Der Darm steuert die physische und

ca. 80% des Immunsystems sitzen im
Darm. Da die Darmflora nicht angeboren ist, herrscht nach Zeiten von Stress
oder Krankheiten, besonders nach
Antibiotika-Einnahme, oft eine völlig
andere Zusammensetzung. Für die
Sicherstellung der Darmfunktion ist es
jedoch wichtig, das sensible Gleichgewicht aus ca. 85% nützlichen und nur
ca. 15% pathogenen Mikroorganismen
aufrecht zu erhalten.

located in the intestine. As the intestinal flora is not innate the composition
is often completely changed after periods of stress or diseases, especially after
treatments with antibiotics. For a guaranteed intestinal function it is important
to maintain the sensitive balance between approx. 85% beneficial and only
approx. 15% pathogenic micro organisms.
