GeODin 8: Compare System Queries
GeODin 8: Use this new method to compare system queries in your GeODin installation with any other
directory.
Compare System Queries
Here you can compare system queries of your GeODin
installation with any other directory to adopt and transfer
changes. The left hand side shows the system queries of
your GeODin installation (QUERYDEF folder), whilst the
system queries of the chosen directory are displayed on the
right hand side. Both directories may contain sub-folders.
Die Einträge werden hierbei unterschiedlich gefärbt:
Green: The items are identical
Red: Similar items but with differing properties
Compare system queries method
Blue: The item is only present on this side of the comparison Grey: The item is not present on this side of the comparison

You can filter the display using the <Display options> button.
The buttons in the middle column 'Details' show the differences
between the items. Differences are displayed in red. In this view
there are buttons to adopt and transfer properties from the
source to the target.
In the <Apply> area there are buttons to transfer the source item
properties and delete the extra targets items.
