Während ich diese Zeilen schreibe, überlege ich, wie
denn ein Arbeitsplatz auszusehen hat, um als innovativ
zu gelten. Jeder fühlt es, aber es ist schwer zu definieren. – Und dann reihen sich die Gedanken im Kopf wie
ein Film aneinander:
Neue Produkte sind immer komplexer und komplizierter. Die technischen Anforderungen wachsen rasant. Die Maschinen und Anlagen werden in hohem Maß
computergestützt gesteuert. In der Produktion werden
immer mehr Roboter eingesetzt. Die Mitarbeiter verfügen über vielfältige Fachkenntnisse und Erfahrung.
nass magnet ist bei den genannten Herausforderungen auf der Höhe der Zeit und gehört (nicht nur) in
Veszprém/Ungarn zu den Top-Unternehmen. Die erfolgreiche Bewältigung der Komplexität der sich stellenden Aufgaben macht die Arbeitsplätze innovativ und
schafft dadurch Zufriedenheit und Freude an der geleisteten Arbeit. Ich denke, dies ist die Grundlage für ein

Miközben ezt pár sort írom, az motoszkál a fejemben,
hogyan is kell kinézzen egy olyan munkahely, amit innovatívnak tekinthetünk. Mindenki érzi ugyan, de csak
nehezen tudjuk megfogalmazni. Aztán sorban jutnak
eszembe a gondolatok:
Az új termékek egyre komplexebbek és bonyolultabbak. A műszaki követelmények gyorsan fejlődnek, a
gyártó eszközök magas szintű számítástechnikai vezérléssel vannak ellátva, szaporodnak a robotok a termelésben, dolgozóink tudása és szakmai tapasztalata egyre
magasabb szintű és sokrétűbb.
A fenn említett kihívásokkal lépést tartva, gyakorlatilag Veszprém élvonalába tartozó gyárnak (és nem csak
itt) vallhatjuk magunkat. A bonyolult feladatok sikeres
teljesítése innovatívvá teszi a munkahelyünket és az
elvégzett feladat sikerélménye örömet és elégedettséget ad. Úgy vélem ez teremti meg a jó munkahelyi klíma alapját! Ha ez a tisztességgel és a segítőkészséggel
társul– amiben kollégáim körében nincs hiány – akkor ez
vállalati kultúra szerves részévé válik.
A nass magnet Hungária Kft-t ismerik és elismerik a
városban, ha az ember egy kívülállóval beszélget, akkor
pozitív visszajelzéseket kap.
Ezt a pozitív képet szeretnénk továbbra is fenntartani és erősíteni, ezért a munkahelyi körülményeket
folyamatosan javítjuk és maximálisan ügyelünk a biztonságra. Együttműködésre törekszünk oktatási intézményekkel, mint pl. Ipari szakközépiskolával, ahol részt
kívánunk vállalni a fiatalok szakmai felkészítésében, valamint bekapcsolódunk az Egyetem duális képzésébe.
Fontosnak tartjuk a magas szintű szakmai utánpótlás

While writing these lines, I reflect on how a workplace
must be to be considered as innovative. Everybody can
feel it, but it is hard to define. – And then the thoughts
follow one another like a film:
New products are always more complex and more
complicated. The technical requirements are growing
rapidly. The machines and units are largely controlled
on a computer-aided basis. In the production more and
more robots are used. The employees dispose of various
specialized knowledge and experience.
nass magnet is up-to-date with the named challenges and belongs to the top enterprises (not only) in
Veszprém/Hungary. The successful management of the
complexity of the tasks with which one is confronted
makes the workplaces innovative and creates satisfaction and joy in the done work. I think, this is the basis for
a good working atmosphere! If at the same time mutual
respect and willingness to help predominate – commonplace among our colleagues – innovation will become an
integral part of the corporate culture.

our city. If you talk to outsiders, you will get a positive
feedback. We wish to keep up and expand our good
image. Therefore, we are continuously improving the
working conditions and take care for maximum safety in
the working processes.
We strive for a partnership with educational institutions, like for instance the industrial vocational school,
and support dual studies of the university. A qualified
vocational training of the young persons is a matter very
close to our heart in order to match our own ambitions

 „Mit 3.350 TEUR wurde der Allzeitrekord aufgestellt!“ – Was
Klaus Kirchheim, Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung der nass
magnet GmbH und Gesellschafter der Holding Kirchheim GmbH +
Co, am Mittwoch, dem 1. April 2015 um 12.16 Uhr, in seiner Gratulation an die Belegschaft per E-Mail verkündete, war keineswegs als Aprilscherz* gedacht. Nicht nur die nass magnet GmbH,
sondern sämtliche Standorte der Unternehmensgruppe entwickeln sich stabil. In Hannover/Deutschland, Veszprém/Ungarn,
New Baltimore/USA und Shanghai/China blickt man optimistisch
in die Zukunft und avanciert gemeinsam zum Globalplayer auf
dem umkämpften Markt elektromagnetischer Lösungen für den
Maschinenbau und die Automobiltechnik.
Ein Umstand, der maßgeblich auf starke, motivierte Belegschaften zurückzuführen ist, die nicht auf der Stelle treten, die
nach den besten Lösungen suchen, die sich weiterbilden und mitunter auch mal neu erfinden. „Wir sind das Geheimnis unseres
Erfolges“, heißt es im Leitbild der Unternehmensgruppe. iMAGE
stellt in dieser Ausgabe 5 von über 500 Erfolgsgeheimnissen vor:

magnet GmbH, hanem a cégcsoport többi tagja is stabilan fejlődik. Hannoverben/Németországban, Veszprémben/Magyarországon, New Baltimorban /USA-ban és Shanghaiban/Kínában is
optimizmussal tekintenek a jövőbe és közösen törekednek arra,
hogy a gép- és autóipar számára gyártott elektromágneses termékek nemzetközi piacának kulcsszereplői legyenek.
Ez a körülmény leginkább annak a szilárd és motivált dolgozói
állománynak köszönhető, akik nemcsak egyhelyben toporognak,
hanem mindig a legjobb megoldásokat keresik, képzik magukat
és időről-időre új ötletekkel állnak elő, hiszen ahogy a vállalat

iMAGE: Womit sind Sie bei Ihrer Tätigkeit im Unternehmen derzeit gerade
beschäftigt? Und wo würden Sie diese
Arbeit auf einer Skala von 1 bis 10 Ihrer
Lieblingstätigkeiten einordnen?
TORBEN KLICHE: Ich arbeite in der Abteilung Versuch und Musterbau (NTL) am
Standort Hannover. Zur Zeit beschäftigt
mich die Typprüfung von Kabelsteckern,
Untersuchung von Mitbewerberprodukten und Validierungsplanung zukünftiger Projekte. Eine Einordnung fällt mir
schwer; generell bereitet die tatsächliche
Durchführung von Prüfungen und Messwertermittlungen mehr Freude als deren
Planung, aber ganz ohne geht’s halt auch
nicht.
iMAGE: Wie kam es, dass Sie den Job bei
nass magnet gewählt haben?
TORBEN KLICHE: Nach Erhalt meines Diplomzeugnisses im Fach Maschinenbau
durch die Leibniz Universität Hannover
wollte ich mir erstmal einen Überblick
verschaffen und war über einen Engineering-Dienstleister bei verschiedenen Firmen diverser Branchen und Größe im Einsatz. Letztlich traf ich meinen heutigen
Abteilungsleiter (den ich noch von der Uni
kannte) während eines Promotionsvortrags wieder. Ich erzählte, ich sei auf der
Suche nach einer spannenden Aufgabe,
die mich in der Breite meines Wissens
und Könnens fordert. Er suchte gerade
eine solche Unterstützung. Der Inhalt der
daraufhin folgenden Gespräche sagte mir
zu, und letztlich habe ich mich leichten
Herzens für den Wechsel zu nass magnet
entschieden.

iMAGE: Welche Erinnerungen haben Sie
an Ihren ersten Arbeitstag im Unternehmen?
TORBEN KLICHE: Mein erster Arbeitstag
liegt gar nicht so weit zurück. Und doch
habe ich das Gefühl, meine Anfangszeit
als Neuling läge schon lange zurück. Ich
durfte den Sicherheitsfilm sehen, erhielt
den Transponder, wurde im Gebäude herumgeführt und bekam meinen Arbeitsplatz erklärt. Die Einarbeitung hingegen
erstreckt sich faktisch bis heute.
iMAGE: Was zeichnet die Arbeit bei nass
magnet Ihrer Meinung nach aus?
TORBEN KLICHE: Die Kollegialität, die
kurzen Wege zu allen Bereichen und die
offenen Türen.
iMAGE: Was sollte aus Ihrer Sicht innerbetrieblich verbessert werden?
TORBEN KLICHE: Wenn ich die bahnbrechende Idee habe, werde ich sie gerne
dem Betrieblichen Vorschlagwesen (BVW
@nassmagnet.de) zukommen lassen. Generell freute ich mich über eine Kantine
oder eine Möglichkeit, Obst und andere
gesunde Snacks zu erhalten.
iMAGE: Nehmen wir an, Sie hätten die
Möglichkeit, für einen Tag innerhalb der
Unternehmensgruppe an einen anderen
Standort (Veszprém/Ungarn, New Baltimore/USA, Shanghai/China) und auch
auf einen anderen Arbeitsplatz zu wechseln. – Wie sähen Ihre Favoriten aus?
TORBEN KLICHE: Alle drei Städte und
Länder haben sicher ihren Reiz, nach
Möglichkeit würde ich alle kennen lernen
wollen. Ich bitte meine Kollegen aus dem
weltweiten Vertrieb um Entschuldigung,

TORBEN KLICHE: Ich interessiere mich
für Handball und Schach, in letzter Zeit
mehr als Zuschauer, denn als aktiver Teilnehmer. Ich gehe regelmäßig zum Karaoke und ignoriere erfolgreicher als meine
Hörerschaft, dass ich kein guter Sänger
bin. Außerdem bekoche ich gerne meine
Freundin.

projektek jóváhagyási eljárásának megtervezésén dolgozom. Nehezen tudnám
megmondani, hogy melyik a kedvencem,
de az biztos, hogy maguk a tesztelések és
mérési eljárások nagyobb örömöt okoznak, mint azok megtervezése, de enélkül
sajnos nem megy.
iMAGE: Miért éppen a nass magnetet
választotta munkahelyének?
TORBEN KLICHE: A gépészmérnöki diploma megszerzése után a Leibniz Universität Hannover egyetemen először szerettem volna tapasztalatot gyűjteni, így
egy mérnök-kölcsönző cégen keresztül
különböző cégeknél és különböző ágazatokban dolgoztam. Végül egy promóciós előadáson összefutottam a jelenlegi
részlegvezetővel (akit már az egyetemről
ismertem). Elmeséltem neki, hogy éppen egy izgalmas feladatot keresek, mely
minden tudásomat igénybe veszi. Neki
pedig pont egy ilyen segítségre volt szüksége. A további beszélgetések alapján
végül könnyű szívvel tudtam meghozni
azt a döntést, hogy átmenjek a nass magnethez.
iMAGE: Hogyan emlékszik vissza a cégnél eltöltött első munkanapjára?
TORBEN KLICHE: Az első munkanapom
nem is volt olyan régen. Mégis olyan érzésem van, mintha már régen lettem
volna kezdő. Megnézhettem a biztonsági
filmet, kaptam egy jeladót, körülvezettek
az épületben és kijelölték a munkahelyem. A betanulási időszak valójában még
a mai napig tart.
iMAGE: Hogyan tudná jellemezni a nass
magnetnél végzett munkát?
TORBEN KLICHE: A kollegialitás, az, hogy minden rövid idő alatt elérhető és az,
hogy minden ajtó nyitva van. A részlegek

on in the company? And where would

department test and prototyping in Hannover. At present I am occupied with the
type test of cable connectors, examination of competitors’s products and validation plannings for future projects. A ranking is not easy for me; in general I prefer
making tests and carrying out measurements instead of planning them, but we
cannot do without.
iMAGE: How did it come about that you

iMAGE: What are the memories that you
have of the first day in the company?
TORBEN KLICHE: My first working day
is not very long ago. But I have got the
feeling, though, that my time as beginner
has passed long since. I watched the security film, received the transponder, was
shown the building and was explained my
working place. The training period is de
facto taking place until today.
iMAGE: In your opinion, what characterizes the work at nass magnet?
TORBEN KLICHE: The collegiality, the
short ways to all areas and the open

iMAGE: From your point of view, what
should be improved in-house?
TORBEN KLICHE: If I have a ground-breaking idea, I will be pleased to submit it to

TORBEN KLICHE: All three cities and
countries are certainly appealing, if I
could, I would like to see all of them. My
colleagues from the worldwide sales,
please excuse me, but I do not want to
change. I feel fine in Hannover with my
task.
iMAGE: Life is not just work. – Do you
have a hobby, and would you like to tell
us a little about it?
TORBEN KLICHE: I am interested in
handball and chess, recently more as a
spectator than as active member. I regularly take part in Karaoke and successfully
ignore that I am not a good singer. Besides, I enjoy cooking for my girlfriend. 

Rand, ARO, arbeitete. Eigentlich war ich
ein Kunde bei nass controls. Randy und
ich unterhielten uns, und ich beschloss,
zum 1. April 2001 zu nass controls zu
wechseln. nass brachte seinerzeit gerade
die Steckverbinder auf den Markt. Meine
Aufgabe war es, die nass-Stecker-Produkte kennenzulernen und den Wechsel
der bis dato von nass controls vertriebenen Steckverbinder zu den nass-Komponenten zu koordinieren.

iMAGE: Welche Erinnerungen haben Sie an Ihren ersten Arbeitstag im Unternehmen?
JIM ROSENBURY: Ich war überwältigt angesichts der nötigen technischen Informationen, die wir brauchen, um über alle unsere Produkte bescheid zu wissen, vor allem
hinsichtlich der Magnetspulen. Ich war sehr beeindruckt, dass jeder in der nass magnet
GmbH und in der nass magnet Hungária Kft. zuvorkommend und bereit war, mir zu helfen; das hat mir den Einstieg und das Kennenlernen der Produkte erleichtert.
iMAGE: Was zeichnet die Arbeit bei nass magnet Ihrer Meinung nach aus?
JIM ROSENBURY: Bei einem Großteil der Kundenanforderungen geht es um sehr individuelle Lösungen. Oft benötigen wir die Details der betreffenden Applikation und
entwickeln anhand der vorhandenen nass-magnet-Komponenten eine Lösung. Ein perfektes Beispiel ist eine Anwendung, für die ich mit einem Kunden in Kalifornien zusammenarbeite. Dort wird ein Magnetventil aus der Baureihe System 8 benötigt, jedoch
mit einem höheren Luftdurchsatz als bei den standardisierten Bauelementen von nass
magnet. Es handelt sich bei der Anwendung um ein Farbsortiersystem für Tomaten, bei
der auf einer Hochgeschwindigkeitsstrecke die grünen Tomaten aussortiert werden.
Niemand will Ketchup aus grünen Tomaten. Also, meine Meinung, was die nass-Unternehmen charakterisiert, ist: Wir sind sehr kreativ bei der Suche nach Lösungen für Kunden-Anwendungen. Wir möchten, dass sich unsere Kunden auf uns verlassen können
und immer wieder kommen.
JIM ROSENBURY: Ich bin ein Vertriebsmitarbeiter, somit werden aus meiner Sicht unsere Lieferzeiten immer optimierbar sein. Allerdings muss mein Hauptaugenmerk darauf liegen, wie wir uns in den nächsten Jahren auf dem Markt weltweit behaupten.
Internet- und Online-Handel legen zu, die nass magnet GmbH und die nass magnet
Hungária Kft. haben vor kurzem das Onlinegeschäft e-mocon gestartet. nass controls
arbeitet an e-mocon USA. Das Internet ist ein 24/7-Tool (die Abkürzung steht für 24
Stunden am Tag, 7 Tage die Woche), das wir ständig aktualisieren und verbessern. Es
steht Kunden rund um die Uhr weltweit zur Verfügung.
iMAGE: Nehmen wir an, Sie hätten die Möglichkeit, für einen Tag innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe an einen anderen Standort (Hannover/Deutschland, Veszprém/
Ungarn, Shanghai/China) und auch auf einen anderen Arbeitsplatz zu wechseln. –
Wie sähen Ihre Favoriten aus?
JIM ROSENBURY: Wenn ich für einen Tag wechseln könnte, würde ich mich vermutlich
für die nass magnet Hungária Kft. entscheiden, um über die Erweiterung unseres Stecker-Sortiments und Produktmanagement-Strategien zu diskutieren.

Entspannung finde ich bei Touren an Sommerwochenenden in meinem Ford Mustang
Cabriolet 1965.

controls. Randy and I had a discussion
and I decided to come to nass controls on
1 April 2001. nass was launching the connector line at that time and my role was
to learn the nass connector product and
coordinate the transition from the connectors we sold at the time to the nass
connectors.
JIM ROSENBURY: I was overwhelmed
at the technical information we need to
know about all of our products, especially with the solenoid products. I was very

has recently launched our online webshop, e-mocon. nass controls is working
on e-mocon USA. The internet is a 24/7
sales tool that we must constantly update
and improve. It si speaking to customers
around the world 100 % of the time.

Hungary, Shanghai/China) and to another job within the group of companies. –
What would be your favorites?
JIM ROSENBURY: If I were to change for
a day, I think it would be to nass magnet
Hungária Kft. to discuss connector expansion and Product Management strategies.

driving my 1965 Mustang convertible on

als Mechaniker in der Instandhaltung beschäftigt. Meine jetzige Tätigkeit würde
ich nach drei Monaten auf einer Skala von

CSABA MOLNÁR: Die nass magnet Hungária Kft. wurde von einem guten Freund
empfohlen. Die Technologie und das Umfeld haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich erlebe, dass ich die Möglichkeit habe, neue

große Freude, neue Technologie in der
Praxis erleben zu dürfen. Ich konnte hier
neue Maschinen und Technologien kennenlernen wie z.B. eine robotergesteuerte Lötstation, einen Spulenwicklungsautomaten oder auch eine Ultraschweißanlage. An dieser Stelle möchte ich auch die
Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und Geduld meiner Kollegen erwähnen, die mir
geholfen haben, mich an meinem neuen
Arbeitsplatz ins Team zu integrieren. –

CSABA MOLNÁR: Aufgrund der Erfahrungen mit meinen früheren Arbeitsplätzen kann ich nur sagen, dass die Firma

MOLNÁR, CSABA: Az előző munkahelyeimen is sok kiküldetésben, technológiai sorok
telepítésében volt részem. Nyitott vagyok az új kihívásokra és lehetőségekre, de azt
kell mondanom, hogy szeretem a szakmám és a munkaköröm. Mivel ebben van tapasztalatom, a karbantartói munkakörben tudok a legjobb tudásom szerint megfelelni.

MOLNÁR, CSABA: Hobbim a fotózás és amatőr rádiózás. Ham radio Ezekből sok elektronikai alapismeretet szereztem, amit hasznosíthattam a munkámban is. Például : méréstechnikai alapismeretek, optikai ismeretek, lézer hegesztés.

CSABA MOLNÁR: I am employed as mechanics in the maintenance department here.
After three months I would rank my current work to 8 on a scale from 1 to 10 of my favourite works.
iMAGE: How did it come about that you chose the job at nass magnet?
CSABA MOLNÁR: nass magnet Hungária Kft. was recommended by a good friend. I
like the technology and the environment very much. I think that I have got the opportunity to acquire new skills in my job and to face new professional challenges.
iMAGE: What are the memories that you have of the first day in the company?
CSABA MOLNÁR: For me it is a big pleasure to experience new technologies in practice. I could get to know new machines and technologies, like for instance a robot
controlled soldering station, a coil winding machine or an ultra welding machine. At
this point I would like to mention the helpfulness, friendliness and patience of my colleagues who have helped me integrate myself into the team at my new workplace. –

CSABA MOLNÁR: From the experiences with my former workplaces I can only say that
the company nass magnet is using modern high technology. It seems to me that here
much importance is placed on the proverbial German quality. The administrative work,
the internal communication, the working organization and the securement of the working conditions – everything is done unexpectedly quickly and well. Protection of the en-

vironment, cleanliness and the health and

of high value, in comparison to the conditions that you usually find in Hungary

befasst er sich aktuell mit der Versuchsplanung und Validierung von Steckverbindern und Kabelsteckern sowie mit einem VC-Magneten für eine Motorlagerung (Kunde: Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH).

Praktika: Schülerpraktika, freiwillige Orientierungspraktika und Fachpraktika während des Studiums runden unser Angebot ab. Zudem bieten wir unter
dem Motto Spulen, Anker und Ventile – Physik live bei nass magnet Physikunterricht für Jahrgangs- und Semsterkurse von Gymnasien der Region an. Die
Schüler kommen entweder zu uns ins Haus und erhalten vor Ort einen Einblick
in die Magnetventiltechnik, oder unsere jungen Ingenieure kommen direkt in
den Unterricht.
Weiterbildung: nass magnet stellt sich den immer komplexer und anspruchsvoller werden Aufgaben auf dem sich dynamisch entwickelnden Markt des
Maschinenbaus und der Automobiltechnik. Der Anspruch lautet: Möglichst
viel wird hausintern gelöst. Daher setzt das Unternehmen beim Engagement
um Fachpersonal auch auf die innerbetriebliche Karte: Mitarbeiterinnen und
Mitarbeiter nehmen mit Unterstützung des Unternehmens an Weiterqualifizierungsmaßnahmen teil.
Jüngeres Beispiel: Henning Rawohl, Master of Engineering in der Prozessentwicklung, wurde nach einer Fortbildung zum Verantwortlichen im Unternehmen für die jetzt vorgeschriebenen Risikobeurteilungen von Maschinen
nach DIN EN ISO 12100 und nimmt an einer weiterführenden Qualifizierung
zum zertifizierten Maschinensicherheits-Experten teil (iMAGE berichtete in
ihrer Ausgabe 012015).

production cell. Torben Kliche is employed as test

Dual Studies: nass magnet GmbH cooperates with the University Hannover,
the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and the Vocational Schools
concerning the dual studies. The students/apprentices learn one of the above
mentioned professions within a period of 3,5 years and do a bachelor course at
the university at the same time. We offer the following fields:

will come to us and get an impression of the valve technology directly or our
young engineers will attend the lessons at school.
Further Qualification: nass magnet faces the tasks that have been becoming more and more complex and more challenging on the dynamically growing market of the mechanical engineering and of the automotive technology.
The claim is: As much as possible will be solved in-house. For this reason, the
company is taking care and supports further qualifications of its employees.
Latest example: Henning Rawohl, Master of Engineering in the process
development has become responsible person for the risk assessment of machines according to DIN EN ISO 12100 and is now taking part in another qualification to a certified specialist for machine safety (iMAGE reported in issue

 Wenn Kinder physikalische Zusammenhänge verstehen wollen, befragen sie meistens ihre
Lehrerin oder ihren Lehrer. Manche löchern auch die Eltern. Und seit das Fernsehen solche
Themen kindgerecht aufbereitet, heißt es z.B. in Deutschland immer öfter: „Frag die Maus!“
Während sich Kinder schonungslos bis zur (richtigen) Antwort durchfragen, trauen sich Erwachsene
dies viel zu selten. Beispiel Arbeitsplatz: Wie funktionieren eigentlich die Teile, in die ich täglich in
hoher Stückzahl die Schrauben X und Y hineindrehe, und welchen Zweck erfüllen die fertigen Produkte? – Für alle, die es (endlich) wissen wollen, sucht Redakteur Andreas Seibert in einer kleinen
Serie nach Antworten. Im ersten Teil stellt er sich die Frage: Was ist eigentlich ein Magnetventil?
 Amikor a gyerekek szeretnék megérteni a fizikai összefüggéseket, akkor általában a tanárukat kérdezik meg. De vannak akik a szüleiket bombázzák ilyen jellegű kérdésekkel. Amióta a tvben is van olyan sorozat, ahol hasonló jellegű témákat dolgoznak fel a gyerek nyelvén, azóta egyre
gyakrabban hallani Németországban azt a mondatot, hogy „Kérdezd a Maust“. Míg a gyerekek
kíméletlenül átküzdik magukat a helyes válaszokig, addig a felnőttek ezt egyre ritkábban teszik
meg. Például a munkahelyen: tulajdonképpen hogyan is működnek azok az alkatrészek, melyekbe
naponta x és y csavarokat csavarunk be magas darabszámban, és milyen célt szolgálnak ezek a kész
termékek? – Mindazok számára, akik mindezeket (végre) szeretnék megtudni, azoknak a szerkesztő, Andreas Seibert keresi meg a választ egy rövid sorozat keretén belül. Az első részben azt a
kérdést teszi fel magának, hogy mi is valójában egy mágnesszelep?

gnet.com. Dort finde
ich im Glossar unter
M – „Magnetventil:
Einheit, die durch ihren Aufbau und die
technischen Daten
dazu geeignet ist,
die Betätigung von
Ventilen für Fluide
und Gase vorzunehmen“. – Ich bin etwas
verwirrt und denke
zurück an nicht gerade zur Kategorie
Lieblingsfach zählende Physikstunden in
der Schule. Sollte ich
nicht komplett auf
meinen Ohren gesessen haben, hieß
es dort: „Zusammen
mit den Flüssigkeiten zählen Gase zu
den Fluiden.“
Die Bestätigung
finde ich im Web, erneut bei Wikipedia.
Hätten wir das also
geklärt: Fluide sind alles, was als Flüssigkeit wie z.B. Wasser oder Öl oder als Gas
wie z.B. Luft oder Abgas daherkommt
und irgendwohin will. Wahrscheinlich, so
überlege ich, macht es richtig viel Sinn,
wenn besagte Fluide nicht von überall
herkommen und überall hinkommen können, und ich genieße ganz ohne Lexikon
erstmals beim Schreiben dieses Textes
das Hochgefühl eines gewissen Aha-Effektes.
Folglich brauchen wir geführte Systeme, z.B. mehr oder minder starke
Rohrleitungen und... Ich schaue nochmal
in die nass-magnet-Erklärung. War da
nicht von „Ventilen“ die Rede, und sind
Ventile nicht eine... „mechanische Vorrichtung an Blechblasinstrumenten, die
das Erzeugen aller Töne der chromatischen Tonleiter ermöglicht“? Zugegeben,
stimmt auch, aber die Erklärung 2 a unter duden.de, auf der meine Augen beim
Blick auf den Monitor gerade verharren,

ist an dieser Stelle vielleicht nicht so zielführend. Schon erleuchtender und ebenda, ein paar Pixel weiter oben, finde ich
dies: „Vorrichtung, mit der das Ein-, Aus-,
Durchlassen von Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen gesteuert wird.“
Es wird also gesteuert: Hallo, Fluid,
jetzt darfst du durch, jetzt nicht! Jetzt
wieder, jetzt wieder nicht. Und so weiter...
Ganze Arbeit machen sie, die Ventile!
Das wäre es doch dann eigentlich schon,
oder? Wozu also noch „Magnetventile“?
Und warum kann sich mit ihrem Verkauf
seit vielen Jahren ein mittelständisches
Unternehmen mit einigen hundert Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern wie nass
magnet prächtig entwickeln? Scheint ja
ein Renner zu sein, so ein Magnetventil,
auf jeden Fall ein echtes Muss im (Steuerungs-)System. Hightech, was nicht jeder
bauen kann, wie ich annehme.
Stimmt, lese ich in der Bachelorarbeit von Christoph von Maltzahn, der
seit Oktober 2014
im Vertrieb der nass
magnet GmbH zuständig für den Online-Verkauf
der
Produkte des Unternehmens ist. „Durch
den Ankerhub (des
Magnetventils) kann
der
pneumatische
Weg des zu steuernden gasförmigen
Mediums
gelenkt
werden“, heißt es
dort. Was zunächst
mal klärt, dass Magnetventile von nass
magnet offenbar ausschließlich in gasförmigen
Umgebungen (πνευμα, Altgriechisch: pneuma
„Hauch“, „Wind“) eingesetzt werden. Und
zweitens stelle ich
mir das so vor, dass
ein Magnetventil so
eine Art Vorsteuerung vor dem Hauptventil ist, das dem
Gas klar vorgibt: Da
geht‘s lang... und
zwar jetzt! Und jetzt
wieder nicht. Und so
weiter.
„Ob ihr wirklich richtig steht, seht ihr,
wenn das Licht angeht“, heißt es in einer
TV-Wissensshow für Kinder, die eigentlich aus den USA stammt und die seit
1977 in Deutschland und Österreich mit
unvermindertem Erfolg gesendet wird.
Daran denke ich unwillkürlich, als ich
überlege, ob meine abschließende Erklärung, was ein Magnetventil ist, stimmen
mag.
Nochmal Christoph von Maltzahn (in
seiner Bachelorarbeit): „Die Magnetventile von nass magnet werden ausschließlich in pneumatischen Systemen und dort
vornehmlich als Vorsteuerungen verwendet... Bei den Magnetventilen von nass
magnet handelt es sich um so genannte
2/2- bzw. 3/2-Wege-Ventile (Anzahl der
pneumatischen
Anschlüsse/mögliche
Schaltstellungen). So kann der Druckanschluss in Richtung Arbeitsanschluss
entweder freigegeben oder gesperrt bzw.

vom Druckanschluss in Richtung Arbeitsanschluss 1 oder 2 gelenkt werden...“
Bingo! Ich liege nicht falsch, und
merke mir als Zauberwort den Begriff
des Vorsteuerns. Bliebe hinzuzufügen,
dass ich nach eindringlicher Befragung
der Maus zur Antwort bekam: Du kannst
Magnetventile nicht nur als vorgesteuerte-, sondern auch als direktgesteuerte,
zwangsgesteuerte und druckgesteuerte
Ventile einsetzen. – Aber das ist eine andere Geschichte, um die es in einer unserer nächsten Folgen des kleinen ABC der
nass-magnet-Produkte gehen soll.
Nächstes Mal heißt es erstmal: Wie
ist so ein Magnetventil eigentlich aufgebaut? Und im Fernsehen würde es jetzt
heißen: Wer‘s wissen will, sollte einfach
wieder einschalten.

mágnesszelep definíciójára: „egy szerkezet, mely felépítésének és műszaki adatainak köszönhetően alkalmas arra, hogy
szelepeket működtessen folyadékok és
gázok áramoltatására.“ – Egy kicsit öszszezavarodtam és hirtelen eszembe jutott a nem éppen kedvenc tantárgyaim
közé tartozó fizikaóra. Ha nem csal az
emlékezetem, akkor ott azt mondták,
hogy a „folyadékokkal együtt a gázok az
áramló folyékony anyagok, idegen szóval
fluidumok csoportjába sorolandók.“
A wikipedia ezt meg is erősítette. Nos
akkor ezt is tisztáztuk: Fluidumoknak
nevezünk minden olyan anyagokatt, melyek folyadékként, mint pl. víz vagy olaj,
vagy gázként, levegő vagy égéstermék,
valahonnan valahová áramolnak. Én azt
gondolom, hogy talán több értelme lenne annak, ha ezek a fluidumok nem csak
úgy szabadon áramolnának, és most írás
közben, anélkül, hogy lexikonhoz nyúltam
volna egy aha-élményem lett...
Tehát a gondolatmenetemet folytatva
elvezető rendszerekre van szükségünk,
mint pl. egy többé vagy kevésbé erős falu
tömlőre, és... Mindeközben újra rápillantok a nass-magnet magyarázatra. Nem
esett ott vajon szó szelepekről, és a szelep maga nem egy... „fúvóshangszer mechanikus szerkezete, mely lehetővé teszi

a különböző kromatikus skálahangok
létrehozását“? Bevallom, hogy ez is igaz,
de a duden.de magyarázata, amely éppen előttem van a monitoron, nem biztos,
hogy a legcélravezetőbb magyarázat. Egy
pár pixellel feljebb azonban a következőt
találtam: „egy olyan szerkezet, amely lehetővé teszi a folyadékok és gázok áramlásának szabályozását.“
Tehát akkor szabályozni lehet: hello
folyadék, most átjuthatsz, most nem juthatsz át! Most szabad, most pedig nem,
és így tovább... Ezt az egész munkát pedig a szelepek végzik! Hát akkor ennyi
volt, nem? Akkor miért van egyáltalán
szükség „mágnesszelepekre“? És miért
tud ezek értékesítéséből egy több száz
dolgozót foglalkoztató középvállalat,
mint a nass magnet évek óta folyamatosan fejlődni? Úgy tűnik, ez a mágneszszelep egy igazi befutó termék? Minden
esetre elengedhetetlen eleme a (vezérlő)
rendszereknek. Olyan high-tech technológia, amit ha jól sejtek nem mindenki tud
kifejleszteni.
Így igaz, olvasom Christoph von
Maltzahn BSc-s diplomamunkájában,
aki 2014 októbere óta foglalkozik a nass
magnet GmbH termékeinek online értékesítésével. „A mágnesszelep szelepszárán keresztül irányítható a gáz halmazállapotú közvetítő anyag pneumatikus útja“
áll a diplomamunkában. Ezáltal világossá válik, hogy a nass magnet mágneszszelepeit kizárólag gáz halmazállapotú
(πνευμα, ógörögül: pneuma, azaz „fuvallat“, „szél“) környezetben alkalmazzák.
Másodszor, pedig ezt úgy tudom elképzelni, hogy egy mágnesszelep a főszelep
elővezérléseként funkcionál, mely világosan megszabja a gáznak, hogy merre
áramolhat...méghozzá most! Most pedig
nem, és így tovább.
„Akkor fogjátok látni,hogy helyes volte a válaszotok, ha kigyullad a lámpa“,
hangzik el egy gyerekek számára készült
tv-kvízshowban, mely eredetileg az USAból származik és 1977 óta Németországban és Ausztriában töretlen sikernek örvend. Akaratlanul eszembe jut, amikor
arra gondolok, hogy a záró magyarázatom azt illetően, hogy mi is egy mágneszszelep, igaz-e.
Még egyszer idézem Christoph von
Maltzahn (diplomadolgozatából): „A nass
magnet által gyártott mágneszelepeket
kizárólag pneumatikus rendszerekben al-
kalmazzák elsősorban elővezérlésként...
A nass magnet mágnesszelepei úgynevezett 2/2-ill. 3/2 csatlakozású szelepek (pneumatikus csatlakozások száma/
lehetséges kapcsolóállások). Így lehet a
nyomáscsatlakozót nyitni vagy zárni, ill.
1-es vagy 2-es kapcsolóállásba kapcsolni...“
Bingo! Nem tévedtem, és az elővezérlés szót, mint varázsszót megjegyeztem magamnak. Még az az is hozzátartozik az egészhez, hogy megkérdeztem
a „Maust“ is, aki azt válaszolta, hogy: a
mágnesszelepek nem csak elővezérelt
szelepként, hanem direkt- és kényszervezérelt szelepként is alkalmazhatóak. – De
ez már egy másik történet, melyről a nass
magnet termékek kis ABC-je sorozatunk
valamelyik következő részében lesz szó.
Legközelebb viszont arról lesz szó,
hogy: hogyan épül fel valójában egy mágnesszelep. A tv-ben most azt mondanák,
hogy akit érdekel, az legközelebb is kapcsolja be készülékét.
I am surfing on the internet trying to
find my luck first at nass magnet, on the
website nassmagnet.com. There I have
found in the glossary under S – “Solenoid Valve: A unit which, on account of its
construction and the governing technical
data, is suitable for actuating valves for
liquids and gases”. – I am a bit confused
and think back to my physics lessons at
school. If I had not closed my ears completely, it was said there: “Together with
liquids, gases belong to the fluids.”
I find the confirmation on the web,
again at Wikipedia. Finally this has been
cleared: fluids are liquids like water or oil
or gases like air or exhaust gas that come
from anywhere and want to go anywhere.
Probably it makes a lot of sense, I think,
if these fluids may not come from everywhere and may not go everywhere, and
I am enjoying, without any encyclopaedia,
the feeling of elation of a certain aha experience for the first time while writing
this text.
So, we need guided systems, for instance more or less strong tubes and...
I am returning to the explication of nass
magnet. Didn’t they talk about „valves“,
and are valves not a... “mechanical device
in musical instruments that produce all
sounds of the chromatic scale”? Admittedly, also true, but the explanation 2 a at

Bingo! I am not mistaken, and I memorize as “magic word” the expression
“pilot”. It only needs to be added that I
got this answer from the “mouse” after
insistent asking: You can use solenoid valves not only as pilots, but also as directly
controlled, forced controlled and pressure
controlled valves.- But this is another story to be told in one of our next sequels of
the little ABC of nass magnet’s products.
The next time the question is: How is
such a solenoid valve actually built? And
on TV they would say now: Who wants to
know should simply turn on again. 

purposeful at this point. More insightful,
and a few pixels above, I find this: “Device
with which the input, output and passage
of liquids or gases are controlled.”
OK, we are having a control: Hello
fluid, now you may pass, now you may
not! Now again, now not. And so on...
They are making a good job, the valves!
That would have been it, wouldn’t it? Why
“solenoid valves” then? And why can a
medium-sized company with a few hundreds employees like nass magnet flourish
for many years with the sale of such solenoid valves? Seems to be a runner, such a
solenoid valve, in any case a real must in
a (control) system. High-tech, that cannot
be built by everyone, as I suppose.
Correct, I read in the bachelor thesis
of Christoph von Maltzahn who since October 2014 has been responsible in the
sales department of nass magnet GmbH
for the online sales of the products of the
company. “By the armature stroke (of
the solenoid valve) the pneumatic way of
the gaseous medium that has to be controlled can be determined”, it says. What
explains firstly that solenoid valves from
nass magnet are obviously used in gaseous environments (πνευμα, ancient
Greek: pneuma „breath“, „wind“). And
secondly I imagine that a solenoid valve
is a kind of pilot for the main valve with
clear instructions for the gas: There is the
way...right now! And now not. And so on.
“Let‘s see who’s right with the light!”,
is said in a quiz show for children that was
firstly produced in the USA and that has
been broadcasted in Germany and Austria with a lot of success since 1977. This
comes to my mind while I am reflecting
if my final explanation of what a solenoid
valve is, is correct.
Once more Christoph von Maltzahn
(in his bachelor thesis): “The solenoid
valves from nass magnet are solely used
in pneumatic systems and there in particular as pilot valves... The solenoid valves from nass magnet are so-called 2/2
respectively 3/2 way valves (number of
pneumatic ports/possible switching positions). The pressure port in direction to
the working port can either be unblocked
or blocked respectively channelled from
the pressure port in direction to working
port 1 or 2...”

CHRISTIANE ULLRICH: Ich wurde am 2.
Dezember 1961 als Tochter von Waltraut
und Ernst Heinrich Kirchheim geboren.
Mein Wohnsitz ist Stuttgart und ich habe
zwei Kinder, die ebenfalls Gesellschafter
sind – Stephanie und Daniel Ullrich.
Diejenigen von Ihnen, die schon lange
für unsere Firma tätig sind, kennen mich
bestimmt noch von der Prüfung der Idee,
ein Gesundheitszentrum in die Geschäftsräume in Hannover zu integrieren.

daughter of Waltraut and Ernst Heinrich
Kirchheim. I live in Stuttgart and have two
children who are associates, too – Stephanie und Daniel Ullrich.
Those of you who have been working
for our company for a long time might
know me from checking the idea of establishing a health centre in the premises in
Hannover.

of associates of a company like the Holding Kirchheim GmbH + Co. KG with tasks
like the election of the Board and the auditors of the annual financial statements
as well as the appointment and dismissal
of the managers and the approval of
their action. Where do you see yourself
personally in meeting the challenges
of these very important aspects for the
development of the group of companies?
CHRISTIANE ULLRICH: Ich sehe die Firma
als Ganzes, in der jeder seine Funktion so
I see the company as a whole in which
everybody fulfils his function as good as
he can. Only if everybody does his job well
the total result will be good. For this reason I try to make my decisions to the best
of my knowledge and belief.

Was ist Ihres Erachtens der Schlüssel,
um das gegenseitige Vertrauen zwischen
Belegschaft und Unternehmensführung
zu bewahren und lebendig zu halten?

szerint, mi a kulcs a kölcsönös bizalom
megőrzéséhez, fenntartásához a dolgozók és a vállalatvezetés között?

ship to the employees is”. – Let’s presume that you are sharing this opinion.
What in your point of view is the key to
keep the mutual trust between staff and
management alive?
CHRISTIANE ULLRICH: Meiner Meinung
nach ist ein besonders wichtiger Schlüsselpunkt die Kommunikation. Auch sollte
immer Offenheit von Seiten der Unternehmungsführung gegenüber Vorschlägen der Belegschaft vorhanden sein.
Ebenfalls wichtig finde ich das gegenseitige Interesse an beruflichen, wie auch
persönlichen Problemen.
Auch die Vorbildfunktion der Unternehmungsführung ist kein zu vernachlässigender Aspekt. Es sollte eine offene
und angstfreie Gesprächskultur geben,
in der auch Kritik angenommen werden
kann. Letzten Endes bedarf Vertrauen
aber auch Zeit. Es entwickelt sich langsam und wird durch Bewährungsproben
gefestigt.
Véleményem szerint kulcsfontosságú
szerepe van a kommunikációnak. A vállalatvezetésnek nyitottnak kell lennie a dolgozók javaslataival szemben.
Szintén fontosnak tartom az egymás
iránt tanusított érdeklődést, mind szakmailag, mind pedig a személyes jellegű
problámák esetén.
A vállalatvezetés példamutató szerepe sem elhanyagolható szempont. Egy
nyitott és félelemmentes párbeszéd kultúráját kell megteremteni, melyben az
építő kritikának is helye kell legyen. Végső soron bizalomra és időre van szükség.
Ez a folyamat csak lassan alakul ki és rengeteg bizalomra épülő próbatételnek van
kitéve.
In my opinion the communication is a
very important key point. Besides the
management of a company should always
be open for suggestions from the staff.
I find it also important to have interest
in professional and personal problems of
the others.
And the management’s serving as an
example is another aspect that should not
be neglected. An open culture of discussion free of fears in which criticism is also
accepted is desirable. But in the end trust
needs time. It is slowly developing and
maintained by tests.

Das Unternehmen ist mittlerweile in
vierter Generation familiengeführt.
Die fünfte Generation sammelt bereits
unternehmerische Erfahrungen. Worin
bestehen Ihrer Meinung nach für die
Unternehmensgruppe als Zulieferer die
Chancen und Risiken auf dem sich dynamisch entwickelnden Markt des Maschinenbaus und der Automobiltechnik? –
Nehmen wir als Stichwort Industrie 4.0.
Dazu ist bei Wikipedia zu lesen: „Das
Ziel ist die ,intelligente Fabrik‘ (Smart
Factory), welche sich durch Wandlungsfähigkeit, Ressourceneffizienz, ergonomische Gestaltung sowie die Integration
von Kunden und Geschäftspartnern in
Geschäfts- und Wertschöpfungsprozesse
auszeichnet...“
A vállalat már négy generáció óta családi
vállalkozásként működik. Az ötödik
generáció éppen most szerzi meg az első
tapasztalatait vállalkozással kapcsolatban. Miben látja a kockázatokat és
lehetőségeket a dinamikusan fejlődő
gépipari és autóipari piacon mint beszállító a cég életében? Kulcsszó Ipar 4.0
koncepció. A Wikipediában ez olvasható róla: A cél egy „intelligens gyár”
(Smart Factory), melynek jellemzője a
sokoldalúság, erőforrás hatékonyság , az
ergonómikus kialakítás, illetve a vevők
és üzletfelek beillesztése az értékteremtési folyamatba.
The company is now managed by the
fourth generation of the family. The fifth
generation is already gaining experiences. In your opinion, what are the chances
and risks for the company group as
supplier on the dynamically developing
market for mechanical engineering and
automotive technology? – Let’s take Industrie 4.0 as headword. Wikipedia says:
“Industry 4.0 is a collective term for
technologies and concepts of value chain
organization. Based on the technological concepts of cyber-physical systems,
the Internet of Things and the Internet
of Services, it facilitates the vision of
the Smart Factory. Within the modular
structured Smart Factories of Industry
4.0, cyber-physical systems monitor
physical processes, create a virtual copy
of the physical world and make decentralized decisions. Over the Internet of
Things, Cyber-physical systems communicate and cooperate with each other and
humans in real time. Via the Internet of
Services, both internal and cross-organizational services are offered and utilized
by participants of the value chain.”
CHRISTIANE ULLRICH: Ich finde es sehr
spannend, die sogenannte vierte industrielle Revolution mitzuerleben. Gerade in
Produktion und Logistik lassen sich Geschäftsmodelle optimieren.
Ich denke, vor allem Deutschland liegt
in der Produktivität gemeinsam mit Japan
weit vorne. Der nächste Schritt wäre nun,
die Vernetzung mit einer neuen standardisierten Softwareentwicklung. Unser
Unternehmen wird aber sicher nicht darauf warten können, bis Standards für den
Datenaustausch von der Politik gesetzt
werden.
Es wird meiner Meinung nach auf offene Plattformen hinauslaufen, deren
größte Herausforderung der Datenschutz
darstellt. Entscheidend wird sein, wo das
Unternehmen in der Wertschöpfungskette sitzt.
Nagyon izgalmasnak tartom, hogy megélhetem az úgynevezett negyedik ipari
forradalmat. Leginkább a termelésben és
a logisztikában lehet az üzleti modelleket
optimalizálni.
Úgy gondolom, hogy a termelékenység tekintetében éppen Németország és
Japán áll az élvonalban. A következő lépés egy szabványosított szoftver fejlesztésével megvalósuló új hálózat kiépítése
lehetne. De sajnos, a mi vállalatunk biztosan nem tud addig várni, amíg a politika az adatcserére vonatkozó előírásokkal
kapcsolatosan határozni tud.
Szerintem ez az egész folyamat nyílt
plaformokon zajlik, melynek legnagyobb
kihívását az adatvédelem jelenti. Döntő
kérdés lehet, hogy egy vállalat az értékteremtési láncban hol foglal helyet.
I find it very exciting to live through the
so-called fourth industrial revolution. Especially in production and logistics business models can be optimized.
I think Germany is far ahead together
with Japan as far as productivity is con-

cerned. The nex step would be now the
linking with a new standardized software
development. Our company certainly will
not be able to wait for the politicians to
set standards for the exchange of data.
In my opinion it will all result in open
platforms for which the biggest challenge
will be the data protection. It will be decisive where the company is located in the
value chain.

Die Unternehmensgruppe blickt in diesem Jahr auf eine 90jährige Geschichte
zurück. Meilensteine waren sicher die
Übernahme der Firma nass in
Hannover und Umfirmierung in Nass
Magnet GmbH (heute: nass magnet
GmbH) sowie die Gründung der drei
Schwestergesellschaften in New
Baltimore (USA) 1988, im ungarischen
Veszprém 1996 sowie in Shanghai 2013.
– Die Gruppe wird mehr und mehr zum
Globalplayer, und die Verantwortung der
Führung der Holding – somit indirekt
auch Ihre ganz persönliche Verantwortung – wächst gewissermaßen täglich.
– Gestatten Sie eine etwas persönliche
Frage, Frau Ullrich, können Sie noch
ruhig schlafen? Oder anders gefragt:
Wie steht es um das Zutrauen in die
Kraft der Firmengruppe?

a három testvérvállalat megalapítása,

magyarországi Veszprémben, valamint
2013-ban Shanghaiban. A cégcsoport
egyre inkább globális szereplőjévé válik
a piacnak, így a Holding vezetésének felelőssége – ezzel együtt az Ön személyes
felelősége is – napról napra nő. Engedjen meg egy személyes jellegű kérdést
Ullrich Asszony, tud még nyugodtan
aludni? Vagy másképpen teszem fel ezt
a kérdést. Mi a helyzet a cégcsoport

The company group looks back on a
90-year-old history this year. Mile-

the company nass in Hannover and the
change of name in Nass Magnet GmbH
(nowadays: nass magnet GmbH) as well
as the foundation of the three subsidiaries in New Baltimore (USA) in 1988,
Veszprém in 1996 and in Shanghai in
2013. – The group is becoming a global
player more and more, and the responsibility for the management of the holding
–indirectly your personal responsibility
as well – is growing every day. – Please
allow me a personal question, Ms. Ullrich,
can you still sleep peacefully? Or in other
words: What about the confidence in the
power of the company group?
CHRISTIANE ULLRICH: Die Antwort liegt
im Vertrauen. Wie ich in meiner Antwort
auf die zuvor gestellte Frage zum gegeseitigen Vertrauen zwischen Belegschaft
und Unternehmensführung bereits sagte,

only indirectly: Since your childhood you
have been in the men’s world industrial
company. On 6th March of this year the
German Bundestag has decided to introduce a women’s quota of 30 percent in
the supervisory board of large enterprises. What is your opinion on this?
CHRISTIANE ULLRICH: Dieses Thema
liegt mir besonders am Herzen. Es wird
gesetzlich zementiert, dass Frauen eine
Quote brauchen.
Ich würde mir nicht gerne sagen lassen, dass ich nur aufgrund einer Frauenquote aufgestiegen bin. Führungskompetenz ist keine Frage von Geschlecht, sondern von Zielstrebigkeit, eisernem Willen,
Charakter und Stärke. Die Quote ist meiner Meinung nach auch keine Lösung des
eigentlichen Problems. Das gesellschaftliche und finanzielle Risiko, Kinder großzuziehen, darf nicht allein auf den Schultern
der Frauen lasten.
Angela Merkel ist ja auch nicht Bundeskanzlerin geworden, weil wieder einmal eine Quotenfrau an der Reihe war,
sondern weil sie oft strategisch genial
denkt und gute Lösungsansätze für politische Probleme findet. Ich würde meiner
Tochter nicht sagen wollen, dass sie zwar

függ, hanem a céltudatosságtól, a vasakarattól, a jellemtől és a képességektől. A
kvóta szerintem nem megoldás a problémára. A szociális és pénzügyi kockázatot,
a gyereknevelés terhét nem lehet egyedül a nők vállára helyezni.
Angela Merkel sem azért lett kancellár, mert ő volt a soron következő női
kvóta, hanem azért mert stragégiai gondolkodásával és megoldóképességével
zseniálisan kezeli a politikai problámákat.
A saját lányomnak sem mondanám azt,
hogy bár elég okos vagy, de a kötelezően
előírt női kvóta nélkül nem lenne belőled
soha vezető.
Még egy további kérdés. 2015 január
01-től Németországban hatályba lépett
a 8,50 € minimálbér. Véleménye szerint,

Mindestlohn ist für einige Branchen wie
zum Beispiel die Gastronomie, das Baugewerbe oder im Dienstleistungsbereich
sicher sehr wichtig und auch gut. Ob er
in unserer Industrie allerdings ein guter
Weg ist und wie die Auswirkungen speziell für unsere Unternehmensgruppe sind,
kann ich schlecht beurteilen. Ich denke,
das wird uns die Zeit zeigen.
This topic is very close to my heart. It
is legally cemented that women need a
quota.
I would not like to hear that I have
made career only because of a women’s
quota.
Managerial competence is not a question of the gender, but of determination,
iron will, character and power. The quota is not a solution of the real problem, I
think. The social and financial risk to bring
up a child may not fall on the women
alone.
Angela Merkel has not become Chancellor because it was time for a woman
from a quota, but because she often has
brilliant strategic ideas and finds good initial stages for a solution of political problems. I would not like to tell my daughter
that although she is intelligent, she could
not make it to a managerial position without quota.

auf der Hannover Messe

Wer glaubt, Fachausstellungen und
Messen hätten im Zeitalter Alles ist
online an Strahlkraft verloren, muss
sich eines Besseren belehren lassen.
Allen voran schreitet hier die Hannover Messe als weltweit wichtigste Industriemesse, die vom 13. bis 17. April 2015 Produktneuheiten entlang der
gesamten industriellen Wertschöpfungskette zeigte: Industrieautomation und IT, Energie- und Umwelttechnologien, industrielle Zulieferung,
Produktionstechnologien und Dienstleistungen sowie Forschung und Entwicklung. nass magnet lud an den
Stand K 30 in der Halle 14, und viele
Kunden und Interessierte ließen sich
einen Besuch beim Hightech-Produzenten elektromagnetischer Lösungen
nicht nehmen.
Im Mittelpunkt des Interesses der
Messebesucherinnen und -besucher
am nass-magnet-Angebot standen die
Kleinsten aus dem Standardsortiment:
die Miniaturventile der Baureihen Cartridge 9 mm, Cartridge 13 mm, System
3–10 und – als jüngste Komponente
der Reihe – das System 6–15. Medien
berichteten im Vorfeld und während
der Messetage dazu (siehe nebenstehend abgedruckter Originalbericht aus
Hannover Messe Daily, Ausgabe vom
17. April 2015). Gespräche und Anfragen am nass-magnet-Stand basierten
nicht selten auf den Leistungsdaten der
Miniaturventile.
Natürlich ging es auch immer wieder um individuelle Lösungen für Kunden und perspektivische Marktchancen. „Informationen zu Anforderungen
des Marktes, speziell zu dem Themenkreis Industrie 4.0, das als ein Kernthema der Messe ausgeschrieben war,
wurden angeregt ausgetauscht“, berichtet Stephan Prigge, Leiter Vetrieb
Projekte bei der nass magnet GmbH.

Am Mittwochabend, gewissermaßen zum Bergfest der Messetage,
wurde gefeiert: „90 Jahre nass magnet“ hatte eine Einladung an zahlreiche
Kunden und Lieferanten angekündigt.
Viele kamen, begrüßt durch Klaus H.
Kirchheim, Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführungen der nass magnet GmbH
und nass magnet Hungária Kft. sowie
Vize-Präsident der nass controls, und
überbrachten herzliche Glückwünsche.
Stephan Prigge zieht eine insgesamt positive Bilanz der Hannover
Messe für das Unternehmen: „Die HMI
ist immer noch ein Ort zum Austausch
von Innovationen und Produktideen,
um das eigene Leistungsportfolio zu
erweitern oder den Einfluss von Entwicklungen auf die eigene Strategie
abschätzen zu helfen.“ Kleine Einschränkung, so Prigge: „Aus der Sicht
von Randy Bennett, Präsident der nass
controls in New Baltimore/USA, ist die
Messe nicht mehr wirklich international. Es waren diesmal nur wenige amerikanische Firmen vertreten.“

in the era Everything is online must be
taught better. On top is the Hannover
Fair as the world’s biggest industrial
fair that from 13th to 17th April 2015
showed new products along the entire industrial value chain: industrial
automation and IT, energy and environmental technologies, industrial
supply, production technologies and
services as well as research and development. nass magnet invited to their
booth K30 in hall 14, and many customers and interested persons took
the opportunity to visit the hightech

In the focus of the interest were our
smallest from the standard portfolio:

course, individual solutions for customers and perspective chances on the
market often were a topic, too. “Information on requirements of the market,
particularly on the topic Industrie 4.0
that had been one of the key topics of
the fair, were lively exchanged”, reports Stephan Prigge, head of sales
projects at nass magnet GmbH.
New was an expanded, attractive
display of the webshop powered by
nass magnet, e-mocon, and a partner
presentation of several components
by the Kählig Antriebstechnik GmbH
(KAG). “That was a very good decision”, says Christoph Böhm, head of
sales standard components at nass
magnet GmbH, “showing examples for
applications in which our products can
be used.”
On Wednesday night a party took
place: Several customers and suppliers
were invited to „90 Jahre nass magnet“. Many came, welcomed by Klaus
H. Kirchheim, managing director of
nass magnet GmbH and nass magnet
Hungária Kft. als well as vice president
of nass controls, expressing their congratulations.
Stephan Prigge sees positive results of the Hannover Fair for the company: „The HMI is still a place for the
exchange of innovations and product
ideas in order to expand the own performance portfolio or to help assess
the influence of developments on the
own strategy.” Small reservation, says
Prigge: “From the point of view of Randy Bennett, president of nass controls
in New Baltimore/USA, the fair is not
really international anymore. This time
only few American companies were
represented.” 

Erhebliche Zeitersparnis bei
Erstellung der Dokumente
„Für das Anlegen einer neuen Baugruppe haben wir bisher immer fünf bis
sechs Stunden veranschlagt“, berichtet
Simone Dreger, Technische Zeichnerin
in der Konstruktionsabteilung der nass
magnet GmbH in Hannover. „Mit der
Einführung von spyydmaxx Enterprise
als Konfigurationsmodul und die Schaffung von Schnittstellen zu unserer Konstruktionssoftware SolidWorks und zum
SAP-System haben wir das auf ca. zehn
Minuten reduzieren können.“
spyydmaxx Enterprise stammt von
der ACATEC Software GmbH aus Gehrden bei Hannover und wird z.B. auch
im nass-magnet-Webshop e-mocon
eingesetzt. Dort ermöglicht die Applikation dem User, online auf Basis einer
Standardausführung Kabelstecker nach
eigenen Vorgaben zu konstruieren und
das Ergebnis anschließend in eine Anfrage an nass magnet einzubinden.
Die interne Dokumentenerstellung
mithilfe von spyydmaxx Enterprise erfolgt so: Nach Konfiguration einer neuen Magnetspulen-Variante nach einem
festgelegten Regelwerk ermittelt die
Software, welche Unterbaugruppe verwendet werden soll und zu welcher
Sammelzeichnung die neue Variante

gehört. „Das Regelwerk stellt sicher, dass nur richtige und baubare Varianten erstellt
werden und trägt somit zur Fehlervermeidung bei“, erklärt Simone Dreger.
Dann geht es in SAP weiter. Dort werden die spyydmaxx-Daten übernommen und
der Materialstamm, die Stückliste, der Arbeitsplan sowie die Zeichnung angelegt. Anschließend erfolgt als Information automatisch eine Änderungsmitteilung an alle Abteilungen, und die Zeichnung wird im Technischen Informations-Management (TIM) abgelegt.
Der erhebliche Aufwand für die Entwicklung und Einarbeitung, der nicht selten neben dem Tagesgeschäft bewältigt werden musste, hat sich gelohnt. Simone Dreger:
„Von über 300 auf ca. 10 Minuten ist schon ein enormer Fortschritt. Lediglich die Bedruckung der neuen Baugruppe muss noch manuell entworfen werden.“ Abschließend
verweist sie darauf, dass durch das Anlegen des kompletten Materialstammes mit allen
benötigten Bestandteilen und des Arbeitsplanes nicht nur in der Konstruktion, sondern
auch in anderen Abteilungen Zeit eingespart wird. „Der Gesamtdurchlauf einer Freigabe
war bisher mit drei Tagen eingeplant. Dies reduziert sich nun auf ein Minimum.“

ritka dolog – erre példa a nass magnet is: egy új szoftverprogram bevezetésével racionalizálni tudtuk a termékkonfigurációt és program vállalaton belüli munkafolyamataiba történő beillesztése által sikerült az újonnan létrehozott félkész termékek törzsadat állományának és rajzainak dokumentálásában egy ugrásszerű előrelépést tenni:

Ein Beispiel aus dem Hause nass magnet: Durch den Einsatz einer neuen
Software, die die Produktkonfiguration rationalisiert, und durch ihre Integration in den hausinternen Workflow
gelang gewissermaßen ein Quantensprung bei der Erstellung von Stammdaten und Zeichnungen für neue Baugruppen. Die Zeitersparnis: bis zu über
97 Prozent!

számára, hogy saját specifikációjának megadásával a szabvány csatlakozók alapul vételével online szerkeszthessen és a létrehozott eredményt ajánlatkérés formájában a nass
magnetnek elküldhesse.
A házon belüli dokumentum létrehozása a spyydmaxx Enterprise program alkalmazásával az alábbiak szerint történik: Az új mágnestekercs változat konfigurálását követően meghatározott szabályrendszer alapján a szoftver kiszámolja melyik részmodulokat kell felhasználni és az létrehozott új variáns melyik gyűjtőrajzhoz tartozik. A hibák
kiküszöbölése érdekében ez a szabályrendszer biztosítja, hogy csak olyan variánsokat
lehessen létrehozni, melyek valóban beépíthetőek – magyarázza Simone Dreger.
A folyamat ezután az SAP-ban folytatódik. A rendszer a spyydmaxx adatokat átveszi, létrehozza a törzsadatokat, az alkatrészlistát, a munkautasítást és rajzokat. Ezt követően az egyes részlegek információként egy változásértesítést kapnak, a rajzok ledokumentálása pedig a TIM-ben történik.
A rengeteg ráfordítás, fejlesztés és betanítás, amit sokszor a napi munka mellett
kellett elvégezzünk, végső soron mégiscsak megérte. Simone Dreger: „A ráfordított idő
lecsökkentése 300-ról 10 perce egy hatalmas előrelépést jelent számunkra. Már csak az
újonnan létrehozott félkész termék dokumentációjának kinyomtatását kell manuálisan
elvégezni.“ Végül arra is rámutatott, hogy a program segítségével létrehozott teljes törzsadat állomány az összes hozzátartozó alkatrésszel, illetve munkautasítások elkészítésével nemcsak konstrukciónak, hanem más részlegek számára is időt spórol meg. „Egy
jóváhagyási eljárás tervezett átfutási ideje eddig legalább 3 munkanap volt. Ezt az időt
sikerült most a minimumra csökkenteni.“

“For the creation of a new module we have always calculated a period of five to six
hours”, says Simone Dreger, engineering draughtswoman in the construction department of nass magnet GmbH in Hannover. “By the introduction of spyydmaxx Enterprise
as configuration module and the creation of interfaces to our construction software
SolidWorks and to the SAP-System we could reduce it to around 10 minutes.”
spyydmaxx Enterprise is from ACATEC Software GmbH from Gehrden near Hannover und is also used in the nass magnet webshop e-mocon, for example. There the
application allows the user to online construct cable connectors on the basis of a standard version and to add the result afterwards to an inquiry to nass magnet. The internal
creation of documents by means of spyydmaxx Enterprise goes like this: After configiMAGE
urating a new variant of a solenoid coil
after a given set of rules and regulations
the software finds out which sub assembly must be used and which collection drawing the new variant belongs
to. “The set of rules and regulations
ensures that only correct and usable
variants are created, and contributes to
avoid failures”, explains Simone Dreger.
Then it goes on in SAP. There the
spyydmaxx data are taken over, the material master, the bill of materials, the
work plan and the drawing are created.
After that a change notice will be sent
automatically to all departments for information purposes, and the drawing
will be saved in the TIM (Technical Information Management).
The considerable efforts for the
development and training, that often
had to be done in addition to the daily work, was worth it. Simone Dreger:
“From over 300 to ca. 10 minutes is an
enormous progress. Only the imprint
for the new assembly is left to be done
by hand.” Finally she points out that
with the creation of the entire material
master time is not only saved in the construction department, but also in other
departments. “The entire processing of
a release was planned with three days.
Now it is reduced to a minimum.” 

A személygépjárművek motorfelfüggesztési elemének gyártási projektjéhez (amiről az iMAGE 022014 kiadásának 25. oldalán és az iMAGE012015 kiadásának 25. oldalán írtunk) készülnek a sorozatgyártó eszközök és szerszámok. Az eddig kiküldött
számtalan mintadarabbal sikerült a vevőnket termékünk képességeiről és dizájnjáról
meggyőzni. A szoros ütemtervet és a jövő évre tervezett sorozatgyártás elindítását
továbbra is csak feszített tempóban történő projektmunkával tudjuk tartani.

The move of the Twin Boost project – customer: WABCO, Hannover – (iMAGE reported in issue 010214, pages 6 ff.) to nass magnet Hungária Kft. in Veszprém could be
finished with a positive customer visit and audit. The existing three variants will be
slowly increasing in quantity now. The application of similar variants at other end
customers is possible!
For the customer project solenoid valve for a traction control system with integrated, electronic stability programme (ASR&ESP) in utility vehicles the serial equipment
has been made in the meantime. Samples for the demanding validation according to
the high requirements of the automotive industry could be built. 

St. Nicholas brought joy into the festive season
Feiertage und Traditionen verstärken das Gefühl der Zugehörigkeit und beleben die
Gemeinschaft. Der 6. Dezember ist für Kinder ein wichtiger Tag, denn dann kommt
der Nikolaus. Wie jedes Jahr wurde dieses Fest auch bei uns in Veszprém gefeiert.
Am Nachmittag des 4. Dezember wurden alle Kinder der Belegschaft in die Firma
eingeladen. Die Kinder begrüßten den Nikolaus mit einem Lied. Danach bekam jedes
Kind ein kleines Geschenk vom Nikolaus persönlich überreicht. Einige Kinder bedankten sich nochmals mit Liedern und Gedichten.
Die Kleinen freuten sich über die Geschenke, sie öffneten begeistert ihre Nikolaus-Päckchen. An dieses Fest werden wir sicher noch lange denken. Danke, lieber Nikolaus!
Mikulás ünnepség a nass magnetnél
Az ünnepek és a hagyományok az összetartozás érzését erősítik, a közösséget éltetik. December 6-a fontos nap a gyerekek számára, mert ezen a napon érkezik hozzájuk a Mikulás. Mint minden évben, természetesen mi is megünnepeltük ezt az
alkalmat.
December 4-én délután a dolgozóink gyermekeit meghívtuk hozzánk. A gyerekek a
szüleik kíséretében a kantinban gyülekezek és nagy izgalommal várták, hogy megérkezzen a jóságos Mikulás. Miután dallal köszönötték őt, a Mikulás nevén szólította a gyerekeket, akik kimentek elé és átvették a kis csomagokat. Néhányan közülük
mégegyszer énekeltek vagy szavaltak neki.
A kicsik nagyon örültek az ajándékoknak, boldogan bontogatták a Mikulás csomagokat. Reméljük a gyerekek még sokáig emlékezni fognak erre a szép délutánra. Köszönjük Neked Mikulás!

Public and religious holidays and traditions strengthen the sense of belonging and stimulate the community. The 6th December is an important
day for children, because St. Nicholas
is coming then. Like every year, this
feast was also celebrated in 2014 at
nass magnet in Veszprém.
In the afternoon of the 4th of December all the children of the staff were invited to the company. The children welcomed St. Nicholas with a song. After
that St. Nicholas personally gave a little present to every child. Some of the
children thanked him once more with
songs and poems.
The offspring was very happy about
the gifts and had a lot to reflect upon
and many sweets to eat. We will certainly think of this feast for a long time.
Thank you, dear St. Nicholas! 

Frauenversteher, in dessen Erziehung sich
die Ideale der 68er-Bewegung deutlich widerspiegeln, ist der 30 jährige meilenweit von
dem Status eines Machos entfernt. Trotzdem,
oder gerade deswegen, erobert er das Herz
von Aylin Denizoglu (Aylin Tezel). Doch bei
der ersten Begegnung mit der Familie kann
er mit seiner verständnisvollen Art überhaupt
nicht punkten. Aylins Eltern (Vedat Erincin
und Lilay Huser) und ihr Bruder Cem (Dar
Salim) erwarten etwas ganz anderes. Die Lösung des Problems liegt in der Anpassung,
denkt sich Daniel und entschließt sich, bei
Cem Nachhilfe in türkischer Kultur zu nehmen.

Denzoglu (Aylin Tezel) szívét. A családdal való
első találkozása azonban megértő stílusával a

folgende Plot: Star Wars 7: Das Erwachen der Macht spielt etwa 30 Jahre nach Star Wars: Episode 6 – Die Rückkehr der Jedi-Ritter. Obwohl die
Rebellen den zweiten Todesstern zerstört haben und der Imperator tot
ist, existiert das Imperium unter dem Namen The First Order weiter. Die
Organisation ist für die Ermordung zahlreicher Menschen verantwortlich, auch die Familie und der beste Freund von Finn (John Boyega) sind
darunter. Er wird gezwungen, sich dem Imperium anzuschließen – landet aber schließlich in einer imperialen Haftzelle. Dort lernt er den ebenfalls gefangenen Piloten Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac) kennen, der von

film of the sequel trilogy. The film is directed by J. J. Abrams, written by
Abrams, Michael Arndt, and Lawrence Kasdan, and produced by Kathleen Kennedy and Bad Robot Productions. The film, which is currently in
post-production, will be released on 18th December 2015.
Despite initially claiming that the Star Wars story ended in Star Wars:
Episode VI Return of the Jedi, and spending years refuting speculation
that there would be another film, George Lucas began work on the story of Episode VII in 2011 in order to increase the value of Lucasfilm Ltd.
before he sold it to The Walt Disney Company, although Disney would
later elect to not use Lucas‘s story. The acquisition was finalized on 30th
October 2012, and Disney and Lucasfilm officially announced Episode VII
the same day.
Little is known of the story Episode VII, but it will feature the forces
of the First Order, an offshoot of the Galactic Empire, aligned against
the Resistance, sprung from the Rebel Alliance.The story material will
not be based on Star Wars Legends, formerly known as the Expanded
Universe, rather, it will be an original story set after Return of the Jedi.
The film stars Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew,
Anthony Daniels, and Kenny Baker reprising their original roles. The
original actors are joined by a host of new actors including John Boyega,
Daisy Ridley, and Adam Driver, amongst many others. The film will be
presented in RealD 3D and IMAX 3D where available.

zwischen 1994 und 2003, sorgten dafür,
dass Johnny Cashs Ruf nachhaltig wiederhergestellt wurde. War er in den 1980er Jahren
weitestgehend aus dem öffentlichen Blickfeld
verschwunden, konnte mit Hilfe des Produzenten Rick Rubin ein goldener Karriereherbst
anbrechen. „Der Produzent sorgte für ein karges Sounddesign, das die tiefe und kratzige
Stimme Cashs in das Zentrum stellte – und
das Gospel-Pathos voriger Platten hinter sich
ließ...“ Trotz der Ende der 1990er diagnostizierten unheilbaren autonomen Neuropathie

Mit ihrem vierten Album Crystal Sky
schlägt Lena Meyer-Landrut ein weiteres,
spannendes Kapitel ihrer Musikkarriere auf. Ihr
Debütalbum My Cassette Player wurde 2010
veröffentlicht und erreichte Doppelplatin. Es
folgte Good News im Jahre 2011 und die Platinauszeichnung. Das dritte Werk Stardust
erschien 2012 und bescherte Lena u.a. die Goldauszeichnung, den ECHO und den MTV EMA.
Zum neuen Album sagt sie: „Ich wollte es diesmal elektronischer, noch ausgefallener, meinen persönlichen Musikgeschmack noch mehr

With her fourth album Crystal Sky Lena Meyer-Landrut opens another exciting chapter of her
musical career. Her debut album My Cassette Player was released in 2010 and reached double platinum. This was followed by Good News in 2011 and the platinum award. The third work
Stardust was released in 2012 and brought Lena, among others the Gold Award, the ECHO and
the MTV EMA. About the new album, she says: “I wanted it more electronic, fancier, realize more
of my personal taste in music. Of course I wanted to continue to make pop music that reaches the
people and not end up playing in the basement. Nevertheless, I wanted to bring in a greater part
of my artistic values.”
