Mikroprozessorregler mit automatischer Regelstreckenanpassung, analysiert automatisch
die Charakteristik jeder Zone und passt das
Regelverhalten entsprechend an.
Für jede Zone separat sind 2 Alarmfunktionen
einstellbar, die auf 2 unabhängige, potentialfreie
Sammel-Alarmkontakte als gemeinsame Ausgänge
für alle Zonen wirken.
Werksseitig sind ein Übertemperatur- sowie ein
Untertemperatur-Alarm konfiguriert.
Anwendung:
Das speziell für den Anwendungsbereich Kunststoffverarbeitung und Werkzeugbeheizung optimierte
Konzept bietet größtmögliche Regelqualität, einfache
Bedienung und umfangreiche Selbstüberwachung.
Die Geräte sind unabhängig vom Werkzeughersteller
einsetzbar.
Aufbau:
Regelelektronik und Halbleiter-Schaltelemente vereint in einem handlichen, stabilen Metallgehäuse.
Rückseitig angebrachte Lastsicherungen ermöglichen
unkomplizierten Sicherungswechsel im Fehlerfall.

Bedienung:
Einfache Klartext-Oberfläche in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit Menüs und Funktionstasten.
Eindeutige, leicht verständliche Benutzerführung,
Prozess-Steuerung und Reglerkonfiguration durch
verschiedene Bedienebenen sicher getrennt.
Schreiberfunktion:
Für jede Zone kann der Istwertverlauf eingeblendet
werden.
Fühlerbruch-Automatik:
Fühlerbruch wird durch eine Fehlermeldung im
Display signalisiert. Gleichzeitig schaltet diese Zone
auf Stellerbetrieb mit dem zuletzt ermittelten Stellgrad um. Manuelle Einstellung ist jederzeit möglich.
Manueller Stellerbetrieb:
Umschaltung auf Stellerbetrieb ist auch bei angeschlossenem Fühler jederzeit möglich.
Sollwertbegrenzung:
Zum Schutz vor Mißbrauch oder versehentlichen
Fehlprogrammierungen kann sowohl ein minimaler
als auch ein maximal einstellbarer Sollwert vorgegeben werden.

Softstart:
Lastschaltteil:
Im Regler kann eine Softstartphase zum schonenden
Anfahren kalter Heizungen programmiert werden.
In dieser Phase sind Stellgrad und Temperatur für
eine definierte Zeit begrenzt.
Serienmäßig können Heizlasten bis zu 16A/230V
entsprechend 3,5 kW/Zone angeschlossen werden.
Automatische Selbstoptimierung:
Serienmäßig vorgesehen sind 24-polige IndustrieStandard-Steckverbindungen „schwer“ für Last- und
Fühleranschluss.
Die Steckerbelegung entspricht unserer StandardNorm wie nebenstehend abgebildet.
Selbstverständlich liefern wir „Ihren“ Temperaturregler auch gerne mit nach Ihrer Werksnorm ausgeführten Last- und Fühleranschlüssen.

Application:

Assembly

Micro-process controller with automatic control path
regulation analyses automatically the characteristic
of each zone and adapts the control behaviour correspondingly
For each zone 2 alarm functions can be set separately, which are affecting on 2 independent, potential
free collective-alarm contacts as common outputs for
all zones.
Ex-factory an over temperature alarm as well as a
load break alarm are configured.
Operation:
Simple plain-language text surface in German and
English language with menus and function keys.
Clear and easy understandable user guidance,
process-control and controller configuration securely
separated by different operating levels.
Thermo couple break-automatic:
Recorder function:
A thermo couple break is signalized by an error
message on the display of the corresponding zone.
At the same time this zone switches on manual mode
with the regulation ratio which was determined at
last. Manual adjustment always possible.
For each zone the actual value curve can be shown.

also with connected thermo couple.

Softstart:
Load-switch part
In the controller a soft-start phase can be programmed for the gentle start of cold heatings. In this
phase the regulation ratio and the temperature are
limited for a defined time.
Automatic self-optimization:
(Recognition of control path) when power is switched
on. Manual actuation of the optimizing routine also
during the ongoing control possible (optimization of
the setpoint).
