The XR-series is designed specifically for deployment in “mission critical” applications that require
fast and efficient disc burning and printing, rock-solid reliability, and professional-quality recorded
and printed CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray™ (BD) Discs.
Primera’s end-to-end architecture includes all the components you need for the most integrated and
reliable systems possible: advanced hardware and software, matched supplies, and perhaps most
important, local on-site installation, training and service by factory-certified technicians.
Applications already implementing Primera’s XR-series systems include medical imaging, banking
and insurance, government, military, kiosks, live video and audio processing, digital photo
processing, and content-on-demand at retail stores.
All XR-series hardware is built with tough, 18-gauge steel cabinets and 11-gauge steel bezels. Access
doors are supplied with locks and keys for maximum security. Supplies replenishment is
accomplished entirely from the front, allowing placement virtually anywhere: on counters, shelves
and even in standard 19” wide racks with optional rack mount kits.

Die XR-Geräte besitzen ein verstärktes Stahlgehäuse in 19 Zoll Ausführung zur optionalen Montage
in Serverschränken oder Racks sowie als Unterschrank- oder Einbaulösung. Die gesamte Bedienung
erfolgt über die abschließbare Frontklappe was einen erhöhten Sicherheitsaspekt darstellt.

Server XR gives you an almost unlimited choice of CPUs, memory, hard drives and
even operating systems. There’s also a wireless 802.11g networking option so that
anyone with a wireless connection and the proper password can send burn and
print jobs to the XR system.
Server XR configurations are performed to your exact needs by an Authorized
Primera Reseller, Distributor or OEM. Non-proprietary and standard business-class
PC components are utilized, making upgrades and support fast, easy and
affordable.

Mit Server XR haben Sie eine nahezu unbegrenzte Auswahl an Prozessor, Speicher
und Plattenkapazität und diversen Betriebssystemen. Auch können Sie Server XR

Enhance your discs and protect them against the elements by adding the
Laminator XR.
After recording and printing, Laminator XR automatically applies a glossy, 3micron thick layer of tough, clear resin-based ink.
The result is a disc that not only looks gorgeous, but also is virtually immune to
water, scratching and smudging. Better yet, the finished cost per disc is
considerably less expensive and faster than older printing technologies such as
reverse thermal transfer. Another advantage compared to laquer techniques is the
availibility of hologram laminate film.

Laminator XR
Um den Schutz der produzierten CDs und DVDs zu erhöhen, wird der Laminator
XR in das System integriert.
Nach dem Brennen und Drucken wird die Disc mit einer transparenten, 3 Micron
starken Schicht aus harzbasierendem Lack überzogen.
Das Ergebnis ist eine hochglänzende, abriebfeste und wasserresistente Disk für ein
absolut professionelles Erscheinungsbild. Im Vergleich zu älteren Drucktechniken
wie z.B. Thermo-Retransfer kostet diese Veredelung nur ein Bruchteil und ist auch
deutlich schneller. Ein weiterer Vorteil gegenüber Lackiertechniken ist die
Möglichkeit Hologrammlaminate aufzubringen.

PTBurn & SDK
PTBurn Network Software is a new, low-cost software
package for Primera’s Disc Publisher that adds network
capability for your disc burning and printing jobs.
Up to five users may send CD or DVD recording and print
jobs to Disc Publisher remotely from client PCs. Additional
five-user license blocks are available for connecting as
many client PCs as desired. The software runs on virtually
any server/client network under Windows® 2000 or XP
Professional.
It’s the ideal solution whether you are publishing “oneoff,” unique content discs or duplicating quantities of discs
from a master disc or files stored on a PC’s hard drive.
The PTDevSuite Software Developer's Kit (SDK) allows
developers to quickly and easily integrate any of
Primera's industry-leading CD/DVD publishing
systems. This comprehensive API for Windows XP/2000
provides full control of all burning, direct-to-disc
printing and robotics functions.
