Established villa on beach perfect for families and the elderly

This long-established Spanish style villa is restful, roomy and suitably situated on the
sea front with the beach literally across the road. The closest supermarket is a mere
50 metres away and you can be in Puerto Pollensa's restaurants and shops in
approximately 10 minutes. The closest airport is about 65 kilometres from the luxury
villa for rent. This Mallorcan seaside villa would be perfect for families with children of
all ages, from toddlers to teenagers, and the elderly would love the interior and
exterior design.
The style of the villa reminds of another era. Upon entering the residence you will find
a large foyer with various light fittings and classic furniture and a chequered black and
white floor pattern. Roman steps with an ornate cast iron railing lead up to the first
floor. Forward, to the one side, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with an exit to a
covered outside terrace. To the other side you will find the airy living and dining room
with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. The villa has large glass
windows with wooden panes and curtains in most rooms.
The layout of the bedrooms is perfect for families with children, as the bathrooms are
not en suite except for the master bedroom. On the ground floor are two bedrooms,
one large double and one large twin bedroom. There is also a separate full bathroom
and an exterior shower room. Taking roman steps to the first floor, visitors find one
double bedroom with en suite shower and two twin bedrooms, sharing a full bathroom.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Separating the private rental villa from the road is a garden area with palm and pine
trees and nice garden paths. At the back is a large classic style tiled swimming pool
and sun chairs. At the other side of the pool in the rear of the villa is a secluded annex
with a fully equipped and private external dining room with beautiful wooden furniture.
A laundry room is on the side of the annex. There is a covered terrace leading from
