Das Proflex Rückensystem wurde speziell für den alpinen Einsatz
entwickelt. Der extra leichte Körperkontaktrücken ist bequem und
besonders flexibel. Um dies zu erreichen wurde auf eine Rückenplatte
verzichtet. Die daraus gewonnene Flexibilität kommt besonders bei
Aktivitäten wie Klettern zugute, um maximale Bewegungsfreiheit zu
garantieren. Ein leichter, speziell gebogener Alurahmen sorgt für
Stabilität und lässt sich bei Bedarf schnell herausnehmen. Für hohen
Tragekomfort verwenden wir eine neuartige Konstruktion aus speziell
geprägtem Schaumstoff. Diese strategisch positionierte Prägung
des Rückenteils entspricht dem Verlauf der Wirbelsäule. Der viskoelastische Schaumstoff verhindert Druckstellen und sorgt dafür,
dass sich der Rucksack an die Bewegungen des Trägers anpasst. Mit
Proflex kann das Gepäck näher am Körper getragen werden, für mehr
Stabilität in alpinem Gelände.

Die Rückenplatte sorgt dafür, dass sich die Last gleichmäßig verteilt.
Der Rucksack verformt sich auch in voll beladenem Zustand nicht

The Proflex suspension system was especially engineered for alpine use.
The extra lightweight body-contact back is designed to be extremely
comfortable and flexible. This flexibility was achieved by omitting a
backplate, and is essential when you need full freedom of movement for
alpine activities such as climbing. A light, specially curved aluminium
frame ensures reliable stability and can be quickly removed if required.
We have chosen to use an innovative construction with specially moulded
foam to enhance the wearing and carrying comfort of the system. The
strategically positioned form of the back section conforms to the curve
of the spine. The viscoelastic foam prevents pressure spots and ensures
that the pack goes along with the wearer’s movements. Proflex lets
you wear your pack close to your body when you need more stability on
alpine terrain.
This suspension system features a body-hugging fit and stable load
balance. A backplate ensures even load distribution over the entire back.
The backpack will not warp or deform against the back when fully loaded
and is therefore extremely stable for packing.
Individually welded Tergo Pads are positioned along the curve of the spine.
These pads do not absorb moisture and are designed to create ventilation
channels that permit air to circulate freely for superior ventilation.

Twist2Fit macht es möglich, den Hüftgurt an die individuelle Form der Hüfte von Männern

zwischen Netz und Packsack sorgt nach wie vor für die ieale 3-Wege
Belüftung des Rückens. Der leichte Federdrahtrahmen stabilisiert

Das überarbeitete Aeroflex Easy Adjust ist der Alleskönner unter den
Rückensystemen für Rucksäcke. Wir verwenden das neue AeroflexNetz und haben den Easy Adjust Verstellmechanismus verbessert: Die
Verstellung erfolgt nicht mehr über den Konnektor hinter dem Netz,

We’ve made our time-tested Aeroflex suspension system even more
comfortable. Thanks to a new material, the back mesh lays even more
comfortably against your back, without reducing ventilation. The large
ventilation space between the mesh and the backpack still ensures
excellent 3-way ventilation of the back. A lightweight spring wire frame
stabilizes the backpack and maintains full ventilation, even when the
pack is fully loaded.

Tergolight Easy Adjust
The redesigned Aeroflex Easy Adjust is an all-rounder of backpack
suspension systems. We’ve used a new Aeroflex-mesh and have improved
the Easy Adjust adjustment mechanism. It’s no longer adjusted using a
connecter behind the mesh but rather by pulling on adjustment loops
to increase tension on the mesh across the frame like tightening the
string on a bow. Tension on the mesh is released by loosening the two
quick-release buckles. This provides continuous adjustment of the mesh
tension: when you want a lot of ventilation, tighten the mesh. When you
want better balance of the load, loosen the mesh. Aeroflex Easy Adjust
provides not only optimal 3-way ventilation of your back, but also a broad
range of uses for the pack.

Von Frauen für Frauen: Unsere Rucksack-Entwicklerinnen haben zusammen mit erfahrenen Bergsportlerinnen ihre langjährige Erfahrungen in die Entwicklung von Produkten eingebracht, die speziell auf die
Bedürfnisse von Frauen zugeschnitten sind.
Produkte, die mit der Frauen-Blume gekennzeichnet sind, sind für alle Frauen, von der Gelegenheitssportlerin bis zur ambitionierten Bergsportlerin, mit besonderem Anspruch an Funktion, Form und
Farbgebung.
Frauenspezifische und innovative Deaillösungen, z.B. Schulterträger und Hüftgurte, angepasst an die
weibliche Anatomie mit sehr weichen Polstermaterialien, teilweise abnehmbare Deckeltaschen mit
Organizerfach und helles Innenfutter der Taschen zum leichteren Finden von Accessories. Zudem ist
die Farbkollektion farblich aufeinander abgestimmt und ermöglicht eine leichte Kombinierbarkeit zu
anderen Produktgruppen.
Das VENT-TEX Rückensystem wurde noch einmal überarbeitet, um den größtmöglichen Komfort zu
gewähren. Die Meshpolsterung ist in zwei großen Pads entlang der Wirbelsäule positioniert. Die Polsterung nimmt keine Feuchtigkeit auf und schafft einen großen Ventilationskanal, durch den der Rücken
bestmöglich belüftet wird. Vent-Tex zeichnet sich außerdem durch eine anatomisch geformte Rückenplatte aus, die die Krümmung des Rückens auf dem Fahrrad kompensiert.
Die Rückenplatte sorgt dafür, dass sich die Last angenehm verteilt. Der Rucksack verformt sich auch in
voll beladenem Zustand nicht gegen den Rücken. Vent-Tex Rucksäcke sind extrem packstabil.
For women by women: The women developing our backpacks have worked closely together with experienced
mountain sports women, contributing their years of experience to develop products especially conceived to meet
women’s needs.
Products with the Woman Flower label are created for all women; for the occasional sportswoman through to the
ambitious mountain sports athlete with specific female demands on performance, form and colour.
Women specific and innovative features, such as shoulder straps and hipbelts designed precisely for a woman’s
anatomy and made with very soft padding materials, detachable lid pockets with organiser compartments and
light coloured interiors of the compartments to make it easier to find accessories. The whole collection is colourcoordinated making it easy to combine with other product groups.
SHIELDTECH
The VENT-TEX suspension system was revamped once again in order to guarantee greatest possible comfort
for bike riding. The mesh back padding design consists of two large pads positioned on either side of the spine.
The padding does not absorb moisture and creates a large ventilation channel that keeps air circulating freely
for best possible ventilation. Vent-Tex also features an anatomic back panel that conforms to the curve of the
back for riding a bike.
The back panel ensures that the load is comfortably distributed. The backpack does not warp or deform against
the wearer’s back when fully loaded. Vent-Tex backpacks offer superior packing stability.

Die Rückenlänge bezieht sich auf den Abstand vom 7.Halswirbel (das ist der, den man am Ende des
Nackens leicht tasten kann) zum Beckenkamm (oberes Ende der Hüftknochen).
Die Größenangaben sind Empfehlungen - jeder Mensch hat eine individuelle Rückenlänge, daher sollte
der Rucksack in jedem Fall im Fachhandel anprobiert werden.
Our Trekking backpacks are available in three different sizes designed to fit different back or
torso lengths.
Torso length is determined by measuring from the top of the 7th cervical vertebrae (the bone
easily felt at the base of the neck) to the top of the iliac crest (upper end of the hipbone).
Size indications should be viewed as recommendations – each person has her or his own individual torso length, therefore a backpack should always be tried on first before purchasing.

Für ganzjährigen Einsatz im Gebirge entwickelt. Das Dach des Specula Alpin ist mit einer hoch atmungsaktiven Membran (Wassersäule 10.000 mm) versehen. Die unteren, doppelt konstruierten Seitenwände
sind aus einseitig silikonisiertem Ripstop-Nylon (40D). Die inneren Seitenwände sind aus leichtem
Polyamidmaterial gefertigt und lassen Kondensfeuchte schnell entweichen. Mit einem Gewicht von
knapp 2 kg ist das Specula Alpine ein Alpinzelt für den modernen, schnellen Alpinismus, der keine
Kompromisse bei Gewicht und Funktion zulässt.
Für Bergsteigen und Trekking in wärmerem Klima, wo bestmögliche Belüftung und geringes Gewicht im
Vordergrund steht. Das Dach des Specula Ultralight hat die gleiche Membran wie das Alpin-Modell. Der
Unterschied liegt in den Materialien des Doppelwand-Teils: Innen hat das Specula Ultralight ein dünnes

Developed for year-round use in high alpine mountaineering. The top of the Specula Alpin tent employs a highly
breathable, waterproof membrane (water column 10,000 mm). The lower, outer side of the double walls is made
using siliconized Ripstop nylon (40D). The inner side wall is made from lightweight polyamide that allows condensation to quickly dissipate outward. Weighing only about 2 kg, the Specula Alpine is a tent engineered for modernday, fast mountaineering that demands minimum weight and top performance.
Developed for mountaineering and trekking in warmer climates where best possible ventilation and minimal
weight are essential. The top of the Specula Ultralight tent employs the same membrane as the Alpin tent. The
difference lies in the fabric of the double walled section: the Specula Ultralight has a thin mesh material (30D)
on the inside that allows moisture and warmth to quickly dissipate out of the tent. The outer material is an ultra
lightweight, double-sided silicon-coated material (20D). The lightweight mesh also provides optimal ventilation
– especially when the side walls are rolled up.

Zelte mit Mark-Konstruktion zeichnen sich vor allem durch ihren extrem
einfachen Aufbau aus. Die Konstruktion besteht aus drei Elementen:

Die durchdachte Fixierung des Zelts am Gestänge über die Elastikkordel
macht es möglich, das Zelt in weniger als 3 Minuten aufzubauen.
Die Belüftung von VAUDE Zelten funktioniert nach einem einfachen
Prinzip: Verbesserte Luftzirkulation = weniger Kondenswasser =
angenehmes Zeltinnenklima bei jedem Wetter. Zelte mit Ground Vent
werden zusätzlich über Netzöffnungen am Boden belüftet. Die Seitenwände sind herabgezogen und bilden einen Nässe- und Spritzschutz.
Die Netzmaschen sind so eng, dass Moskitos nicht durch sie hindurchdringen können.
Silikonisiertes Polyamidmaterial ist sehr leicht, hat extrem gute Weiterreißeigenschaften, exzellentes Abperlverhalten (Spray Value 5) und
ist sehr UV-beständig. Unsere Zelte sind deshalb besonders leicht
und langlebig, weil das silikonisierte Material etwa 3mal länger als
PU-beschichtetes PES-Material hält.

Tents with the Mark construction feature an extremely simple set-up. This
construction design consists of three elements: The fixation elements,
an elastic cord and the curved tent poles. The sophisticated attachment design of the tent onto the poles over the elastic cordage makes it
possible to set up the tent in under three minutes.

strength, excellent water beading properties (spray value 5) and is very
UV resistant. Our tents are especially lightweight and durable because
siliconized material is 3-times as durable as PU-coated PES material.

SILICONE
Silicone Seam Seal ist eine von VAUDE entwickelte spezielle Nahtversiegelungstechnik, die bei unseren beidseitig silikonisierten Zelten Hogan
Ultralight Argon, Odyssee, Space III Light, Power Lizard UL, Power
Tokee UL, Hogan UL XP, Taurus UL XP und Power Ferret UL eingesetzt
wird. Diese Zelte sind durch die SILICONE SEAM SEAL Technologie
serienmäßig nahtversiegelt und 100% wasserdicht – eine zusätzliche
Abdichtung der Nähte per Hand ist nicht mehr nötig.
Silicone Seam Seal is a special seam sealing technology developed by
VAUDE that is used with our double-sided silicon coated tents, Hogan
Ultralight Argon, Odyssee, Space III Light, Power Lizard UL, Power Tokee
UL, Hogan UL XP, Taurus UL XP and Power Ferret UL. These tents are
made 100% waterproof before leaving the factory by using SILICONE
SEAM SEAL – additional hand sealing is no longer necessary.
Grünes Eloxsieren/ Environmentally friendly anodizing
Unsere Zeltgestänge von DAC und Yunan werden unter Einhaltung von
strengen Umwelt- und Recyclingrichtlinien eloxiert. Bei dem Eloxierungsverfahren von DAC wird auf schädliche Säuren, die nicht neutralisiert werden können, komplett verzichtet. Sämtliche Abfallprodukte
werden recycelt.
Durch das umweltfreundliche Eloxieren leistet VAUDE im Rahmen des
VAUDE ecosystem einen weiteren Beitrag zum Schutz von Umwelt und
Ressourcen.
Our tent poles from DAC and Yunan are anodized in compliance with strict
environmental and recycling regulations. The DAC anodizing process
dispenses entirely with all harmful acids that cannot be neutralized. All
waste materials are recycled.
Within the scope of the VAUDE ecosystem, this environmentally friendly
anodizing process is another contribution we make toward protecting the
environment and its resources.
