INTRODUÇÃO
INTRODUCTION
1. Quem somos?
A Tensai é um dos principais fabricantes de frio horizontal
da Europa. A primeira unidade do grupo, inaugurada
em 1989, tinha uma capacidade de produção de 5.000
unidades/ano. Atualmente dispõe de duas unidades
produtivas, com uma capacidade de produção total de
800.000 unidades/ano.
O grupo exporta 90% da sua produção, sendo já a maior
unidade da Península Ibérica.
1. Who are we?
Tensai is currently one of the largest manufacturers of
horizontal refrigeration equipment in Europe. The first
unit of the group opened in 1989 and had a capacity of
producing 5.000 units per year. Nowadays, the company
has two production units with a total production
capacity of 800.000 units per year.
The group exports 90% of its production and is already
the largest unit of the Iberian Peninsula.
A Tensai é uma empresa certificada no referencial
normativo ISO 9001:2008, para a qualidade e OSHAS
18001:2007 para a segurança. Procurando um
desempenho de excelência para o Cliente, a empresa
possui um núcleo de I&D com laboratório interno para
Investigação e Desenvolvimento de novos produtos.
Tensai is a company certified in the reference standard
ISO 9001:2008 for the quality and OHSAS 18001:2007
for safety. Looking forward the excellent performance
of the products, the company has a R&D laboratory for
internal Research and Development of new products.
2. O que fazemos?
A Tensai dedica-se ao fabrico de diversos equipamentos
de produção de frio, nomeadamente congeladores
horizontais e verticais, arcas frigoríficas, arcas de gelados,
conservadores para a indústria farmacêutica, caves de
vinho e outras soluções de frio que proporcionem um
leque alargado de opções aos nossos Clientes. Hoje,
todos os nossos produtos alcançam grande reputação
pelas suas características de desempenho, nos mais
diversos mercados mundiais.
Os nossos produtos são reconhecidos, em todos os
mercados onde atuamos, pela excelente relação
qualidade/preço e prestação técnica, resultado de um
intenso esforço no desenvolvimento de soluções que
realmente se adaptem às necessidades dos nossos
Clientes.
Flexibilidade de produção e tempo de entrega reduzido
são pontos fortes dos nossos serviços.
Na Tensai, trabalhamos com o objetivo de conseguir
clientes satisfeitos e fidelizados.
3. Onde estamos?
Estamos sediados em Portugal, mas o nosso mercado
é global. Os nossos produtos podem ser encontrados
em 4 continentes, em mais de 70 países para os quais
exportamos.
Temos unidades produtivas em Estarreja e Setúbal com
head offices no Porto e uma trading company em Viana
do Castelo.
4. Quais são as nossas metas?
A Tensai pretende consolidar o lugar de referência
no setor do frio, através do reconhecimento da sua
capacidade técnica e serviços prestados. Para tal,
a estratégia da empresa centra-se na aposta nos
mercados onde estamos presentes.
Os nossos objectivos principais são os seguintes:
- liderar a produção de frio doméstico e comercial, nos
próximos 5 anos, a nível Europeu;
- abrir unidades produtivas mais próximos dos mercados
em expansão e a consolidar.

Tensai is a company dedicated to the manufacture of
various cold production equipment, including horizontal
and vertical freezers, ice chests, conservative cabinets
for the pharmaceutical industry, wine cellars and
other solutions that provide a wide range of options
to our customers. Today, all our products achieve
high reputation for its performance characteristics in
different markets worldwide.
Our products are recognized in all markets where we
operate, for its excellent price/quality relation and
good technical performance, that result from an intense
effort in developing solutions that truly fit the needs of
our customers.
Production flexibility and fast delivery time are the
strengths of our services.
In Tensai, we work with the aim of getting satisfied and
loyal customers.
3. Where are we?
Tensai is based in Portugal, but our market is global.
Our products can be found on 4 continents in over 70
countries to which we export.
We have manufacturing plants in Estarreja and Setubal
with head offices in Oporto, and a trading company in
Viana do Castelo.
4. What are our goals?
Tensai intends to consolidate the reference place in
the cold production equipment, through recognition
of our technical capacity and services. For such, the
company’s strategy focuses on betting on markets
where we operate.
Our main objectives are:
- lead the domestic and commercial refrigeration
equipment production in the next five years, at
european level.
- open production facilities closer to expanding markets.

1. Qui sommes-nous?
Tensai est, actuellement, l’un des plus grands fabricants
dans le domaine des équipements de refroidissement
horizontal en Europe. La première unité du groupe,
inaugurée en 1989, avait une capacité de production de
5.000 produits/an. Actuellement, elle a à sa disposition
deux unités de production dont la capacité est de
800.000 produits/an.
Le groupe exporte 90% de sa production, étant ainsi la
plus grande unité de production de la Péninsule Ibérique.

Tensai es, actualmente, uno de los mayores fabricantes
de frio horizontal de Europa. La primera unidad del
grupo, inaugurada en 1989, tenía una capacidad de
producción de 5.000 unidades/año. Actualmente,
dispone de dos unidades productivas con una capacidad
total de producción de 800.000 unidades/año.
El grupo exporta 90% de su producción, siendo en este
momento la mayor unidad de la Península Ibérica.
Tensai est une entreprise certifiée dans le référencement
ISO 9001:2008, qualité et niveau de sécurité OSHAS
18001:2007. Notre entreprise garantit le plus haut
niveau de satisfaction et d’excellence pour nos clients.
Elle détient également un organisme de I&D avec un
laboratoire interne d’Investigation et Développement
de nouveaux produits.
2. Que faisons-nous?
Tensai se dédie à la fabrication de divers équipement
dans la production de froid, plus précisemment, des
congélateurs horizotaux et verticaux, des congélateurs
domestiques,
congélateurs
commerciaux
pour
glacês, des entrepôts pour conservation de produits
pharmaceutiques, des caves à vin et autres solutions
de froid, soit un large éventail de choix pour nos
clients. Aujourd’hui, tous nos produits ont atteints une
des meilleures réputation et ceci au niveau Mondial,
notamment dues à leurs caractéristiques de la qualité
et de la puissance.
Nos produits sont reconnus, dans tous les secteurs oú
nous travaillons, de part son excenlente relation qualité/
prix et prestations techniques. Ceci est le résultat de nos
efforts intenses dans le développement de solutions
qui s’adaptent réellement aux besoins de nos clients.
La fléxibilité dans la production et le temps de livraison
réduit sont des points forts de nos serviçes.
Chez Tensai, nous travaillons avec pour objectif de
toujours satisfaire nous clients et de les fidéliser.
3. Oú sommes-nous?
Nous sommes basés au Portugal, mais l’étendu de notre
marché est global. Vous pouvez trouver nos produits sur
les 4 continents, dans plus de 70 pays oú nous exportons.
Nous avons des usines de fabrication à Estarreja et
Setubal, avec notre maison mère à Porto et une trading
company à Viana do Castelo.
4. Quelles sont nos valeurs et ambitions?
L’entreprise Tensai a comme objectif de consolider la place
de leader et référence dans le secteur du froid, et ceci
grâce à la reconnaissance de sa capacité technique et aux
serviçes présentés. Pour cela, la stratégie de l’entreprise
est de miser sur les marchés où nous exportons.
Nos objectifs principaux sont les suivants:
- nous implanter comme leader dans la production de
froid domestique et commercial, dans les 5 prochaines
années, à niveau européen;
- ouvrir les usines de fabrication plus proche des marchés
en expansion.

18001:2007 para la seguridad. Procurando un
desempeño de excelencia para el Cliente, la empresa
posee un núcleo de I&D con laboratorio interno para la
Investigación y Desarrollo de nuevos productos.
2. Qué hacemos?
Tensai se dedica a fabricar diversos equipamientos de
producción de frio, más concretamente congeladores
horizontales e verticales, arcas frigoríficas, arcas de
helados, conservadores para la industria farmacéutica,
bodegas de vino y otras soluciones de frio que
proporcionen un vasto campo de opciones a nuestros
clientes. Hoy, todos los productos alcanzan una gran
reputación por las buenas características de desempeño
en los más diversos mercados mundiales.
Nuestros productos son reconocidos en todos los
mercados donde actuamos por su excelente relación
calidad/precio y prestación técnica. Esto es resultado de
un intenso esfuerzo en el desarrollo de soluciones que
realmente se adaptan a las necesidades de nuestros
clientes.
Los puntos fuertes de nuestros servicios son la
flexibilidad de producción y el tiempo de entrega
reducido. En Tensai, trabajamos con el objetivo de
conseguir clientes satisfechos y fidelísimos.
3. Dónde estamos?
Estamos asentados en Portugal, pero nuestro mercado
es global. Nuestros productos pueden ser encontrados
en 4 continentes, en más de 70 países para los cuales
exportamos.
Tenemos unidades productivas en Estarreja y Setúbal
con una head offices en Oporto, y una trading company
en Viana do Castelo.
