Headquartered in London, our firm comprises over 700 people spanning a network of offices in Belgium, France, Germany, Singapore, Spain and the UK. THE ROLE: We are currently looking for a Corporate Responsibility Executive to join our London based team. The role will be supporting the Head of CR, the CR team and the various committees that manage the different strands of CR at Olswang, across all our international offices. Key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): · Managing a variety of pro bono and volunteering programmes. Responsibilities will include co-ordinating volunteers, events and liaising with community partners; · Managing fundraising activities and liaising with our charity partners; · Assisting with the firm's diversity and environmental work; · Liaising with clients on collaborative CR projects; · Producing communication material around our CR programme and assisting with the annual CR Report; · Co-ordinating the CR infrastructure and liaising with all relevant departments across all 5693860-1 1 our international offices; · Working with the business development and communications teams on raising the profile of CR internally and externally; · Attending external CR industry events and training; · Maintaining accurate up-to-date records of all CR activity; · Undertaking all additional responsibilities required to ensure Olswang's CR programme runs effectively. KEY REQUIREMENTS: · Candidates will have at least two years' recent work experience, ideally gained within a professional environment. However, this is not as essential as someone who has a genuine passion for CR and the ability to be an excellent ambassador for Olswang and its CR programme. · Self-motivated and proactive. Excellent organisational skills, flexible and able to effectively manage a number of priorities at any one time. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Excellent communication skills and client orientated. · Excellent academics, commercially aware and ambitious. · Advanced level IT skills and experience with Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
