Konditionen zu verlangen:
- bis zu 30 Tage vor Ankunftsdatum 30 %
- von 29 bis 4 Tage 50 %
- von 3 bis 0 Tage 75 %
Die Stornierungsgebühren dürfen nur dann erhoben werden, wenn sie dem Mieter während des Buchungsvorgangs klar schriftlich mitgeteilt wurden.
SCHLÜSSELÜBERGABE
Bei der Ankunft werden die Gäste, auch minderjährige Personen, gebeten, ihre Ausweisdokumente vorzulegen und alle Informationen anzugeben, die für
eine korrekte Registrierung nötig sind.
Außerdem werden die Gäste ersucht, den noch ausstehenden Mietbetrag zu begleichen.
Der Inhaber oder Vermieter hat das Recht, eine Kaution zu verlangen, die der Gast vor der Abreise zurückerhält, wenn keine Schäden an der Ausstattung und/
oder der Wohnung festgestellt werden.
EINZUG UND AUSZUG
Um den Inhabern eine Überprüfung des Zustands der
Immobilie zu ermöglichen und eine sorgfältige Durchführung der Reinigungsarbeiten zu gewährleisten, ist
Folgendes zu beachten:
- Die Wohnung kann nach 15 Uhr und bis spätestens
20.00 Uhr bezogen werden.
- Der Auszug aus der Wohnung muss bis spätestens
9.30 Uhr erfolgen.
Dieser Zeitplan ist verbindlich; eventuelle Änderungen sind nur in Absprache mit dem Wohnungsinhaber
möglich. Im Falle einer verfrühten Abreise oder einer
verspäteten Ankunft kann keine Rückerstattung gewährt werden.
VERTRAGSBEDINGUNGEN
Für nähere Informationen zu den Mietbedingungen
der Unterkunft und zu den Zahlungsmodalitäten wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an den Inhaber der Unterkunft.
Anmerkungen:
Alle vom Tourismusverein Val di Non klassifizierten Ferienwohnungen wurden sorgfältig geprüft
und deren Ausstattung kontrolliert.
Die Unterkünfte sind mit Bettdecken und Kissen
sowie Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. Einige Inhaber stellen auf Anfrage auch Bettwäsche sowie
Handtücher und Geschirrtücher für die Küche zur
Verfügung. Es empfiehlt sich also, vor der Anreise
die Ausstattung der Unterkunft mit dem Vermieter zu klären. Die Mietdauer kann mit dem Inhaber abgesprochen werden. Der Mietpreis hängt
von der Lage, der Wohnungskategorie, der Saison und der Dauer ab sowie von der Größe der
Unterkunft und den zur Verfügung stehenden
Dienstleistungen
GENERAL RENTAL TERMS
APARTMENTS
Some of the GENERAL TERMS used when renting a
house / apartment / unit are stated below.
PRICES
Rental prices can change depending on the characteristics of the holiday accommodation (no. of beds, location, etc.), its classification and facilities.
RESERVATION
1. the apartment is rented for the number of people
(including children between 0-12 years of age) stated at the time of booking. For any extra tenant,
and therefore for all the stay or part of it, the owner has the right to charge an additional cost.
2. once the rent for the desired period has been agreed, the booking will be considered confirmed on
receipt of deposit. The deposit can not exceed 30%
of the final amount and must be paid within 7 days
from the booking.
The owner will confirm the booking upon receipt of
the deposit. Proof of payment must be sent to the
owner (e.g. through fax, e-mail, etc.).
It is advisable to always confirm agreements in writing.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
In case of cancellation the owner has the right to
charge a cancellation fee as follows:
- up to 30 days prior to arrival 30% will be charged

Cancellation fees are applicable if only clearly stated in
writing to the tenant at the time of booking.
CONSIGNMENT OF THE KEYS
When guests, including minors, arrive on the premises
they will be asked to show their ID cards and provide
with all the information needed for their correct registration according to PS (Italian National Police) obligations.
On arrival the outstanding balance must also be paid.
The owner or landlord has also the possibility to request a deposit which will be returned if no damage
to the apartment and/or holiday accommodation is
found at the time of departure.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
In order to give the owners the possibility to verify the
property condition and cleaning preparation, the conditions are as follows:
- the occupancy of the property can be between the
hours of 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- the property must be vacated by 9.30 a.m.
Guests must comply with these times and any possible modification must be arranged with the property
owner.
In case of early arrivals or late departures guests will
not be given any kind of reimbursement.
AGREEMENT TERMS
In order to verify rental terms of the holiday accommodation and methods of payment it is necessary to
contact the owner directly.
Notes:
All the apartments classified by ApT Val di
Non have been pre-viewed by the company
personnel to verify the premises and facilities.
The apartments are equipped with blankets
and pillows and flatware. Some owners also
provide, on request, with kitchen, bathroom
and bed linen. It is therefore advisable to verify and arrange the equipment before arrival.
The length of stay can be arranged with the
owner.
The price can change depending on the location, category, season and length of stay, on
the apartment size and services included.
