Einführung
Der SAP Workforce Performance Builder Navigator ist das Werkzeug zum Abspielen von
Navigationen. Dieser ist auf jedem Arbeitsplatz notwendig, auf dem Navigationen angezeigt werden sollen.
Für die Installation des Navigator und das Abspielen von Navigationen sind bestimmte Voraussetzungen
und Vorgehensweisen notwendig, um diesen fehlerfrei nutzen zu können. Diese Anleitung unterstützt Sie bei
der administrativen Handhabung des Navigator.
Systemvoraussetzungen
Der Navigator ist für das Abspielen von Navigationen zwingend erforderlich. Folgende
Systemvoraussetzungen sind mindestens für die Installation zu beachten:

Installation
Die Installation erfolgt über die Ihnen zur Verfügung gestellte Installationsdatei Navigator.msi. Um den
Navigator zu installieren, führen Sie folgende Schritte durch:

Um den Navigator installieren zu können, müssen Sie über Administrator-Rechte für den Arbeitsrechner
verfügen, auf dem der Navigator installiert werden soll.
1. Das Installationsprogramm des Navigator steht in verschiedenen Sprachversionen zur Verfügung.
Wählen Sie für die Installation die Datei in der entsprechenden Sprachversion aus.
2. Um das Installationsprogramm zu öffnen, klicken Sie mit einem Doppelklick auf das Programmsymbol

3. Das Installationsprogramm des Navigator führt Sie durch alle Schritte der Installation. Folgen Sie
den Anweisungen im angezeigten Dialog.
4. Nachdem der Navigator installiert wurde, können Sie das Installations-Programm über die
Schaltfläche Fertig schließen.
Verteilung des Navigator auf die
Nutzerrechner
Für eine schnelle und einfache Verbreitung des Navigator in einem Netzwerk ist es möglich, nach
einmaliger Installation den Applikations-Ordner ohne erneute Installation auf die jeweiligen Arbeitsplätze der
Nutzer zu kopieren. Das Programm bleibt weiterhin lauffähig und lässt sich nun für das Abspielen von
Navigationen nutzen.
Unter Umständen ist es möglich, dass das Betriebssystem beim erstmaligen Aufruf einer Navigation das
Dateiformat der Navigation (*.dnt) nicht zuordnen kann. Ist dies der Fall, dann öffnet sich der Dialog Öffnen
mit... Wählen Sie über diesen die Navigator.exe im kopierten Ordner des Navigators aus. Aktivieren Sie das
Kontrollkästchen für die Option Immer mit diesem Programm öffnen, um diese Aktion nicht erneut ausführen
zu müssen.
Das Kopieren des Ordners sollte durch einen Administrator durchgeführt werden, der die entsprechenden
Zugriffsrechte auf die Arbeitsplätze hat.
Deinstallation des Navigator
Der Navigator lässt sich über den Software-Dialog Ihres Betriebssystems wieder entfernen. Dieser ist über
das Menü Einstellungen -> Systemsteuerung -> Software aufrufbar.
Alternativ dazu können Sie die Deinstallation auch über die Installationsdatei Navigator.msi der
entsprechenden Version Ihres Navigator durchführen: Starten Sie die Installationsdatei und klicken Sie auf
Weiter. Wählen Sie dann den Punkt Entfernen aus und bestätigen Sie dies über die Schaltfläche Entfernen.
Der Navigator wird nun deinstalliert.
Deinstallation nach Verteilung auf Nutzerrechner
Haben Sie den Applikations-Ordner des Navigator auf einen Nutzerrechner kopiert, so ist es möglich,
diesen ohne Deinstallation zu entfernen. Löschen Sie den Ordner von dem entsprechenden Nutzerrechner.
Voraussetzungen für das Abspielen von
Navigationen unter SAP
Um Navigationen unter SAP bestmöglich Abspielen zu können und eine optimale Erkennung von Objekten
zu gewährleisten, ist für das SAP-System ein SAP-GUI ab der Version 7.1 notwendig.
Die entsprechenden Applikations-Profile (zum Beispiel SAP Tradeshow) müssen installiert und im
Lizenzschlüssel als „nutzbar“ hinterlegt sein.
Die Wiedergabe der Navigation setzt das jeweils entsprechende GUI (z.B. Tradeshow), das bereits für die
Aufzeichnung verwendet wurde, voraus.
Für notwendige Einstellungen im SAP-Client beachten Sie bitte das Installations-Handbuch oder die F1-Hilfe
des producers.

Navigationen über HTTPS abspielen
Werden Navigationen auf einem Server gespeichert, dann lassen sich diese über ein sicheres HypertextÜbertragungsprotokoll (HTTPS) aufrufen. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass HTTPS-Protokolle mittels Zertifikaten
ihre Vertrauenswürdigkeit aufzeigen und im Browser für einen reibungslosen Aufruf von Anwendungen
hinterlegt werden. Ist ein Zertifikat nicht als vertrauenswürdig im Browser hinterlegt, wird beim Aufruf einer
Navigation ein Zertifikatfehler angezeigt. Über diesen Hinweis lässt sich das Laden der Navigation fortsetzen
oder die Navigation schließen.
Um Zertifikatfehler von vornherein zu vermeiden, ist das spezifische Zertifikat für das HTTPS-Protokoll als
vertrauenswürdig im Browser zu installieren. Dies lässt sich unter Extras -> Internetoptionen -> Inhalte ->
Zertifikate in der Registerkarte Vertrauenswürdige Stammzertifizierungsstellen vornehmen. Die Installation
sollte durch einen Administrator durchgeführt werden.
Angabe von MIME-Typen bei Nutzung eines
IIS
Für das Abspielen von Navigationen von einem Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) ist es notwendig,
verschiedene Dateitypen (MIME-Typen) für die Verwaltung des Arbeitsbereiches sowie das Abspielen von
Navigationen freizugeben. Das ist notwendig, da der Server die Dateiendungen standardmäßig nicht kennt
und nicht starten kann. Dementsprechend wird beim Aufruf die Fehlermeldung „Datei nicht gefunden“
angezeigt.
Die Dateien lassen sich über den Dialog MIME-Typen in den Einstellungen für den IIS angeben. Wählen Sie
hierfür die Funktion MIME-Typ hinzufügen aus und definieren Sie anschließend folgende Erweiterung sowie
den Typ:

Navigationen für den Autostart festlegen
Navigationen lassen sich für eine regelmäßige Nutzung für den Autostart definieren. Dies ermöglicht es,
beispielsweise mit Starten des Computers die Navigation zu öffnen und für die Arbeit parat zu haben.
Sie können hierbei auf Navigationen in einem lokalen Arbeitsbereich zugreifen oder aber auch auf
Navigationen, die über einen Web-Server oder File-Share verfügbar sind.
Für den Kontext-Assistenten empfiehlt es sich, die verschiedenen Kontext-Assistenten in einem Projekt
zusammenzufügen und dieses über den Autostart zu starten, um alle verfügbaren Inhalte anzeigen zu
können.
Den Autostart definieren
Der Vorgang für die Angabe einer Navigation für den Autostart ist abhängig vom jeweiligen Betriebssystem.
So definieren Sie den Autostart für Ihr Betriebssystem:

Um eine Navigation als Autostart festzulegen, öffnen Sie den Assistent für geplante Tasks über das Menü
Systemsteuerung -> Geplante Tasks -> Geplanten Task hinzufügen.

Klicken Sie im Begrüßungsdialog auf Weiter.
Wählen Sie über Durchsuchen... aus Ihrer Ordnerstruktur die dnt-Datei Ihrer Navigation aus.
Legen Sie den Start der Navigation fest, z.B. Beim Start des Computers. Klicken Sie Weiter.
Geben Sie gegebenenfalls den Benutzername und das Kennwort für den Arbeitsplatz an. Klicken Sie
Weiter.
5. Aktivieren Sie die Option Erweitere Eigenschaften für diesen Task beim Klicken auf „Fertig stellen“
öffnen. In den erweiterten Eigenschaften lässt sich anschließend die Navigation definieren.
6. Tragen Sie in das Feld Ausführen in den Pfad für die Navigator.exe ein, z.B.:
C:\Programme\SAP\Navigator71\Navigator.exe. Bestätigen Sie den Dialog mit OK.

Um eine Navigation als Autostart festzulegen, öffnen Sie die Aufgabenplanung über das Menü
Systemsteuerung -> Verwaltung (Klassische Ansicht) -> Aufgabenplanung.

Legen Sie in dem Dialog einen Aufgabe über Einfache Aufgabe erstellen an.
Geben Sie einen Namen ein. Klicken Sie Weiter.
Legen Sie den Start der Navigation fest, z.B. Beim Start des Computers. Klicken Sie Weiter.
Wählen Sie als Aktion Programm starten aus.
Programm: Bestimmen Sie als Programm im entsprechenden Feld die Navigator.exe. Wählen Sie
diese gegebenenfalls über Durchsuchen... aus Ihrer Ordnerstruktur aus. Navigation: Bestimmen Sie
im Feld Argumente hinzufügen die Navigation. Geben Sie hierfür den Pfad zu der dnt-Datei an. z.B.:
http://server/[...]/workarea/project/project/navigation.dnt Klicken Sie Weiter.
6. Klicken Sie anschließend auf Fertig stellen, um die Aufgabe für Ihre Autostart-Funktion zu
übernehmen.
