Following the acquisition of a new business, Infront is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager who will play a key role in the commercial growth in this global agency with a specific focus on the AsiaPacific market. Scope of work: • Assist in the development of sponsorship sales strategies aimed at securing the support of major International and Asian brands for key Infront Pan-Asia sports properties • Research, identify and target brands with a strong presence in SE Asia and China • Execute the agreed sales strategy and secure meetings and presentations with key decision makers across agreed markets and target brand categories. • Identify and procure relevant market intelligence & research to • support the development of ‘best-in class’ sales tools and materials for targeted clients and properties • Support the design and production of leading sales materials (visual, written, presentation form) in order to best present Infront’s sports properties to the market. • Lead and/or support on the sales of agreed sponsorship packages to targeted brands • Lead and/or support on sponsorship sales contract negotiations and renewals as and when appropriate Infront Pan-Asia Pte. Ltd. 600 North Bridge Road #24-06/07, Parkview Square Singapore 188778 Tel. +65-6829 2500 Fax +65-6829 2410 www.infrontsports.com Twitter: @infrontsports Registration No. 201316363D GST Registration No. 201316363D • Manage on-going client relationships with key sponsorship contacts • Develop and manage accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and reports. • Integrate fully into the wider Infront Group cross-selling activities Your profile: • Advanced education (university degree in business administration, sports management and/or sales/marketing.) • 7- 10 years of sales experience in an international environment, ideally ASEAN and/or China and within the sports industry or entertainment business e.g. agency, federation, club, media, etc. • In-depth relationships and direct access to senior level decision-makers within Asian and global brands currently active in sponsorship, content and brand partnerships • Ability to take to market new sponsorship propositions and opportunities • Experience in selling and understanding the value of Digital Media in enhancing sponsorship values and returns for brand owners • Strengthen corporate relationships over the long-term • Highly motivated and passionate • In-depth knowledge of the sports market and the industry • Flexible work style, willing to travel • Creative and analytical skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Positive attitude towards Infront’s company values • Ability to evaluate situation quickly and take decisions • Strong team orientation and ability to stay calm under pressure • Capable of communicating and working with senior management • Capable of adapting to ever changing environment Are you ready to contribute to transforming and enhancing every aspect of the sports industry?
