the conveyor cosists of solidly build stainless steel construction.
The conveyor belts are slat belts (synthetic material), arranged in
V-shape. Because of this arragengement the sheep are transported
and cannot touch the floor anymore. The slats are moved by
conveyor chain upside and down. Each belt has its separate drive.

Dehider for sheep, Type: 07172000
This dehider is constructed for high capacity and is used in the
slaughtering process.
During dehiding the forefeet are hold and brought to tension
automatically. Because of the fixing of the forefeet an easy
dehiding is guaranteed. Dehiding will be done up to down.
Because of his small seize the dehider can be easily installed in
cramped rooms. Two strong leading pillars are the centre of the
dehider. At the upper end of the leading pillars an electric drive
with a rounding chain is installed. The drive is controlled by a
switch (forward and backward). Two dehiding chains are fixes by a
ring in the middle of the rounding chain. These chains are fixed on
the skin of the dehided beast (similar to bleeding chains). After
dehiding when there is less force at the dehiding chains the skin
can be slipped off easily. The forefeet will be removed
automatically. By switch the chain goes back to the start position.

Knife sterilisation bassin Type: 01177200
These bassins are completely made of stainless steel. They cosist of a double
sprayer funtion fort wo knives. Sterilisation will be done by double sprayer
function with water of 82°C. This hot water has to be brought in by a pipe from
outside. The basins can be fixed at the hand washer or at the railings of the
slaughtering platforms. The drainage will be linked down.

Advantages: no water inside the bassin – very low vaporization, no standing
