All matches will be dealt with DAEDO electronic trunk and head protectors. E-trunk
protectors and e-head gear will be provided by the organiser.
All final matches in class 1 in the groups junior A+B and seniors will be dealt additionally
with video replay.

payment of the DOUBLE entry fee (Only if the participant limit has not

With registration all teams, athletes and parent or legal guardians
recognize the outline in all parts. The athletes assert that they are
participating in perfect health condition in the tournament.
Registrations, which won't be done via TPSS, where the entry fees are
missing, or the deadline has been exceeded, will be deemed to be not
submitted! A notification will not be done.
If a competitor does not compete, or is not allowed to start due to missing
start requirements, the entry fee forfeits.

The year of birth is essential! Teenager born in 1999 and 2000 can start
either in the group of seniors or in the group of junior A. The desired
group has to be filled out during registration.

If an athlete will be the only one in his weight class, he will be placed in
the next higher weight class. For minors, this must be confirmed in the
attached consent form by parent or legal guardians.
In the case of a voluntary change of the weight class a service fee of
10,00€ has to be paid.

Start requirements:
Valid DTU pass with current label or GAL card (German starter). Valid
ETU/WTF pass, GAL card for international starter. The age has to be
confirmed with presentation of identification card.
During the registration (weight) minor athletes unrequested deliver a
consent form signed by parent or legal guardian, where they recognize
the outline in all parts and assert that they are participating in perfect
health condition in the tournament. The consent form is attached ad the
end of the document.
Participation is only possible if the starting conditions are met.
Commitment:
With registration in TPSS all athletes agree that they will be recorded in
the starting and result lists by name, which will be published online.
Furthermore all participants agree that pictures and videos of them might
be taken and published.
Liability:
All competitors participate at their own risk. With the registration each
athlete or her/his parental or legal guardian agrees explicitly to the
exclusion of liability. Organizer and host club do not accept responsibility
for any damage to persons or property!
Coaches:
Two coaches are free for each club. For Clubs with more than 10
participants 3 coaches are allowed.
Coaches must be registered in TPSS.
Only coaches and competitors have access to the tournament area.
All coaches must be at least 16 years old and must be able to prove it with
identity card, driving licence or other official document.

Protective equipment: Complete protective equipment under the rules of DTU / WTF.
Cup, forearm- und shin protection have to be worn under Dobok.
- teeth protection is mandatory for everybody (white or transparent)
- hand protection is mandatory
- DAEDO E-foot protector, E-foot (Heel) sensor
The athlete is responsible for needed, proper protective equipment.
Privacy Protection:
The Taekwondo Union Saar e.V. (TU Saar e.V.) the tournament
registration online on TPSS (www.tpss.eu). We indicate that with your
registration you assent to your consent for the collection, processing and
use of your personal data on this central database as part of the purpose
of the TU Saar e.V.
TU Saar e.V. agrees to use the collected data in compliance with the
German data protection act as an instrument to carry out their own
business purposes and statutory responsibilities.
Participants at the event disclaim any personal right in terms of copyright
law. The participant transmits with his participation any personal right in
the tournament to the organizer and the TU Saar e.V. within the meaning
of Taekwondo sports and waives any claim.
The assigned rights of participants to the host and the TU Saar e.V. are
only in terms of distribution and marketing of the Taekwondo sport, so
that the privacy of each participant is respected.
The participants agree with their registration that their last name, first
name, weight class, nation/club and placement will be published in the
result lists online, as well as film/video/photo or as printed media.
Declaration of consent from the parent or legal guardians for minor participant
The declaration of consent must be delivered unrequested during the registration (weight).
Without it, the participation on this tournament is not possible.
