“La terra ha impiegato 500 milioni di anni per creare le sostanze che abbiamo
bruciato in 200 anni” ammonisce il geologo americano J. D. Edwards. Molte
fonti di energia risultano non illimitate, ed è pertanto attiva e costante la ricerca
di fonti energetiche alternative e rinnovabili, quelle che per loro caratteristiche
intrinseche si rigenerano o non sono esauribili nella scala dei tempi umani e il
cui utilizzo dunque non pregiudica le risorse naturali per le generazioni future.
Tra le fonti rinnovabili c’è il legno. L’utilizzo di legna e biomasse per il riscaldamento domestico garantisce dunque rinnovabilità dei combustibili e rispetto
ambientale. Inoltre, la possibilità di controllare la combustione, consente di abbattere le emissioni già scarsamente inquinanti di tali combustibili.

IT: Moretti, presente nel mercato dal 1960, ha realizzato una vasta gamma di monoblocchi ad aria calda. L’eccellente rendimento è dato soprattutto dai materiali
di ottima fattura impiegati per la realizzazione dei camini, infatti la ghisa, ottimo conduttore, costituisce il 30% della struttura. Attraverso un percorso obbligato,
l’aria passa nei punti più caldi del camino e limita le dispersioni di calore. Il focolare, per garantire un’ alta resa termica e aumentare la durata nel tempo, viene
completamente realizzato in ghisa. Il sistema di doppia apertura consente una particolare modalità d’ingresso aria a vetro chiuso per mantenere il vetro pulito
più a lungo e facilita la pulizia dello stesso grazie all’apertura laterale. Il ventilatore alloggiato sotto il piano fuoco, permette un semplice accesso per eventuali
assistenze o sostituzioni. La centralina di comando gestisce il ventilatore regolando il flusso dell’aria e la modalità di funzionamento (manuale o automatico);
normalmente viene collocata in prossimità del camino. Quindi scegliere il monoblocco Moretti, vuol dire possedere un ottimo dispositivo di riscaldamento autonomo che si integra perfettamente con un eventuale impianto già esistente. L’eccellente rendimento dei focolari Moretti consente, con adeguate modifiche, di
canalizzare l’aria per riscaldare più ambienti, anche l’intera casa (fino a 150 m2). Per diffondere il calore, il focolare viene corredato di un ventilatore che spinge
l’aria calda per farla fuoriuscire dalle apposite bocchette. Le tubazioni ed i ventilatori sono di materiale particolare.

térmica elevada e a durabilidade do equipamento, a salamandra é fabricada em ferro-fundido. O sistema de
dupla abertura permite que o ar entre com a porta fechada e mantenha o vidro limpo durante mais tempo. A
abertura lateral destina-se a facilitar a limpeza. O ventilador instalado por baixo da câmara de combustão,
simplifica o acesso para eventuais reparações ou substituições. A centralina comanda o ventilador, o modo

Il termocamino serie “L”, frutto di anni di ricerca e
sperimentazioni, rappresenta il modello più innovativo
della gamma Moretti per il riscaldamento e la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria. La particolare costruzione
dello scambiatore, costituito da deflettori, permette di
recuperare il massimo calore sprigionato dalla legna; in
questo modo, oltre a garantire il rispetto dell’ambiente,
risulta anche particolarmente economico essendo ancora oggi la legna una delle fonti energetiche più convenienti. I deflettori a bagno d’acqua, per aumentare il
riscaldamento, creano un percorso obbligato ai fumi;
hanno inoltre la caratteristica di semplificare la pulizia
e l’eliminazione delle incrostazioni di creosoto che riducono il rendimento. Quando la porta viene chiusa,
aumenta notevolmente la temperatura interna e fa lavorare al minimo la caldaia. La porta, oltre al sistema
basculante, può aprirsi lateralmente per facilitare la
pulizia del vetro. L’acqua calda sanitaria viene prodotta
tramite una serpentina di rame, posizionata nella parte
superiore della caldaia. La centralina digitale di comando (optional) registra la temperatura dell’acqua in caldaia visualizzandola sul display e permette la partenza
del circolatore. Tutte le nostre caldaie sono predisposte per il sistema di caricamento automatico.
EN: The L series of Boiler Fireplaces is the fruit of years
of research and experimentation and represents the most
innovative peak product in the MORETTI catalogue for
heating and the production of clean domestic hot water.
The particular construction of the exchanger – by means
of deflectors - permits the maximum amount of heat to
be utilised from the wood. This is good both for the environment as well as for your wallet - with wood still being
one of the most economical sources of energy. The water
bath reflectors increase the heating and create a obligatory path for the smoke. This makes the system easy to
clean and eliminates the build up of creosote which could
otherwise reduce efficiency. The sliding door mechanism
perfectly regulates the pull of the boiler and therefore the
heat generated. When the door is closed, increases the
internal temperature notably and therefore means less
work for the boiler. The door can also be opened laterally,
making it easier to clean the glass. The domestic hot water is produced through a copper coil which is positioned
in the upper portion of the boiler. The optional digital control unit registers the temperature of the water in the boiler
and actives the circulation device. All MORETTI boilers
feature the automatic loading system as standard.

o modelo mais inovador da gama de aquecimento e produção de água quente sanitária Moretti.
O permutador é constituído por deflectores o que
permite recuperar o máximo de calor libertado
pela lenha; deste modo, além de respeitar o meio
ambiente, é particularmente económico porquanto a madeira ainda continua a ser uma das fontes energéticas mais acessíveis. Os deflectores,
constituídos por condutas de água para aumentar o aquecimento, criam um percurso obrigatório para os fumos; por outro lado, facilitam
os trabalhos de limpeza e a remoção das incrustações de creosoto, responsáveis pela diminuição do rendimento. A porta, rebatível, pode abrir
lateralmente para limpar o vidro. A água quente sanitária é produzida por uma serpentina em
cobre, colocada na parte superior da caldeira. A
centralina digital (opcional) regista e apresenta
no mostrador a temperatura da água na caldeira,
assim como controla o funcionamento do circulador. As nossas caldeiras estão preparadas
para o carregamento automático.

E’ il camino della nuova generazione! Assolutamente
innovativo nel suo sistema di funzionamento, è stato ideato
dalla ditta MORETTI. L’eccezionalità di questo camino sta nel
suo sistema di caricamento, che permette di farlo funzionare
autonomamente ed ininterrottamente. Con questo sistema di
autoalimentazione, il camino non funziona soltanto con legna,
ma può bruciare anche combustibili solidi vegetali allo stato
granulare (pellets). Il combustibile è contenuto in un serbatoio,
collocabile sia all’esterno dell’abitazione che accanto al focolare. Questo serbatoio ha un canale di trasmissione, chiamato
coclea, che trasporta il combustibile sino al camino. L’azionamento della coclea avviene grazie ad un motoriduttore controllato dalla centralina di comando che, a sua volta, consente
di raggiungere e mantenere costante la temperatura impostata. Inoltre, collegando un termostato, è possibile impostare la
temperatura e programmare l’accensione e lo spegnimento del
camino. L’accensione avviene automaticamente con l’ausilio di
una candeletta.
EN: The next generation of boiler fireplaces! This innovative system has been designed and created by the MORETTI team. The outstanding new loading method allows the
boiler to work autonomously and without interruption. The
automatic system works not only with wooden pellets, but
also with combustible solid food items such as the nut shells,
and stones from fruits such as peaches, olives and cherries.
The combustible items are kept in a storage tank and kept
either externally or in close proximity to the boiler. This storage tank has a special transmission canal - called “Cochlea”
- which transports the combustible material to the fireplace.
The “Cochlea” is operated with a motor which is run by the
main control unit which, in turn allows the fireplace to achieve and then maintain the required temperature. Connecting
a thermostat makes it possible to set both the temperature
setting and the timing of when the fireplace should operate.
P: É a lareira da nova geração! Funcionamento totalmen-
te inovador desenvolvido pela MORETTI. A singularidade
deste recuperador reside no sistema de carregamento
que lhe permite funcionar autónoma e ininterruptamente.
Através deste sistema de auto-alimentação, o recuperador pode funcionar com madeira e outros combustíveis
sólidos de origem vegetal (pellets). O combustível é colocado num recipiente que pode estar no exterior da habitação ou ao lado do recuperador. Este recipiente possui
um tubo de transmissão (cóclea) que transporta o combustível até ao recuperador. O funcionamento da cóclea
é activado por um moto-redutor comandado pela centralina, a qual controla e mantém constante a temperatura
definida. Se for ligado um cronotermóstato, é possível
definir a temperatura e programar o acendimento e desligamento do recuperador. O acendimento acontece automaticamente através de uma vela de incandescência.

Il termocamino serie “L”, su richiesta, può essere
corredato di un kit speciale (kit moretti solution) che
semplifica il montaggio da parte dell’idraulico. Il kit completo comprende: uno scambiatore per il riscaldamento, un circolatore per il circuito secondario, un vaso di
espansione zincato da 30 litri, una valvola di sicurezza
a 3 bar, un vaso espansione chiuso e tutti i collegamenti
idraulici. Il kit viene posizionato nella parte alta del termocamino, come si può vedere nella foto, per rendere
più semplice ogni tipo di assistenza e di installazione.

The L Series of Boiler Fireplaces can - on request
- be fitted with a special kit (Moretti solution kit) which
simplifies the set-up of the hydraulic section. The complete kit includes an exchanger heating, one circulation
device for the secondary circuit, a 30 litre zinc coated expansion vase, a 3 bar safety valve, a closed expansion
vase and all of the necessary hydraulic connections.
The kit is positioned on top of the boiler - as shown in
the photo - simplifying any servicing or intervention that
might be required.
P: Quando solicitado, o recuperador da Série “L” pode ser fornecido com um kit especial (kit moretti solution) que facilita a
montagem. Este kit permite instalar o recuperador em paralelo
com um sistema de circuito fechado sem aplicar permutadores
de calor suplementares. O kit é composto por um permutador
de calor inserido na conduta de água da caldeira, um circulador para o circuito secundário, um vaso de expansão zincado de 30 litros, uma válvula de segurança 3 bar, um vaso de
expansão fechado e ligações hidráulicas. Tal como ilustra a
figura, o kit é colocado na parte superior do recuperador para
facilitar qualquer tipo de reparação.
