DEUTSCH PIN- und Aderbelegung HIPERFACE-Eingang (siehe Abb. 2) SICK-STEGMANN Schnittstellenadapter Montageanleitung (8-polig A-codiert) Schnittstellenadapter 4 AD-HFSSI-Adapter sind nach den anerkannten Regeln der Technik hergestellte Geräte. AD-HFSSIS2 HIPERFACE-SSI-Adapter 왘 Der Anbau des Adapters ist von einem Fachmann mit Kenntnissen in Elektrik und Feinmechanik vorzunehmen. 왘 Der Adapter darf nur zu dem seiner Bauart entsprechenden Zweck verwendet werden. 왘 Beachten Sie die für Ihr Land gültigen berufsgenossenschaftlichen Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften. 왘 Schalten Sie die Spannung bei allen von der Montage betroffenen Geräten/Maschinen und Anlagen ab. 왘 Elektrische Verbindungen zum Adapter nie bei eingeschalteter Spannung herstellen bzw. lösen, kann sonst zu einem Gerätedefekt führen. 왘 Für die einwandfreie Funktion der Geräte ist auf eine gute Erdung bzw. auf eine EMV-gerechte Schirmverbindung (beidseitiges Auflegen des Schirms) zu achten. Montage Die Montage erfolgt über 3 Laschen an der Gehäusegrundplatte mittels Schrauben (1) (siehe Abb. 1): 3 x M4x10 mm (kundenseitig). Hinweis: Der Schnittstellenadapter ist so zu montieren, dass er nicht über einen längeren Zeitraum direkter Sonneneinstrahlung ausgesetzt ist. Über den Kabelschirm dürfen zwischen den einzelnen Geräten keine Potenzialausgleichsströme fließen. Gegebenenfalls sind geeignete Erdungsmaßnahmen über Fundamentalerdung und/oder spezielle Potenzialausgleichsleitungen zwischen den einzelnen Teilen der Anlage und dem Schaltschrank durchzuführen. Nullpunktjustage mittels Dip-Schalter (Abb. 2.1) Abb. 1 Durch Umlegen des Dip-Schalters S1.2 von Position ON (A) auf Position OFF (B) für min. 1 s, erfolgt die Nullpunktjustage. Encodererkennung und SSI-Auflösung Zählrichtung mittels Dip-Schalter (Abb. 2.1) Folgende Encoder mit HIPERFACE-Schnittstelle werden vom AD-HFSSI-Adapter erkannt: Hinweis: Der Anschluss des Encoders an den Adapter muss vor dem Anlegen der Betriebsspannung erfolgen! Hinweis: Zur Aktivierung der Änderung der Zählrichtung muss die Spannungsversorgung des Adapters aus- und wieder eingeschaltet werden. Wartungshinweise AD-HFSSI-Adapter sind wartungsfrei. Wir empfehlen in regelmäßigen Abständen - die mechanische Befestigung zu überprüfen - Verschraubungen und Steckverbindungen zu überprüfen. Gültig für alle Standardencoder aus der jeweiligen Produktfamilie. Standardeinstellung ab Werk. Weitere Auflösungen auf Anfrage. Daraus kann je nach Steuerung ein Fehlerbild generiert werden. EIN = Betriebsspannungsanzeige X4 X3 X2 X1 ENGLISH PIN and wire allocation: HIPERFACE input (see fig. 2) SICK-STEGMANN Interface Adapter Assembly Instructions (8-pin A coded) Interface Adapter 4 AD-HFSSI adapters are state-of-the-art devices AD-HFSSIS2 HIPERFACE SSI Adapter 왘 The adapter should be fitted by an expert with knowledge of electrics and precision engineering. 왘 The adapter must only be used for its intended purpose. 왘 Observe the professional safety regulations and accident prevention regulations applicable to your country. 왘 Switch off the voltage for all devices/machines and systems affected by the assembly. 왘 Never make or undo electrical connections to the adapter when voltage is applied, otherwise this may result in damage to the device defects. 왘 For the satisfactory operation of the devices, ensure good earthing or an EM-compatible screen connection (screen connected at both ends). Assembly 3 holes are provided for mounting the unit to your base plate, using screws (1) (see fig. 1): 3 x M4 x 10 mm (provided by the customer). Note: The interface adapter has to be mounted in such a way that it is not exposed to direct solar radiation over a longer period. Clock + Clock – GND + Us (IN) Screen Screening via device socket housings and device plug housings Ensure that there are no differences in potential between encoder housing, adapter housing and controller. No potential equalising currents must flow between the individual devices, via the cable screen. If required, provide suitable grounding via foundation earthing and/or special potential equalising cables between the individual parts of the system and the control cabinet. Zero point adjustment using DIP switches (fig. 2.1) Fig. 1 1 The zero point is adjusted by changing the position of dip switch S1.2 from ON (A) to OFF (B) for at least 1s. Then return the DIP switch to position ON (A) (rest position). Note: To activate the changed counting direction, the adapter’s voltage supply must be switched off and back on. Maintenance notes AD-HFSSI adapters are maintenance-free. We recommend, at regular intervals, checking the mechanical fixing - to check screw connections and plug connections. Valid for all standard encoders of the corresponding product family.
