Liebe VAUDE Partner,
mit Stolz präsentieren wir Ihnen unser neues Zeltsortiment, erstmals in einem eigenen Orderbuch. Daran lässt sich
erkennen, wie wichtig dieser Produktbereich bei VAUDE ist. Zeltkonstruktion – darin sind wir Experten und das ist
unsere Leidenschaft.
Ganz besonders freuen wir uns über eine weitere große Neuigkeit: Das erste klimaneutrale VAUDE Produkt ist da!
Der Alpin-Rucksack „Bulin“ wurde komplett an unserem Firmenstandort in Tettnang entwickelt und mit modernsten
Technologien gefertigt. Er verkörpert unseren technisch-ökologischen Ansatz und stärkt unsere Wurzeln „Made
in Germany“!
Wir haben uns selbst die Aufgabe gestellt, Materialien, Lieferprozesse, Technologien und Verarbeitungskompetenzen so aufeinander abzustimmen, dass daraus ein hochtechnisches Produkt mit einer sauberen Ökobilanz resultiert. Wir denken, das ist uns gelungen!
Zeitgleich bemühen wir uns, unseren CO2-Fußabdruck laufend zu verringern. Nicht nur bei den Produkten, sondern auch
als Company. Wir setzen auf externe, unabhängige Umweltzertifizierungen und nutzen Ökostrom, fördern Fahrgemeinschaften und E-Bikes und setzen auf Green IT.
Nun sind wir sogar klimaneutral, denn alle nicht vermeidbaren, am Standort entstehenden CO2-Emissionen
werden durch nachhaltige Klimaschutzprojekte unseres Partners myclimate ausgeglichen.
Warum tun wir das? Spätestens seit dem ersten Klimagipfel der Vereinten Nationen 1992 ist klar, dass jeder einen
Beitrag zum Klimaschutz leisten muss, um die Welt lebenswert zu erhalten. Aktuell liegt der CO2-Ausstoß von uns
Europäern jedoch viermal über dem, was wir uns leisten dürften. Und die Tendenz ist weiter steigend.
Wir wollen unseren Beitrag leisten und fangen bei uns selbst an. Auch wenn der Weg nicht immer einfach ist, freuen
wir uns, dass wir den Meilenstein Klimaneutralität geschafft haben.
Gleichzeitig ist uns bewusst, dass wir diesen grünen Weg nur mit Ihrer Unterstützung gehen können.

Dear VAUDE Partner,
we are proud to present our new range of tents, for the first time in a separate orderbook. This reflects how
important this product segment is at VAUDE. Tent construction – a key area of our expertise and what we
are passionate about.
We are especially pleased to present our latest innovation: the first climate-neutral VAUDE product has
arrived! The Alpine „Bulin“ backpack is completely developed at our company headquarters in Tettnang,
Germany, and manufactured with cutting-edge technologies. It embodies our technical-ecological approach
and reconfirms our roots: Made in Germany!
We set ourselves the goal of coordinating all materials, delivery processes, technologies and processing skills
in such a way as to create an advanced technological product with a clean ecological balance.
We believe we have been successful!
At the same time we are continuously striving to reduce our CO2 footprint. Not just of the products, but also as a
company. We rely on external, independent environmental certification and make use of green energy, promote
car sharing and and are building on Green IT.
Now we are even climate-neutral, because all unavoidable, CO2 emissions resulting at our headquarters
in Germany are offset by sustainable climate protection projects of our partner, the non-profit foundation
myclimate.

Why are we doing all this? Ever since the first UN climate summit in 1992 it is clear that each one of us must contribute our part to climate protection in order to keep the world livable. Currently, however, our CO2 emissions
as Europeans are about four times greater than what we can actually afford. And this trend continues to climb.
We wish to do our part and are therefore starting at home. Even though the road is not always an easy one, we
are pleased that we have achieved this climate neutrality milestone.
At the same time we realize that we can only follow this green path with your support.
We’d like to thank you for this and wish you a successful season.

Geodesic Tent
Extrem stabile Zeltkonstruktion die auch Schneetreiben und hohen Windgeschwindigkeiten gewachsen ist. Die Gestängebögen kreuzen sich mindestens drei mal und bilden so kleine, äußerst

Die Green Shape Pyramide ist das strenge Bewertungssystem für alle VAUDE Öko- Produkte. Das VAUDE Sustainability Team bewertet in jeder Saison, welche Materialien
und Technologien als Green Shape Kriterien zugelassen
werden. Neben den strengen Kriterien des bluesign®
Standards werden als Eco Claim nur solche Materialien
und Technologien akzeptiert, die einen objektiv nachprüfbaren Vorteil für die Umwelt bieten. Je weiter oben in der
Green Shape Pyramide ein Produkt steht, umso umweltfreundlicher ist es.
In der Kategorie On the Way erfasst VAUDE solche
Produkte, die zwar umweltfreundlicher sind als herkömmliche Produkte, die aber die strengen Green Shape Kriterien noch nicht erfüllen.

Green Shape is VAUDE's quality seal for products that are
especially produced environmentally friendly. The criteria
is strict: only products that contain at least 90% organic
cotton, recycled materials, or the Tencel® wood fiber, or
have been dyed with the environmentally friendly VAUDE
eColour process, or meet the world's most stringent environmental standard bluesign® may carry the Green Shape
quality seal.
The Green Shape Pyramid is the stringent rating system for
all VAUDE Eco products. Each season the VAUDE Sustainability Team evaluates the materials and technologies that
are to qualify as Green Shape criteria. Along with those
that meet the strict criteria of the bluesign® standard,
only materials and technologies that objectively provide a
verifiable advantage for the environment are accepted as
fulfilling the VAUDE-own Eco Claim standard. The higher a
product is located within the Green Shape Pyramid, the
more environmentally friendly it is.
VAUDE also introduced an intermediate On the Way
category to include products that are more ecological
than other products, but don't yet fulfil the strict Green
Shape Criteria. With the Green Shape pyramid, VAUDE
guarantees consumers full transparency of the strictest
eco-criteria of the entire outdoor branch.

mehr als 25 Jahren eine treibende Kraft in der Zeltindustrie. Deren
Gründer Jake Lah ist studierter Historiker und Wirtschaftswissenschaftler, Kunst- und Naturliebhaber. All das schlägt sich auch in
seiner Firma nieder. Sie weist nicht nur zahlreiche Innovationen
auf und produziert auf zahlreichen eigenentwickelten Maschinen,
sondern auch ein großes soziales und ökologisches Engagement.
Auf dem Firmengelände befi nden sich genauso ein kleiner botanischer Garten und eine Kunstsammlung, sowie eine Sternwarte
und ein Testzentrum mit Wind- und Schneelasttests.

The Dong Ah Aluminium Corporation, with its headquarters in
South Korea, has been a driving force behind the tent industry
for over 25 years now. Its founder, Jake Lah, is a qualified historian and economist, art and nature lover. All of this is reflected
in his company too. Not only does it showcase a multitude of
innovations and produce numerous proprietary machines, it also
demonstrates great dedication to social and ecological projects.
As such, the company's grounds host a small botanical garden and

wind and snow load testing.

Verschiedene Gestänge Durchmesser können kombiniert werden.
Dünnere Segmente in der Gestänge Mitte ermöglichen gleichzeitig steile Zeltwände (= mehr nutzbarer Raum durch dickere
Segmente) und einen flachen Bogen in der Mitte (= mehr Kopffreiheit durch dünnere Segmente).
Combination poles:
Various pole diameters can be combined. Thinner segments in the
middle poles simultaneously enable steeply sloping tent walls (=
greater utilizable space with thicker segments) and a flat arch in
the middle (= more head space with thinner segments).
Pressfi t:
In das Gestänge Segment wird die Verbindungshülse mit einem
um 0,02 mm vergrößerten Durchmesser eingepresst. Damit ist
die Hülse fest mit dem Segment verbunden, ohne das die sonst
übliche Körnung zur Fixierung der Hülse benötigt wird. Diese
verletzt das Aluminium und ist oft Ausgangspunkt einer Materialermüdung.
Pressfi t:
The connector, whose diameter is increased by 0.02 mm, is
pressed into the pole segment. This means that the ferrule is
connected tightly to the segment without requiring otherwise
common centre punching to attach it. This damages the aluminium and is often the starting point for material fatigue.
Featherlight NSL:
Der Durchmesser des Gestänge Segmentes ist geringer und weitet
sich an dem End an dem es die Verbindungshülse aufnimmt. Dies
ist normalerweise der schwächste Punkt eines Gestänges. Durch
die Durchmessererweiterung wird dieser Punkt verstärkt und
gleichzeitig kann das Segment dünner und somit leichter gearbeitet werden.
Featherlight NSL:
The diameter of the pole segment is smaller and increases in
size towards the end from which the connector is attached.
This is usually the weakest point of a pole. The greater diameter
increases the strength at this point, simultaneously making the
segment thinner and thus lighter.
Green Anodizing:
Für die erste Spülung konnte das Frischwasser durch aufbereitetes Wasser ersetzt werden. Phosphor- und Salpetersäure,
sowie 90% der erdölbasierten Reinigungsmittel wurden eingespart.

The Yunan Aluminium Co., Ltd was founded in 1979 in South Korea.
Since the mid-1990s, it has been focussing on the outdoor market
and was able to develop into one of the world's leading tent frame
manufacturers. Alongside the well-known Scandium poles, the
Floating Connectors and carbon poles count among some of its
most outstanding developments.

Die Verbindungshülse (connector) wird weder eingepresst, noch

Floating Connector:
The connector is neither pressed in, nor glued; it is merely
inserted. A swell in the middle makes sure its centered. This
means that the pole segment won't be bent out of shape, thus
keeping the elasticity intact.
Ferrule technology:
Yunan verzichtet bei diesem Gestänge auf ein Durchlaufendes
Gummi. Die Verbindungshülse ist manuell einsteckbar und
besteht aus 3 Teilen, der Aluminiumhülse selbst, einem festen
Gummipropfen an einem Ende und einem Losen am anderen,
sowie einem kurzen Gummi, der den losen Propfen elastisch
verbindet. Der Nutzer kann defekte Hülsen somit einfach selbst
austauschen.
Ferrule technology:
Yunan chose not to use a continuous rubber lining for these
poles. The connector can be inserted manually and consists of
three parts: the aluminium ferrule itself, a fi xed rubber blocker at
one end and a loose one at the other, as well as a short piece of
rubber which elastically connects the loose blocker. This way, tent
owners can simply replace damaged ferrules themselves.
Duraflex

MARK Konstruktion
Die Mark Konstruktion wird, wie der Name schon sagt, bei allen

Platzangebot und die hohe Windstabilität machen die Konstruktion ideal für viele Aktivitäten rund um den Berg. Die Mark
Konstruktion bietet durch die Elastikkordeln kaum Windangriffsfläche und ist sehr stabil.
Die Elastikkordeln werden um das selbststehende Gestänge gewickelt und ermöglichen einen unschlagbar schnellen Aufbau. Auch
Ungeübte können das Zelt in weniger als 3 Minuten aufbauen.
Beim Aufbau des Gestänges ist darauf achten das die Konnektoren mit dem VAUDE Logo nach oben zeigen.
MARK Construction
The Mark design, as the name says, is used with all Mark models.
Quick setup, generous space and high wind stability make the
design ideal for lots of action all over the mountain. Thanks to its
elastic cording, the Mark design offers hardly any surface area for
the wind to attack and is thus very stable.
The elastic cording is wrapped around the self-supporting poles
and means that setup is unbeatably fast. Even those less familiar
with pitching tents can set up within three minutes. When setting
up the poles, makes sure the connectors with the VAUDE logo are
facing upwards.
POWERFRAME Konstruktion
Powerframe ist die windstabilste Gestängekonstruktion von
VAUDE. Sie wird vor allem bei unseren Expeditionszelten wie dem
Power Atreus oder dem Power Odyssee eingesetzt. Gleichzeitig
ist Powerframe so vielseitig, dass wir ihn auch bei vielen anderen
Konstruktionen einsetzen. Powerframe Zelte können sehr schnell
und einfach aufgebaut werden. Zuerst wird der selbsttragende
Rahmen aufgestellt und anschließend das Zelt mit den Powerclips
eingehängt und fi xiert. Die Powerclips sorgen dafür, dass das Zelt
fest mit dem Gestänge verbunden ist und unter konstanter Spannung steht. Diese Zeltaufhängung bildet kleine Kräftedreiecke, die
die Kraft gleichmäßig auf das Zelt verteilen. Powerframe erhöht
die Windstabilität um bis zu 80% und ist weitaus stabiler als eine
vergleichbare Gestängekonstruktion, gleichzeitig können leichtere Gestänge verwendet werden.
POWERFRAME Construction
VAUDE’s most stable tent is construction is the Powerframe.
It is primarily used in our expedition tents (such as the Power
Odyssee) but it’s so versatile that we’ve also used it in many other
constructions. Powerframe tents can be set up very quickly and
easily. The freestanding frame is built first, then the tent is attached to the frame with clips. The Powerclips ensure that the tent
is securely attached to the poles and held under constant tension.
This arrangement creates small power triangles that distribute
energy evenly across the tent. The Powerframe construction
increases wind stability up to 80%and is much more stable than
other comparable pole constructions. Lighter weight poles can be
used in a Powerframe construction which means that there’s no
increase in weight despite the increase in wind stability.

As soon as the tent is dry and clean, it can be stored in its bag in
a dry, cool place. Please do not store the tent near paint, varnish,
glue, petrol, plastics or lubricants. Vapours can infl uence the durability of the coating.
Lagern Sie Ihr Zelt im nassen Zustand nie über längere Zeit. Entpacken Sie es sofort nach der Tour und trocknen es an einem gut

Never store your tent over a long period if wet. Unpack it immediately after your trip and dry it out in a well-ventilated space. Separate the inner and outer tents from each other or insert the poles
to create space between the materials.
PFLEGE
CARE
Reißverschlüsse sind immer eine Schwachstelle. Sollten sie
verschmutzt sein, säubern Sie diese mit einer (Zahn-)Bürste und
pflegen sie mit Graphit (Bleistiftmine), Silikon- oder Nähmaschinenöl. Tragen Sie dies vorsichtig auf und entfernen Sie überschüssiges Öl mit einem weichen Tuch.
Zips are always a weak point. If they should become dirty, clean
them with a (tooth)brush and apply graphite (lead), silicone or
sewing machine oil. Apply this carefully and remove excess oil
with a soft cloth.
Gestänge nicht auswerfen und Segmente zusammenschnellen
lassen. Dies kann zur Beschädigung der Gestängeenden und der

Do not discard the poles or leave the segments in such a way that
they can snap back into each other. This can damage the ends of
the poles and lead to anodisation. The poles should be checked
regularly. Hair-line cracks should not be visible. If corrosion should
occur (e.g. due to salt water), clean the poles and apply silicone
spray.
VAUDE setzt ausschließlich Gestänge der renommierten Hersteller

VAUDE only uses poles of the renowned manufacturers DAC and
Yunan. These are subjected to light bending when in use, which
reduces susceptibility to breaking. Do not try to form these back
into shape. Despite the outstanding elasticity of the aluminium,
the poles can still break. A matching repair ferrule comes with
every VAUDE tent. Slide it so that its centre is covering the break.
Then secure it into place with tape.
Die Gestänge können bei Bedarf (bei großer Kälte oder altersbedingt lässt die Gummispannung nach) selbst nachgespannt

If necessary, the poles can be retightened (the rubber tension
declines when very cold or due to age). To do this, remove the end
cap and loosen the knot. At a point which is suitably further back,
re-tie the knot.
Reinigung ausschließlich von Hand, mit weichem Tuch und
lauwarmem Wasser. Reinigungsmittel können die Beschichtung
und Imprägnierung beschädigen. Bei hartnäckigen Verschmutzungen kann Nikwax Tech Wash im Verhältnis 1:4 mit Wasser
vermischt werden und der Schmutz vorsichtig abgerieben
werden. Danach die Stelle großflächig mit Nikwax Tent & Gear
Solarproof nachimprägnieren.
Only clean by hand, with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. Detergents can damage the coating and waterproofi ng. For stubborn
dirt, Nikwax Tech Wash, diluted with water at a ratio of 1:4, can be
used to gently rub off the dirt. Afterwards, generously waterproof
the area again with Nikwax Tent & Gear Solarproof.
Einen Riss im Zelt können Sie behelfsmäßig mit Reparaturband
versiegeln und von innen mit PU- oder Silikonnahtdichter
abdichten. Der Riss sollte jedoch baldmöglichst fachmännisch
repariert werden, um ein Weiterreißen zu vermeiden. Wenden Sie
sich dazu bitte an den Fachhandel.
A tear in the tent can be provisionally sealed with repair tape and
sealed on the inside with PU or silicone seam seal. In any case,
the tear should be repaired by an expert as quickly as possible in
order to avoid further tearing. Please contact a professional store
in this regard.
NACHDICHTEN VON NÄHTEN
RESEALING THE SEAMS
Hierfür wird das Zelt an einem trockenen Ort und in gut belüfteter
Umgebung aufgebaut. Die Flächen, auf welche der Nahtabdichter
aufgetragen wird, müssen sauber und straff gespannt sein.
Den Seam Sealer von innen auf alle Nähte auftragen und verstreichen. Ein Pinsel mit steifen Borsten oder ein kleiner Schwamm
eignen sich zum Verstreichen am besten.
Bitte nur sparsam verwenden und ca. 12 Stunden trocknen lassen.
To do this, the tent will need to be set up in a dry space and wellventilated environment. The areas to which the seam sealer will
be applied need to be clean and taut.
Apply the seam sealer from the inside onto all seams and spread it
out. A brush with stiff bristles or a small sponge are best suited to
spreading it out.
Please apply sparingly and leave to dry for approx. 12 hours.
Bei silikonisierten Zelten sollte man hierfür Silicone Seam Sealer,
bei Polyurethan beschichteten Materialien PU Liquid Seam
verwenden (falls doch einmal nachgedichtet oder kleine Löcher
abgedichtet werden müssen).
Silicone Seam Sealer should be used with siliconised tents and PU
Liquid Seam with polyurethane-coated materials (if resealed once
before or if small holes need to be sealed).

sammelt.
Entfernen Sie evtl. angehäufte Schneelasten rechtzeitig vom
Zelt.
Kochen im Zelt ist wegen Brand- und Erstickungsgefahr zu
vermeiden.
Sollte es dennoch nötig sein, unbedingt auf ausreichende
Luftzufuhr achten und den Kocher möglichst weit entfernt von
den Zeltwänden platzieren. Dazu kann das Innenzelt teilweise
ausgehängt und zurückgeschlagen werden.

Pitch your tent in a place protected against wind and not in
depressions as water can build here.
Set up the tent in a suitable wind direction - Entrance in the
wind shadow.
Bear in mind that if you pitch close to water, more dampness
from condensation may build up in your tent.
Do not pitch your tent in dangerous places, for example, in
ravines, below rocks, near to rivers which feed from glaciers, at
fire areas or in woods.
Remove pointed or sharp-edged objects which could damage
the tent floor. To protect the tent floor, a tent floor underlay is
recommended.
If the tent is to remain standing at one place for a longer time, it
should be in the shade or half shade.
UV light accelerates the aging of the fabric and the coating.
When camping in snow and in very cold temperatures, a cold
trench can be dug in the apse in which the cold air will collect.
Remove any heaped up snow loads from the tent in good time.
Cooking in the tent is to be avoided due to the risk of fire and
suffocation.
If it should still be necessary however, be sure that there is a
sufficient inflow of air and that the cooker is positioned as far
away from the tent walls as possible. In this regard, parts of the
inner tent can also be unhooked and tied back.

überaus praktisch sein.
• Gerade in der Nähe von Wasser kann sich besonders morgens
viel Kondensfeuchtigkeit ansammeln. Um Kondensfeuchtigkeit
zu vermeiden, bieten viele VAUDE Modelle eine besonders gute
Belüftung.
Rivers and lakes
• Mosquitoes can be a real problem in warm weather when
camping close to rivers and lakes.
• Mosquito netting that allows air to ventilate through the tent
can be extremely practical.
• Morning dew can lead to a high degree of condensation when
camping near water.
• All VAUDE tents offer excellent ventilation in order to prevent
condensation inside the tent.
Gebirge
• Man sollte bedenken, dass man sein komplettes Gepäck teilweise über weite Strecken tragen muss. Darum empfiehlt sich
ein sehr leichtes Zelt.
• Weil das Wetter im Gebirge sehr wechselhaft sein kann, ist es
von Vorteil ein Zelt dabeizuhaben, das sich besonders schnell
und leicht aufbauen lässt.
• Winde und Stürme können unerwartet und aus wechselhaften
Richtungen auftreten. Die besonders sturmfesten Modelle von
VAUDE sind hier klar im Vorteil.
In the mountains
• In the mountains you have to carry all of your own gear, sometimes over long distances; a very lightweight tent is often the
best choice.
• Because mountain weather can be so unpredictable, it can be
an advantage to have a tent that’s especially fast and easy to
set up.
• Wind and storms can arise unexpectedly and from a variety of
directions. When this happens VAUDE’s highly stormproof tents
are a clear advantage.
Besonders trockene Gebiete
• Wenn man sein Zelt in Wüsten und anderen trockenen
Gebieten aufschlägt, muss man mit recht viel Sand und Staub
rechnen. Dieser strapaziert vor allem die Reißverschlüsse. Um
schwergängige Reißverschlüsse wieder flottzukriegen, sollten
diese mit etwas Silikonspray und einer Zahnbürste gesäubert
werden.
• Das Zelt muss gut abgespannt sein, um optimal belüftet werden
zu können.
• Wenn kein Regen oder Wind erwartet wird, kann man bei
manchen VAUDE Zelten (mit innenliegendem Gestänge) auch
nur das Innenzelt aufstellen. Dadurch hat man einen effektiven
Schutz vor Mücken und bestmögliche Belüftung.
Arid zones
• When you set up your tent in the desert or other dry areas,
there’s likely to be a lot of sand and dust. This can really stress
your zips. In order to get difficult zips back into shape, spray
them with a little silicone spray and clean with a toothbrush.
• Tents must be well staked out to create optimal ventilation.
• When no rain or wind is expected, some VAUDE tents (with
inner tent poles) can be set up without the rainfl y. This creates
the best ventilation while still protecting you from insects.

• Alle VAUDE Zelte und Zeltböden sind absolut wasserdicht. Bei
silikonisierten Überzelten müssen die Nähte evtl. schon im
Voraus zusätzlich mit Silnet abgedichtet werden. Dies ist eine
einmalige Aktion und nur notwendig, wenn besonders widrige
Wetterumstände erwartet werden.
• Ein Doppelwandzelt hat zusätzlich den Vorteil der besseren
Belüftung. Sie minimiert die Kondenswasserbildung und das
Innenzelt bleibt trocken.
• Wichtig: Das Zelt muss bei Regen gut abgespannt sein! Innenund Außenzelt können sich so nicht berühren und es ist gut
belüftet.
Rain
• All VAUDE tents and tent floors are absolutely waterproof. Siliconised rain fl ys sometimes need to be seam sealed with Silnet.
This is a one-time action and only necessary when particularly
wet weather is expected.
• A double wall tent has the advantage of better ventilation. It
minimizes condensation build up and the inner tent stays dry.
• Important: when it’s raining, your tent needs to be well staked
out! This keeps the inner and outer tents from coming into
contact with each other and improves ventilation.

• Herkömmliche Heringe eignen sich nicht für den Gebrauch im
Schnee. Heringe mit einer V-Form und einer breiten Schaufel
am unteren Ende oder mit Schnee gefüllte Meshsäckchen sind

Snow
• Conventional stakes are not suited for use in snow. Stakes with
a v-shape and a broad shovel at the end or a mesh sack filled
with snow are ideal.
• The tent should have snow flaps for better insulation.
• The tent should be well staked out (including snow flaps) so
that snow doesn’t accumulate on the tent.

Framework
Auf einem Holzboden wird der gewünschte Grundriss des Zeltes
aufgezeichnet. An den späteren Gestängefußpunkten werden
Nägel eingeschlagen. Auf diese werden die Gestänge gesteckt
und aufgespannt. Weitere Nägel werden z.B. an Apsidenecken
eingeschlagen.
Durch das überschlagen von Leinen bekommt man schnell einen
realistischen Eindruck des späteren Zeltes.

The desired outline of the tent is drawn on wooden flooring. Nails
are hammered in at what will later be the base
points for the poles. The poles are stuck into these and tightened.
More nails are hammered in at, for example, the apse corners.
With the intersecting of the strings, you quickly get a realistic
impression of what the tent will look like later on.

3D design
If a model or frame was previously built, this will be transferred to
the 3D programme. Here, the tent bag and product details are also
designed. Here is also where the tent's weight is determined for
the first time.
Beregnung
Das komplette Zelt wird in einer Beregnungsanlage auf Lecks hin
überprüft.
Wetting
The entire tent is examined for leaks in a sprinkler system.
Laborprüfungen
Parallel zur Entwicklung des Frames werden die, mit Stoffproduzenten entwickelten, Materialien auf Ihre Tauglichkeit hin geprüft.
Zum Testparcours gehören:
Wasserdichtigkeit - angegeben in mm Säulenhöhe
Weiter- und Reißfestigkeit - angegeben in Newton (N)
Wasserabperlverhalten - in einer Skala von 1-5, wobei 5 der
höchste Wert ist
Lab testing
Coinciding with the development of the frame, the materials
produced together with the fabric manufacturers are tested for
their suitability.
Testing is also done for:
Watertightness - indicated in mm column height
Tear resistance and further tearing resistance - indicated in
Newton (N)
Water beading behaviour - on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the
highest value
