Die RIDI Leuchten GmbH ist ein mittelständisches
Unternehmen und hat sich in mehr als 60 Jahren auf dem
Markt technischer Leuchten etabliert.
Heute ist man mit mehreren Produktionsstandorten in
Deutschland und Polen, Tochterfirmen im europäischen
Ausland und zahlreichen Werksvertretungen deutschlandund europaweit bestens aufgestellt. Ein vielseitiges
Produktspektrum von Leuchtenmodellen, die stetige
Entwicklung neuer Leuchten und die kundenorientierte
Konzeption von Sondermodellen zeichnen RIDI als
Qualitätshersteller aus. RIDI verwirklicht Lichtplanungen
von einfachen Lichtlösungen bis hin zu komplexen
Lichtsteuerungsanlagen.
Der Fertigungsstandort Jungingen umfasst eine Produktionsfläche von ca. 35.000 m2 und ist gleichzeitig Sitz der
Firmenzentrale. Fertigungsschwerpunkte am Standort
Jungingen sind Rasterleuchten, Lichtsysteme, Architekturbeleuchtung und Sonderleuchten. Daneben werden noch
viele Leuchtenkomponenten für die Werke in Zeuthen und
Rellingen gefertigt.
Auch das LED-Management, das sich der Entwicklung von
LEDs, dem Sonderbau und der Eigenbestückung widmet,
hat seinen Sitz in Jungingen.
Durch eigene LED-Bestückungslinien kann RIDI angepasste
LED-Module fertigen, um den wachsenden Anforderungen
an Lichttechnik und Design gerecht zu werden.
Im Fertigungscenter Zeuthen werden auf 15.000 m2
Wannenleuchten, Pendelleuchten und Lichtleisten hergestellt. In Rellingen werden auf 2.800 m2 ausschließlich
Teile für das RIDI LINIA Lichtbandsystem gefertigt.
Aufgrund der hohen Stückzahlen bei diesen Produkten ist
die Fertigung weitgehend automatisiert.
RIDI Leuchten GmbH is a medium-sized enterprise
established in the marketplace as a supplier of technical
luminaires over period of over 60 years.
Today, the company is ideally placed with several producing
locations in Germany and Poland, subsidiaries across Europe
and a large number of representations in Germany and
Europe-wide. A diverse product portfolio of luminaire
models, on-going development of its luminaires and bespoke
design of non-standard models all set RIDI apart as a
manufacturer of quality. RIDI is also involved in the
implementation of light planning projects ranging from
simple lighting solutions to complex lighting control systems.
RIDI‘s Jungingen location encompasses a production area
of around 35,000 square metres and is also the company
headquarters. The focus of production in Jungingen is on
louvre luminaires, lighting systems, architectural lighting and
special luminaires. A wide range of luminaire components
are also produced here for the company’s plants in Zeuthen
and Rellingen.
Jungingen is also home to the LED management, which is
dedicated to the development of LEDs, non-standard
production and in-house LED fittings. With its own LED
fitting plant, RIDI is now in a position to produce LED
modules adapted in-house to address the growing demands
made on lighting technology and design.
The Zeuthen production centre manufactures diffuser
luminaires, pendant luminaires and continuous lighting
systems over an area of 15,000 square metres. The 2,800
square metres of the Rellingen site are set aside exclusively
for production of the RIDI LINIA continuous lighting system.
Because of the high piece numbers involved, the processes
used to manufacture these products are largely automated.

R-TUBE
The R-TUBE is an LED tube developed and produced by RIDI.
Its innovative lamp base system makes the R-TUBE just as
simple to exchange as conventional T16 or T26 lamps.
Its dimensions are designed to correspond to conventional
fluorescent lamps, and the luminous flux packages also comply
with T16-HE wattages with up to 3,600 lm. High-output
luminous fluxes of up to 5,600 lm and T26 lengths with up to
5,100 lm are also available.
The R-TUBE permits the majority of familiar luminaires designed
for T16 or T26 lamps from the RIDI range to now be operated
with optimum energy efficiency as LED luminaires. Many
classical, tried and tested designs can continue to be used
unchanged with LED lamps. The R-TUBE allows the configuration
of dazzle-free louvre luminaires with excellent light yield.

LED
Maximum efficiency is guaranteed by the linear circuit boards
fitted with mid-power LEDs. While the efficiency of T16 lamps
is limited to 85 – 96 lm/W, the R-TUBE achieves up to 145 lm/W
(130 lm/W system efficiency).
The SELV-conforming circuit boards are pressed over their
whole surface against the stable aluminium base profile using
a separate LED converter for optimum thermal management.
Depending on the lighting requirements, R-TUBES come with
a clear, sanitised or opal plastic cover, and are available in light
colours 3000, 4000 or 6500 Kelvin. They achieve a colour
rendering index Ra of > 80.
When used in closed plastic luminaires, the rated service life
of the R-TUBE is 40,000 hours, and 50,000 hours in open
luminaires with metal housings for reasons of temperature.

Die R-TUBE ist ein von RIDI entwickeltes und gefertigtes
LED-Leuchtmittel. Durch das innovative Fassung-SockelSystem lässt sich die R-TUBE genauso einfach wechseln
wie konventionelle T16- oder T26-Lampen.
Die Abmessungen orientieren sich an herkömmlichen
Leuchtstofflampen und die Lichtstrompakete wurden
entsprechend den T16-HE-Wattagen mit bis zu 3.600 lm
konzipiert. Desweiteren sind T16-HO-Lichtströme mit bis
zu 5.600 lm und T26-Lampenlängen mit bis zu 5.100 lm
verfügbar.
Die R-TUBE ermöglicht es, einen Großteil der aus dem
RIDI-Sortiment bekannten Leuchten für T16- bzw. T26Leuchtmittel nun energieeffizient als LED-Leuchte zu
betreiben. Klassische und bewährte Leuchtendesigns sind
unverändert mit LED-Bestückung möglich. Durch die
R-TUBE sind weiterhin entblendete Rasterleuchten mit
exzellenter Lichtausbeute möglich.

Für höchste Effizienz garantieren die Mid-Power-LEDs,
die auf den Linearplatinen der R-TUBE zum Einsatz kommen.
Während die Effizienz von T16-Lampen bei 85 - 95 lm/W
liegt, kommt die R-TUBE auf bis zu 145 lm/W (130 lm/W
Systemeffizienz). Für ein optimales Thermomanagement
sind die über einen separaten LED-Konverter SELVkonform betriebenen Platinen vollflächig am stabilen
Aluminium-Grundprofil angepresst.
Je nach Beleuchtungsanforderung sind R-TUBEs mit klarer,
satinierter oder opaler Kunststoffabdeckung ausgestattet

Die Nennlebensdauer der R-TUBE liegt beim Einsatz in
geschlossenen Kunststoffleuchten temperaturbedingt bei
40.000 h und bei 50.000 h, wenn sie in offenen Leuchten
mit Metallgehäuse betrieben wird.

Für die LED-Strahler aus dem RIDI-Programm gibt es
verschiedenste Beleuchtungsaufgaben in Shops, Museen
oder Galerien mit dem Schwerpunkt auf eine gezielte,
flexible Beleuchtung.
Die Standard-Strahler sind weiß oder silber pulverbeschichtet, optional auch in RAL-Tönen.
Die LED-Bestückungen reichen von 15 bis 35 Watt.
Reflektoren sind in 65° Flood und 32° Medium und 10° Spot
Ausstrahlwinkel verfügbar.
Dazu erhältlich ist lichttechnisches Zubehör wie Farbfilterscheiben, Weichzeichner, Ovalzeichner oder Wabenraster
zur Entblendung.
Highlight: Das Gehäuse des DOMINO-Strahlers kann
zusätzlich zur Wunschfarbe individualisiert werden,
z.B. mit dem Firmenlogo.
Besonders für den Einsatz im Einzelhandel eignen sich
die Ausführungen mit speziellen Weißton-LEDs, die
Weißtöne rein und hell und Farben lebendig und intensiv
erscheinen lässt.
The RIDI LED-spotlight are the perfect answer to
wide-ranging lighting requirements in shops, museums or
galleries with the focus on selective, flexible illumination.
The standard spots are white or silver powder coated,
optionally also in RAL colours.
The spotlight can be fitted with led lamps from 15 to
35 watts. Reflectors available in 65° flood, 32° medium
and 10° spot beam angle.
A range of accessories are available including colour filter
discs, softening and oval filters or honeycomb louvres to
reduce glare.
Highlight: The housing of DOMINO spot can additionally
be customized, for example with the company logo.
Versions fitted with special white tone LEDs are particularly

EDLR ist die neue Generation der RIDI LED-Einbau-Downlights. Ausgeführt mit Passivkühlung sind sie in 150, 195
oder 235 mm Durchmesser mit tief- oder breitstrahlenden
Reflektoren für unterschiedliche Anwendungen einsetzbar.

EDLR is the new generation of RIDI LED recessed downlighters. Complete with passive cooling, they are available

With their minimal dimensions, the “MINIs” are ideally
suited for subtle, filigree continuous lighting runs. The profile
of the H-LINE MINI produces two separate chambers for
direct and indirect light.
The U-LINE MINI has a U-shaped profile which can be
mounted for either direct or indirect light. Opal satinised,
clear or microprism panels are available as covers.
A key benefit is the slimline cross-section of these two MINI
series at just 38 x 40 mm and 38 x 80 mm.

Lean and futuristic, the ARKTIK makes a big impact with its
slender transparent luminaire body.
Appearing to hover in mid-air, it blends seamlessly into any
type of ambience. The driver is housed outside the luminaire
body in the aluminium canopy, which has a cross-section
slightly smaller than the luminaire itself. The two elements
are connected by Y-shaped wire pendants.
Additional optical controls as louvres or microprism panels
are available.
With its slightly offset, matt-finish wings, the square
recessed mounting variant creates a mild lighting mood and
produces a soft glow on the room ceiling.

RIDI LINIA LED führt die bekannten Prinzipien des RIDI
LINIA Lichtbandes fort: Schnell, einfach, sicher, werkzeuglos
und absolut variabel!
Basierend auf dem bewährten Lichtbandsystem erweitern
die LED-Geräteträger RIDI LINIA-FLAT, RIDI LINIA-TURN
und RIDI LINIA-R das flexible Baukastensystem um hocheffiziente Leuchtelemente. Neben Neuinstallationen können
auch bestehende RIDI LINIA Lichtbänder einfach ohne
Austausch der Tragschienen auf LED umgerüstet werden.
Die Lichtströme wurden entsprechend den T16 HE- und
HO-Wattagen konzipiert. Die Standardtypen sind in den
Farbtemperaturen 3.000, 4.000 oder 6.500 Kelvin mit
Farbwiedergabe Ra > 80 erhältlich. Darüber hinaus sind Sonderlösungen in Bezug auf Lichtstrom, Farbtemperatur und
Farbwiedergabe möglich.
Für höchste Effizienz garantieren die Linearplatinen mit
Mid-Power-LEDs. Die SELV-konform betriebenen Platinen
mit Aluminiumkern haben zur optimalen Wärmeableitung
vollflächig Kontakt mit dem Aluminiumprofil.
Die Geräteträger sind mit folgenden Betriebsgeräten
verfügbar: Standard-Konverter, dimmbar DALI.
RIDI LINIA LED is taking the familiar RIDI LINIA continuous
lighting system to a new level with a solution that is fast,
simple, reliable and totally variable – all without the need
for tools!
On the basis of the tried and tested continuous lighting
system, the new LED gear trays LINIA FLAT, LINIA-TURN
and LINIA-R have now been added to the flexible modular
concept to create a range of high-efficiency lighting
elements. As well as new installations, existing RIDI LINIA
continuous lighting systems can be converted for LED
without the need to exchange the trunking.
The luminous flux levels have been designed in keeping with
T16HE and HO wattages. The standard models are available
in the colour temperatures 3,000, 4,000 or 6,500 Kelvin
with colour rendering Ra > 80. Special solutions can also
be configured using any required luminous flux, colour
temperature and colour rendering index.
The linear circuit boards with mid-power LEDs guarantee
maximum efficiency. The circuit boards operated in conformity with SELV have full-surface contact with the aluminium
profile for optimum heat dissipation.

Die halbrunde oder zylindrische Wanne der RK-LED aus
opalem Kunststoff fügt sich zurückhaltend in jede Architektur ein. Als Wand- oder Deckenleuchte, einzeln wie auch
als Gruppe taucht sie den Raum dezent in mildes Licht.
Neben den Standardleuchten in IP40 sind auch Typen mit
abgedichteter Wanne und / oder mit Radarsensor für anwesenheitsabhängigen Betrieb der Leuchten verfügbar.

The RK-LED comes with a semi-circular or cylindrical
diffuser in opal plastic, which blends subtly into any
architectural environment. Used as a wall or ceiling-mounted
luminaire, individually or in groups, this luminaire provides
an unobtrusive and pleasantly mild light.
Alongside the standard luminaires with IP40 rating, models
are also available with sealed diffuser and/or with radar
sensor for presence-dependent operation of the luminaire.
For other requirements such as night lighting, versions are
available with dual-channel LEDs for separate switching.

Die Anbauleuchten IHLS und IHL wurden entwickelt,
um den lichttechnischen Anforderungen von industriellen
Anwendungen auf effiziente Weise gerecht zu werden.
Bestückt mit bis zu 6 L-TUBEs sind sie die wirtschaftliche
Alternative zur konventionellen Beleuchtung mit 250 bis
400 Watt Hochdruckentladungslampen. Bei deutlich
geringerem Energieverbrauch fluten sie Hallen und hohe
Räume mit enormem Lichtstrom. Das großvolumige

The IHLS and IHL surface-mounted luminaires were
developed to provide an efficient solution to the challenging
lighting requirements of industrial applications.

Die Einbaudownlight-Serie DOOLIP glänzt durch Unauffälligkeit. Als Abgrenzung zur Decke ist lediglich ein 3 mm
schmaler Rand zu sehen, der Einbauring ist auf gleichem
Niveau mit der Deckenoberfläche.
Ausführungen vom starren Downlight über den drehbaren,
asymmetrisch strahlenden Wandfluter bis zum dreh- und
schwenkbaren Richtstrahler erfüllen verschiedenste
Beleuchtungsaufgaben in Fluren, Shops und Foyers.

SINUS fünf Aluminiumprofile zu einem extravaganten
Lichtobjekt nebeneinander auf und ab, die BOW hingegen
besteht aus fünf einfachen Bögen.
Um die Konsequenz dieser Leuchtenfamilie zu unterstreichen, wurde als dritte Variante die PLANA kreiert,
deren fünf Leuchtenkörper geradlinig und starr nebeneinander liegen.
Drei davon strahlen direkt, die anderen beiden sorgen mit

Echoing the undulations of the sinusoidal curve, the five
aluminium profiles of the SINUS rise and fall side by side to
create a truly extravagant light wave sculpture, while the
BOW comprises five simple arcs. To underpin the consistent
design theme of this luminaire family, PLANA has been
created as a third variant whose five luminaire bodies lie side
by side in a rigidly linear formation.
Three of the profiles provide a direct beam, the other two

models, LEDs on pliable boards were used. A homogenous
lighting effect is created by closing the profiles with a
translucent panel.

and a lamp shade. The lamp shades are available in

snakeskin structure to cheerful motifs for children and
mirrored decor looks, there is something here for

Die mundgeblasenen Lichtobjekte aus hochwertigem
Triplexglas sind jedes für sich ein Unikat und wirken nicht
zuletzt durch ihre einzigartigen Farbkombinationen.
Triplexglas besteht aus drei Schichten: Einer Kristallschicht,
einer Opalschicht und abschließend wieder einer Kristallschicht. Die erste Schicht leitet das Licht der Lampe in den
ganzen Glaskörper und sorgt so für eine gleichmäßige
Ausleuchtung. Die mittlere Opalschicht sorgt im Anschluss
für das weiche und angenehme Licht.
Jedes Glas ist ein in kunstvoller Handarbeit entstandenes
Einzelstück.

an opal layer and finally another crystal layer.
The first layer disseminates the light across the whole
of the glass surface to provide even illumination.
The central opal layer diffuses the light to create a soft,
