Important-Read this before running
Running nitro kit is fun and easy, but to make this a safe and good experience
you must observe a few rules. This kit is extremely fast, easily over 40MPH,
and can seriously injure someone if you are not careful.
5. Emergency Engine Stopping
¡Remove air filter and cover carb. Intake.
¡Squeeze fuel line and hold until engine stops.
1. Where to run car?
¡Any running area you choose must be dry. Do not run car near any water or
wet dirt.
¡With a rag, cover exhaust outlet.
6. Storing Car After Running
¡Remove fuel from tank and fuel lines
¡Do not run on public streets. It is very easy to have the car run over or be
damaged by hitting the curb.
¡Turn off radio in the car
¡Do not operate the car in tight confined places. The car is very fast and will
easily hit something.
¡Put a few drops of after run in the engine to keep it from rusting.
¡Do not run near people or animals. The car is very fast and could easily hit
someone if you are not an expert driver.
¡Clear oil and dirt from chassis with a degreaser.
¡Due to noise, you will want to consider the surrounding area when operating
the car.
7. Precautions
¡This kit is not a toy. Always run car with a second person as a spotter and
pitman.
¡Do not operate the car at night. You will not be able to drive it safely.
¡Do not operate the car indoors. Engine exhaust fumes are dangerous.
¡Hot Parts-The pipe, manifold, engine and head are very hot and will cause
burns.
2. Glow Fuel
¡Glow fuel is poisonous!
¡Rotating Parts-Keep hands away from the drive train, wheels, and engine
when engine is running.
¡Glow fuel is flammable!
¡Radio-Check battery life before running the car. The radio does not have full
control of the car with steering and/or throttle/brake, do not run until
corrected. Failure to correct this will result in possible injury and damage to
the car or property. We strongly recommend using a Failsafe.
¡Do not leave in fuel bottle with lid off at any time.
¡Do use any fuel other than glow fuel in this engine.
3. First Time Starting the Engine
¡Glow fuel-Do not leave the glow fuel unattended with the lid off. Fuel
contains Methanol and Nitro Methane and is flammable and poisonous.
Caution!
When starting the engine make sure the following is observed.
Store fuel in cool ventilated location. Refer to the glow fuel label for
additional precautions.
¡Set engine Master needle to 3 turns (rich setting)
¡Fuel tank in the car-Never store fuel in car tank, it will ruin the engine if left in
tank.
¡Do not do this alone, get an experienced friend to help for the first time.
¡Always turn off the car BEFORE turning off the radio.
¡Fill fuel tank, try not to spill fuel. Do not spill fuel on receiver.
¡DAMAGE DUE CAR RUN AWAY IS NOT A WARRANTY ISSUE .
¡Hold car off the ground, so it will not runaway when it first starts.
IF YOU DO NOT BREAK-IN ENGINE CORRECTLY, AT
LOW-MID RPM, YOU WILL BREAK THE CONNECTING
ROD!
¡Turn onthe radio and check the linkage before starting engine.
¡Turn on car receiver battery switch.
FAILURE TO READ AND FOLLOW BREAK-IN ENGINE
INSTRUCTIONS WILL VOID WARRANTY!
¡Always have an air filter on the carburetor to keep dirt out.

Install UM-3 batteries to transmitter
Extend the antenna. (Transmitter)
Install AAA batteries to batteries case.
After installing the batteries, connect the wire to switch and
receiver.
5. Extend the antenna. (Receiver)
6. Set the trim-lever at center.
7. Turn on the switch. (Transmitter)
8. Turn on the switch. (Receiver)
9. Make sure the servos are in command.
10. When the operating stick is in neutral, servo horns must be
in neutral as well. (Adjustment can be made by re-installing
the servo horn.)
11. Turn off the switch. (Receiver)
12. Turn off the switch. (Transmitter)
13. Retract the antenna. (Transmitter)
1. Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach an Ihrem Sender und setzten Sie
8 AA Batterien/Akku ein.
2. Ziehen Sie die Antenne an Ihrem Sender vorsichtig heraus
3. Setzen Sie 4 AA Batterien/Akku in den Batteriekasten ein
4. Verbinden Sie den Stecker vom Batteriekasten mit der Buchse
des Schalterkabels.
5. Verlegen Sie das Antennenkabel Ihres Empfängers sorgfältig.
(nicht kürzen oder um andere Bauteile wickeln)
6. Stellen Sie alle Schieber (Trimmung) an Ihrem Sender auf eine
neutrale Position (mittig).
7. Schalten Sie Ihren Sender und Empfänger ein.
9. Stellen Sie durch betätigen des Lenk - und Gashebels die
Funktion der Servos im Fahrzeug fest.
10. Überprüfen Sie die korrekte Stellposition Ihrer Servos
(links im Bild) und justieren Sie gegebenfalls nach.
11. Schalten Sie Empfänger und Sender wieder aus.
12. Schieben Sie die Antenne am Sender vorsichtig wieder ein.

Place the clutch shoes with the
clutch springs over the 3 pins of
the flywheel. Use a phillips screw
driver or needle nose plier and
bend the small end of the clutch
springs behind the pilot shaft then
press down.

* Schalten Sie Ihren Sender und dann Ihren Empfänger ein.
Das Gas/ Bremsservo sollte sich auf eine neutrale
Position stellen.
* Achten Sie darauf das der Vergaser min 0,6 - 1.0 mm
geöffnet ist. Falls eine Korrektur nötig ist können Sie

* Die Bremse sollte bei neutraler Position leicht auf Zug
stehen um ein rollen des Fahrzeug bei höherem Standgas

control servo trim to neutral position.
* Adjust the idling adjusting screw on the carburetor to
open approx 0,6 - 1,0 mm gap.
* Adjust both engine control and brake linkage
accordingly
* Adjust the engine while it is not running.
* Drücken Sie den Gashebel an Ihrem Sender ganz nach oben.
Der Vergaser sollte vollständig geöffnet sein. Falls eine
Korrektur notwendig ist, lösen Sie die Madenschraube A am
Gasgestänge und ziehen Sie den Vergaser auf. Halten Sie die
Position und ziehen die Madenschrauben wieder an.
* Adjust the servo-horn mounting position for the carburetor
to be fully open.
* Change the pivot mounting position on the servo horn in
case the carburetor is not opening excessively. Or if
available on the transmitter, adjust the throttle high
end point.

* Drücken Sie den Gashebel an Ihrem Sender ganz nach unten.
Der Vergaser sollte bis auf 0,6 -1,0mm vollständig geschlossen
sein. Falls eine Korrektur notwendig ist, lösen Sie die
Madenschraube B am Gasgestänge und drücken den Vergaser
zu. Halten Sie die Position und ziehen die Madenschrauben
wieder an.
* Stellen Sie sicher das die Bremse voll auf Zug steht.
(Räder sollten blockieren). Stellen Sie fest das keine ausreichende
bremswirkung vorhanden in lösen Sie die Madenschraube C und
ziehen das Bremsgestäge nach und ziehen die Madenschraube
wieder an.
* Adjust the brake works smoothy
* If the brake apply too much or not enough, adjust accordingly.
Or if available on the transmitter, adjust high-end brake adjustment.
* Adjust to change the front or rear brake.

Öffnen Sie die Stoßdämpferkappe und ziehen Sie die
Kolbenstange bis zum Anschlag herunter.
Für ein Werkssetup füllen Sie ein 600er
Stoßdämpferöl bis zur Oberkante des Stoßdämpfergehäuses ein.
Schieben Sie die Kolbenstange 2 bis 3mal hoch und
runter um das Öl gleichmäßig zu verteilen.
Füllen Sie gegenfalls Öl nach und setzen Sie die
Volumenausgleichsmembran auf das Gehäuse und
schrauben Sie die Stoßdämpferkappe auf.
