rechten Seite herunterhängen lassen.
F ü h r e n S i e d a s b r e i t e E n d e m i t d e r r e c h t e n H a n d n a c h l i n k s ü b e r d a s s ch m a l e E n d e , d a s S i e
mit der linken Hand ergreifen. Führen Sie das breite Ende von links nach rechts unter dem
s c h m a l e n E n d e h e r u m . Z i e h e n S i e e s d a n n ü be r d e n K n o t e n zu m K ö r p e r h i n n a c h u n t e n
