L’AIPi intende istituzionalizzare, identificare e valorizzare la figura dell’interior designer e
tramite questo concorso vuole mettere in risalto le qualità culturali, creative e tecniche del
progettista d’interni che:
Identifica, ricerca e risolve creativamente i problemi appartenenti alla funzione dell’ambiente
interno;
Esegue servizi relativi agli spazi interni, che includono programmazione, studio del progetto,
progettazione del posto, estetica ed ispezione del lavoro, impiegando la pratica e la conoscenza
specializzata di costruzione d’interni, sistema edilizio e componenti, norme edilizie, attrezzatura,
materiali e arredamento;
Prepara disegni e documenti relativi al progetto dello spazio interno;
per intensificare la qualità di vita e proteggere salute, sicurezza e benessere del pubblico:
(Questo documento, adottato dall’Assemblea Generale dell’I.F.I ad Amburgo nel Maggio 1983,
è stato riconfermato nell’Assemblea ECIA del 1992, di cui AIPi è socio fondatore).

Art. 1 Tema del Concorso (edizione 2011-2012)
Il tema di questo Concorso “ Progetta la nuova Casa per la Mia Terza Età ” verte sulla
progettazione dello spazio interno di un primo piano di una struttura ecclesiale esistente , da
destinare a Casa di Riposo per Anziani . Numerosi studi di settore sottolineano lo stato di disagio e di emarginazione di cui gli anziani, della cosiddetta “terza età”, sono soggetti; molti di loro
vivono soli ed emarginati per mancanza, o per “insufficienza”, di un nucleo familiare compatto
che possa rivolgere loro quelle attenzioni che meritano e devono avere. L’anziano è inoltre
impossibilitato, per carenze di strutture idonee e per “forma mentis sociale”, a far corretta parte
della vita quotidiana, essendo egli stesso “padre” delle presenti generazioni “dinamiche”. E’
quindi scopo ed obiettivo di questo progetto creare una struttura che possa accogliere le esigenze domestiche, e non solo, dei soggetti “over 65”, ricercare dunque un “luogo dell’abitare”che
potesse essere “specchio” del soggetto anziano in relazione alle abitudini al consumo dello
spazio abitativo e degli oggetti che lo compongono. Un progetto questo che deve dunque tener conto della personalità e delle esigenze del soggetto “fruitore”, che debba essere parte di
un “concept”globale e non ghettizzante che metta la struttura in stretta comunicazione con la
città, che sia attento all’uso appropriato dei materiali da utilizzare, in attinenza alle funzioni
motorie in essere ed in vista di eventuali future disfunzioni. Un’attenta analisi dovrà essere
rivolta inoltre alla tecnologia domotica, valido supporto per l’essere umano in genere e per
l’anziano in particolare, ed alla analisi della distribuzione del colore nei locali dell’accoglienza, intesa quest’ultima come “apporto terapeutico” in relazione a quanto già scientificamente
comprovato. Un progetto dunque che possa dare ai componenti la “terza età” un modo per
riappropriarsi della società di cui fanno parte attraverso luoghi che ne favoriscano l’aggregazione sociale e donino loro gli elementi per essere protagonisti attivi della loro stessa vita.
Elementi principali del progetto
Si chiede la progettazione interna di un Nucleo funzionale, dove il Nucleo composto da 24 posti
letto, racchiude: Alloggi
• Ambienti ad uso comune
• Ambienti Collettivi
• Ambienti organizzativi
- Alloggi: l’alloggio è costituito da un vano, dotato di servizio igienico completo, il tutto
armonizzato in modo da consentire all’anziano una vita autonoma, nei vari momenti della
giornata, le sup. minime del vano escluso il servizio igienico, sono:
1 posto letto 12 mq, 2 posti letto 20 mq, 3 posti letto 26 mq , 4 posti letto 34 mq (la
tipologia dell’alloggio è di esclusiva scelta del candidato)
- Ambienti ad uso comune: si dovrà disporre di un ambiente soggiorno, allo scopo di
consentire adeguata forma di socializzazione e si dovrà prevedere il seguente parametro
minimo di mq 2/1 utente ed una sala pranzo prevedendo il parametro minimo di mq
1,50/1 utente
- Ambienti collettivi: racchiudono tutti i servizi che possono essere usufruite anche da
persone provenienti dall’esterno: sala riunioni e spettacoli prevedendo il parametro
minimo di mq 1,00/1 utente, sala di riabilitazione per consentire agli anziani il
mantenimento di una efficiente condizione motoria, prevedendo una sup. minima di mq
40,00, locale Ambulatorio, che deve consentire il controllo sanitario periodico, prevedendo
una sup. minima di mq 15,00, locale pluriuso, deve consentire i servizi di igiene e cura
della persona, ad uso barbiere e parrucchiere, podologo, prevedendo una sup. minima di
mq 15,00.
tutti gli ambienti ad uso collettivo devono essere dotati di servizi igienici
- Ambienti organizzativi: si intendono quegli spazi per il personale operativo, quale: 1
Responsabile di Nucleo, 1 infermiere professionale, 1 assistente sociale, 2 assistenti
ausiliari.
Inoltre non si richiede l’ubicazione di servizi generali (uffici, segreteria …) poiché si
intendono esistenti al piano terra della struttura.
L’interior designer deve attribuire al progetto valori significativi, attraverso la creatività,
l’utilizzo di nuove tecniche, materiali innovativi ed ecocompatibili, tenendo in considerazione
il rispetto delle normative, affinchè gli spazi siano accessibili, usufruibili e funzionali a tutte
le tipologie di utenti, in particolare valutando con attenzione che il progetto rispetti tutte le
normative affinchè sia accessibile a individui portatori di handicap.
Art. 5 Elaborati e scadenze
Al fine di garantire la possibilità di una mostra, tutti gli elaborati, in forma anonima, dovranno
essere contenuti entro tre tavole tassativamente rigide, pena l’esclusione, in formato 50x70,
redatte orizzontalmente o verticalmente con qualunque tecnica rappresentativa.
Gli elaborati dovranno essere accompagnati da una relazione descrittiva, in formato A4, non
superiore a tre pagine dattiloscritte, e da un supporto magnetico (CD) contenente le foto dei
lavori e dei partecipanti ed il loro curriculum.
Tutte le comunicazioni e diciture riferite al progetto in concorso dovranno essere redatte in
italiano e in inglese, maggiori dettagli saranno inclusi nella cartella di concorso.
Tutti gli elaborati dovranno pervenire alla segreteria AIPi entro il 30 Maggio 2012.
Gli elaborati potranno essere spediti a mezzo postale o con corriere espresso e farà fede la data
di spedizione; inoltre, gli elaborati potranno essere direttamente consegnati a mano presso la
segreteria ed in questo caso sarà rilasciata regolare ricevuta di avvenuta consegna.
Tutte le spedizioni saranno a cura, spese e responsabilità dei concorrenti. In ogni caso saranno
ammessi solo gli elaborati pervenuti entro 7 giorni dopo la scadenza, ma spediti entro la
scadenza; tutti gli altri saranno esclusi.
La segreteria e l’organizzazione non si assumono responsabilità riguardanti ritardi o smarrimenti
postali.
Gli elaborati dei vincitori e dei segnalati non saranno restituiti; tutti gli altri, dopo l’uso per
le mostre, saranno restituiti, se richiesti per iscritto e se ritenuti non necessari da AIPi ai fini
dell’esercizio di quanto previsto dall’art. 11, a spese del richiedente.
Le richieste di restituzione dovranno pervenire entro sessanta giorni dalla fine dell’ultima mostra
del concorso,. I materiali non ritirati entro 60 giorni successivi saranno distrutti al macero.
Gli elaborati non devono contenere “MOTTI “previa esclusione, poiché è un modo di
individuazione del progetto.
Art. 2 Categorie e Partecipazione
Il Concorso è diviso in due categorie:
categoria 1: rivolta ai progettisti liberi professionisti quali interior designer, designer, architetti,
geometri e ingegneri italiani e stranieri che, per studio o per professione, siano impegnati
nell’interior design e nelle arti applicate;
categoria 2: rivolta agli studenti italiani e stranieri di Istituti Superiori, Università e Accademie
che, per studio, sono impegnati nell’interior design e nelle arti applicate.
La partecipazione è ammessa singola e/o in gruppo; nel caso di partecipazione in gruppo, pur
riconoscendo la paternità del progetto presentato a tutto il gruppo, sarà necessario indicare
un Capogruppo quale unico referente nei confronti dei rapporti con l’organizzazione del
concorso.
I candidati possono partecipare con una o più proposte purchè iscritte e presentate
separatamente.

Esclusioni
Non possono partecipare al Concorso:
I membri della Giuria, i loro coniugi e parenti fino al terzo grado ed i loro collaboratori;
I membri del CdA AIPi, i loro coniugi e parenti fino al terzo grado ed i loro collaboratori;
I membri della Commissione Soci AIPi, i loro coniugi e parenti fino al terzo grado ed i loro
collaboratori;
I dipendenti delle società sponsorizzatrici, i loro coniugi e parenti fino al terzo grado;
Coloro i quali hanno collaborato alla stesura del suddetto bando, i loro coniugi e parenti fino
al terzo grado.

Art. 9 Risultati e Divulgazione
I lavori della Giuria si completeranno entro il mese di Luglio 2012, i risultati saranno resi noti
ai vincitori mediante comunicazione raccomandata ed inoltre diffusi a mezzo stampa e con
un’apposita manifestazione di premiazione.
La Giuria diffonderà, in occasione della cerimonia di premiazione, una relazione conclusiva
indicante i criteri di valutazione e la motivazione dei progetti premiati.
I progetti vincitori saranno esposti in una mostra e presentati al pubblico nella cerimonia di
premiazione che si terrà entro il mese di Dicembre 2012.
L’organizzazione si riserva inoltre la possibilità di pubblicare i lavori pervenuti sulla stampa
specializzata, nonché di realizzare un catalogo delle opere pervenute.
I partecipanti al Concorso con l’invio dei progetti acconsentono all’utilizzo dei loro materiali ai
fini sopra elencati. Nulla sarà dovuto ai concorrenti per gli usi di cui sopra.
Art. 3 Iscrizione
Per partecipare al Concorso è obbligatoria un’iscrizione che avverrà compilando l’apposito
modulo reperibile sul sito www.aipi.it che, regolarmente compilato, dovrà essere spedito tramite R.R. o via e-mail, con attestazione di avvenuto pagamento, presso la segreteria AIPi, con

Art. 10 Accettazione
Con l’invio dei progetti e di una copia del presente bando regolarmente sottoscritta, i concorrenti
(siano essi singoli o gruppi di lavoro) accettano, senza riserve, le condizioni espresse nel bando
e le decisioni della Giuria, sia per l’interpretazione del bando che per la valutazione delle opere
in competizione.

Art. 11 Controversie, competenza esclusiva
Per qualunque controversia a qualsiasi titolo derivante dalla adesione e partecipazione al
concorso di cui al presente bando, sarà (esclusivamente) competente a decidere per territorio
il foro di Monza con esclusione di qualunque altro foro eventualmente concorrente anche per
via di connessione.

L’Aipi a l’intention d’institutionnaliser, identifier et valoriser la figure de l’interieur designer
et par ce concours il veut mettre en evidence les qualities culturelles,créatives et techniques de
l’architecte d’interieurs qui:
Identifie,recherché et résoud en manière creative les problems concernant la fonction du milieu
interne.
Il execute des services relatives aux spaces intérieurs, qui comprennent la programmation,
l’étude du projet, le projet du lieu, l’ésthetique et l’inspection du travail, en employant la
pratique et la connaissance spécialisée de construction d’intérieurs, système de construction
et composantes, consignes de construction, outillage, matériaux et décors. Il prepare dessins
et documents relatives au projet de l’espace intérieur, pour intensifier la qualité de la vie et
protéger santé,sécurité et bien-etre du public.
Ce document, adopté par l’Assemblée Générale de l’IFI à Hambourg en Mai 1986, a été
confirmé dans l’Assemblée ECIA de 1992, dont AIPI est socio-fondateur.
Art. 1 Theme du Concours (edition 2011-2012)
Le theme de ce concours “Projète la nouvelle Maison pour le troisième age” se base sur le
projet de l’espace intérieur d’un premier étage d’une structure écclesiale existante, à destiner
à Maison de Retraite pour les personnes agées. Nombreux etudes de secteur soulignent l’état
de malaise et de mrginalisation dont les personnes agées, du soi-disante “troisième age”, sont
sujets: beaucoup d’eux vivent tous seuls et marginalizes pour défaut, ou pour “insuffisance”,
d’un noyau familil uni qui leur puisse addresser ces égards-là qu’ils méritent et doivent avoir.
La personne agée est en outré mise dans l’impossibilité de, cause de carences de structures
aptes et par “forma mentis sociale”, de faire partie correcte de la vie quotidienne, étant luimeme “père des generations” actuelles “dynamiques”. C’est donc le but et l’objectif de ce
projet de créer une structure qui puisse accueillir les exigencies familiales et, non seulement,
des sujets “over 65”, rechercher donc un “lieu de l’habiter” qui puisse etre “miroir” du sujet
agé en relation aux habitudes à la consummation de l’espace d’habitation et des objets qui le
composent. Un projet, cela, qui doit tenir compte de la personnalité et des exigencies du sujet
“destinateur”, qui doit etre partie d’un “concept” global et non isolant, qui mette la structure
en étroite communication avec la ville, qui soit attentif à l’usage approprié des matériaux à
utiliser, en rapport aux fonctions motrices en etre et en vue d’éventuelles troubles futures. En
outré on devra addresser une attente analyse à la technologie domotique, valuable support pour
l’etre humain en general et pour l’homme agé en particulier, et à l’analyse de la distribution
de la couleur dans les locaux de l’accueil, entendu ce dernier comme “apport therapeutique”
“en relation” à ce qui a été scientifiquement démontré. Un projet, donc, qui puisse donner aux
members du “troisième age” un moyen pour se réapproprier de la société dont ils font partie ou
des lieux qui en favourisent l’aggrégation sociale et qui leur donnent les éléments pour etre des
protagonistes actifs de leur meme vie.
Elements principaux du projet
On demande le projet intérieur d’un noyau fonctionnel, où le noyau compose de 24 poste-lit,
comprend:
• Logements
• Milieux à utilisation commune
• Milieux collectives
• Milieux d’organisation
-Logements: le logement est compos6e d’une piece, doté de salles de bains completes, tout
harmonisé pour permettre à l’homme agé une vie autonome, dans les différentes parties de la
journée, les superficies minimes de la pièce exclue la salle de bains sont:
1 poste-lit 12 mètres carrés, 2 postes-lit 20 mètres carrés, 3 postes-lit 26 mètres carrés, 4 posteslit 34 mètres carrés ( la typologie du logement est de choix exclusive du candidat).
- Milieux à utilisation commune: On devra disposer d’un milieu séjour, au but de permettre
une adequate forme de socialization et on devra prévoir le suivant parameter minime de mètres
carrés 2/1 usager et une salle à manger en prévoyant le parameter minime de metres carrés
1.50/ 1 usager.
-Millieux collectives: Ils comprennent tous les services qui peuvent aussi etre utilizes par des
personnes provenant de l’extérieur: salle reunions et spectacles en prévoyant le parameter
minime de mètres carrés 1.00/ 1 usager, salle de rehabilitation pour permettre aux personnes
agées le maintien d’une éfficace condition motrice, en prévoyant une superficie minime de
metres carrés 40.00; local Ambulatoire, qui doit permettre le control medical périodique, en
prévoyant une superficie minime de mètres carrés 15.00, locale à plusieurs usages, qui doit
permettre les services d’hygiène et soin de la personne, à usages coiffeur pour homes et femmes,
podologue, en prévoyant une superficie minime de mètres carrés 15.00.
Tous les milieu à usage collectif doivent etre dotés de salle de bain.
-Milieux organisatifs: On entend les espaces pour le personnel opératif, tels que: 1 Responsable
de noyau, 1 infirmier porfessionnel, 1 assistant social, 2 assistants auxiliers.
En outré on n’exige pas l’emplacement de services généraux (bureau,secretariat) car on entend
existant au rez-de-chaussée de la structure.
L’intérieur designer doit attributer au projet des valeurs signifiantes, par la créativité, l’utilisation
de nouvelles techniques, de matériaux innovateurs et ecocompatibles, tenant en consideration le
respect des réglémentations, afin que les espaces soient accessible, juissables et fonctionnelles à
toutes les typologies de usagers, en particulier en evaluant avec attention que le projet respecte
toutes les réglémentations afin que ce soit accessible aux individus handicaps.
Art. 2 Categories et partecipation
Le Concours est subdivisé en deux categories:
catégorie 1: adressée aux auteurs de projet à profession libérale, tels que interior designer,
designer, architects, géomètres et ingénieurs italiens et étrangers qui, pour etude ou profession,
soient pris dans l’intérior design et dans les Arts appliqués;
catégorie 2: adressée aux étudiants italiens et français des Ecoles Superieuses, Universités et
Academies qui, pour etude, sont pris dans l’interior design et dans les Arts appliqués.
La participation est admise individuelle ou en groupe; au cas de participation en groupe, meme
si reconnaissant la paternité du projet présenté à tout le groupe, il sera nécessaire d’indiquer un
Chef-groupe quell unique referent à l’égard des rapports avec l’orgnisation du concours.
Les candidats peuvent participer par une ou plus de propositions pourvu qu’elles soient inscrites
et présentées séparément.
Art. 3 Inscription
Pour participer au Concours est obligatoire une inscription qui se passera en remplissant le
formulaire trouvable dans le site www.aipi.it qui, régulierèment rempli, devra etre expédie par
R.R. ou par e-mail, avec attestation de paiement arrivé, près du Secretariat AIPI, par la forme

A la suite de l’inscription, les candidats recevront la fiche du concours, près du siège du
concours, contenant toutes les renseignements et les modalités de présentation des copies.
Pour ultérieurs renseignements et/ou explications, veuillez contacter le Secretariat du Concours,
près du siege AIPI, tous les jours de 10 h à 13 h, exclue le Samedi et les jours féries.

Art. 5 Les inscriptions et les dates limites
Afin de garantir la possibilité d’une exposition, toutes traitées sous forme anonyme, seront
contenues dans les trois conseils absolument rigide, sous peine d’exclusion, format 50x70,
tirées horizontalement ou verticalement avec un représentant technique
Les inscriptions doivent être accompagnées d’un rapport descriptif, au format A4, pas plus de
trois pages dactylographiées, et un support magnétique (CD) contenant les photos de l’ouvrage,
les photos des participants et leur curriculum.
Tous les avis et les déclarations relatives au projet à la compétition doivent être rédigés en
italien et en anglais. Plus de détails seront inclus dans le dossier de la compétition.
Tous les projets doivent être soumis au secrétariat AIPi au plus tard le 30 mai 2012
Les projets seront envoyés par la poste ou par courier et sera la date d’expédition, en plus, les
entrées peuvent être directement remis en mains propres à l’Office et dans ce cas sera délivré
un récépissé de livraison.
Tous les envois seront à la charge et la responsabilité des concurrents. En tout cas, permettra
uniquement les entrées dans les 7 jours après la date limite, mais envoyées dans les délais, tous
les autres seront exclus.
Le Secrétariat et l’organisation n’assume pas les responsabilités de retards postaux ou de perte.
Les œuvres des vainqueurs ne seront pas retournés et signalés, et tous les autres, après leur
utilisation pour des expositions, sera retourné, si demandé par écrit et si jugées inutiles par AIPI
pour l’application des dispositions de l’art. 11, à ses propres frais.
Les demandes de remboursement doivent être reçues dans les soixante jours à compter de la fin de
la dernière montre de la compétition. Les matériaux non collectées dans les 60 jours seront détruits.

Art. 9 Résultats et diffusion
Le travail effectué par le jury sera complété d’ici la fin de Juillet 2012, les résultats seront
annoncés aux gagnants par courrier recommandé et diffusé par la presse et une spéciale de
remise des prix événement.
Le jury se répandra, lors de la cérémonie, un rapport final indiquant les critères d’évaluation et
de motivation des projets primés.
Les projets gagnants seront présentés dans une exposition et présenté au public dans la
cérémonie qui se tiendra au cours du mois de Décembre 2012.
L’organisation se réserve également la possibilité de publier les œuvres reçues dans la presse
spécialisée, ainsi que de créer un catalogue des œuvres.
Les participants au concours en envoyant leur consentement à ce projet pour les matières
énumérées ci-dessus. Rien ne sera due à la concurrence pour les usages décrits ci-dessus.
Art. 10 Acceptation des conditions de la compétition
Avec la soumission de projets et d’une copie de cet avis dûment signé, les concurrents (qu’ils
soient des individus ou des groupes de travail) d’accepter, sans réserve, les conditions énoncées
dans l’avis et les décisions du jury, tant pour l’interprétation du contrat que pour l’évaluation
des œuvres en compétition.
Art. 11 Les litiges, compétence exclusive
Pour tout litige de quelque nature découlant de l’adhésion et la participation à la compétition
en vertu du présent communiqué, sera (exclusivement) ayant compétence territoriale de décider
le tribunal de Monza avec l’exclusion de toute autre juridiction peut également être partagée

Edição 2011/12 “Progetta la nuova Casa per la Mia Terza Età”
“Projeta a novo Lar para a minha Terceira Idade”
Aipi pretende institucionalizar, identificar e valorizar a figura do Designer de Interiores,
e através deste Concurso pretende destacar as qualidades culturais, criativas e técnicas do
Designer de Interiores che:
Identifica, pesquisa e resolve criativamente os problemas que pertencem às funções do ambiente
interno;
Executa serviços relacionados aos espaços internos, incluindo programação, concepção do
projeto, estética e inspeção do trabalho, empregando a prática e o conhecimento especializado
de construção de interiores, sistemas construtivos e componentes, normas de construção,
equipamentos, materiais e mobiliário;
Prepara desenhos e documentos relativos à concepção do espaço interno; para melhorar a
qualidade de vida e proteger a saúde, segurança e bem-estar do público:
(Este documento, adotado pela Assemblea Geral da IFI em Hamburgo em Maio 1983, foi
reconfirmado na Assemblea ECIA de 1992, da qual AIPi é socia fundadora).
Art. 1 Tema do Concurso (edição 2011-2012)
O tema deste Concurso “Projeta o novo Lar para a minha Terceira Idade” centra-se a
concepção do espaço interno do primeiro andar de uma estrutura eclesiastica existente, que será
destinada a Casa de Repouso para Idosos. Numerosos estudos do setor destacam o estado de
desconforto e alienação a qual os idosos, a chamada “terceira idade”, são sujeitos; muitos deles
vivem sozinhos e marginalizados devido à falta, o por “fracasso”, de um nucleo familhar que
lhes possa dar a atenção che merecem. Além disso, o idoso é incapaz, por falta de estruturas
adequadas e por “forma mentis social”, de fazer parte da vida cotidiana, sendo ele mesmo
“pai” das presentes gerações “dinâmicas”. È portanto o propósito e escopo deste projeto criar
uma estrutura que possa atender as exigencias domésticas, e não apenas daqueles “over 65”,
encontrar portanto um “lugar de vida” que possa ser um “espelho” do idoso em relação aos
hábitos de consumo do espaço e dos objetos che o compõem. Este projeto deve levar em contar
a personalidade e as necessidades do “usuário”, che deve fazer parte de um “concept” global
e não de um “gueto”, che coloque a estrutura em estreita comunicação com a cidade, que seja
atento ao uso apropriado dos materiais da utilizar, em coerência às funções motoras existentes
e em vista de eventuais futuras falhas. Uma análise cuidadosa deverà ser direcionada para a
tecnologia de automação residencial, um forte apoio para o ser humano em geral e para o idoso
em particolar, e a análise das cores nos locais de acolhência, sendo esta última entendida como
“contribuição terapêutica” em relação ao que tem sido cientificamente comprovada. Assim, um
projeto que possa dar aos membros da “terceira idade” um modo para recuperar a sociedade da
qual fazem parte através de lugares che favorecem o agregação social e lhes doam os elementos
para serem particpantes ativos em suas próprias vidas.
Elementos principais do projeto
Se deverá projetar internamente un Núcleo Funcional, onde o Núcleo será composto de 24
leitos, incluindo:
• Alojamento
• Ambientes de uso comum
• Ambientes coletivos
• Ambientes organizacionais
- Alojamento: o Alojamento é composto de um único ambiente, com banheiro, tudo harmonizado
em modo de permitir ao idoso uma vida independente, em diferentes momentos do dia. As
superfícies minimas do ambiente, escluso o banheiro, são: 1 leito 12m2, 2 leitos 20m2, 3 leitos
26m2, 4 leitos 34m2 (a escolha dos tipos de acomodação é de responsabilidade do candidato)
- Ambientes de uso comum: si deverá dispor de um ambiente que permita uma adequada
socialização e se deve prever o seguinte parâmetro minimo: 2m2 / 1 usuário e uma sala de jantar
com 1,50m2 /1 usuário.
- Ambientes coletivos: abrange todos os serviços che poderão ser utilizados também das pessoas
externas: sala de reunião e espetácolo considerando 1,00m2 / 1 usuário, sala de reabilitação para permitir que o idoso mantenha uma condição motora eficiente, considerando uma superfície
minima di 40m2, Clinica Local para o acompanhamento regular da saúde, considerando uma
superfície minima de 15m2, Sala Polivalente reservado aos serviços de higiene e cuidados
pessoais: cabelereiro, barbeiro, podólogo, considerando uma superfície mínima de 15m2. Todos
os ambientes de uso coletivo devem ser equipados de banheiros.
- Ambientes organizacionais: sao aqueles espaços para o pessoal operacional, como: 1 Chefe
da Unidade, 1 Enfermeiro, 1 Assistente Social e 2 Assistentes Auxiliares. Além disso, não
é prevista a localização de serviços gerais (escritórios, secretaria…) porque estes existem no
andar térreo da estrutura.
O Designer de Interiores deve atribuir valores significativos ao projeto, através do uso
criativo de novas técnicas, materiais inovativos e ecocompatíveis, levando em consideração
o cumprimento dos regulamentos, de maneira que os espaços sejam acessíveis, disponíveis e
funcionais a todos os tipos de usuários , especialmente considerando cuidadosamente que o
projeto atenda todas as normas de maneira que seja acessível a individuos con deficiências.
Art. 2 Categorias e Partecipação
Categoria 1: destinado a profissionais como designers de interiores, designers, arquitetos,
agrimensores e engenheiros italianos e estrangeiros que, por estudo ou profissão estejam
envolvidos no design de interiores e artes aplicadas;
Categoria 2: destinado aos estudantes italianos e estrangeiros de escolas secundárias,
universidades e academias que, por estudo, estejam envolvidos no design de interiores e artes
aplicadas.
A participação é permitida individualmente e/ou em grupos, no caso de participação em
grupos, embora reconhecendo a paternidade do projeto apresentado ao grupo, é necessário
especificar uma pessoa como o único representante nas relações com a organização do
Concurso.
Os candidatos podem participar com uma ou mais propostas, desde que inscritos e apresentados
separadamente.

Concurso e apresentação dos trabalhos.

Art. 5 Trabalhos e Prazos
A fim de garantir a possibilidade de uma exposição, todos os projetos, ​​de forma anônima, serão
contidos dentro de três placas absolutamente rígida, sob pena de exclusão, no formato 50x70cm,
redigidos na horizontal ou vertical com qualquer representação técnica. Os trabalhos devem
ser acompanhados de uma relação descritiva, em formato A4, com no máximo três páginas
datilografadas, e um suporte magnético (CD) contendo as fotos dos trabalhos e dos participantes
e seus currículos. Todas as comunicações e declarações confida no projeto e relacionadas ao
Concurso devem ser escritas em Italiano e em Inglês; mais detalhes serão incluídos na pasta da
Concurso. Todos os projetos deverão ser entregues à Secretaria AIPi no máximo até o dia 30
de maio de 2012.
Os trabalhos podem ser enviadas por Correio ou Serviço Expresso de Entrega, contará a data
de expedição, além disso, os trabalhos podem ser entregues diretamente a Secretaria e, neste
caso, será emitido um recibo de entrega.
Todos os envios serão por conta e responsabilidade dos concorrentes. De qualquer forma, serao
aceitos somente os trabalhos recebidos até 7 dias apos a data limite, mas enviados até o prazo
final; todos os outros serão excluídos.
A Secretaria e a organização não assumem a responsabilidade por atrasos postais ou perdas.
Os trabalhos dos vencedores não serão devolvidos, e todos os outros, após o uso para
exposições, serão devolvidos, se solicitados por escrito e, se forem considerados não mais
necessários pela AIPI para os fins do disposto no art. 11, às custas do concorrente.
Os pedidos de devolução deverão ser enviados dentro de 60 dias a partir da data da
última mostra do Concurso. Os trabalhos não retirados no prazo de 60 dias serão eliminados.
Os trabalhos não devem conter “Lema”, passíveis de exclusão, uma vez que é uma forma de
identificar o projeto.

Art.9 Resultados e Divulgação
Os trabalhos do Júri serao concluídos até o final de Julho de 2012, os
resultados serão anunciados aos vencedores, por Correio registrado e divulgados pela
imprensa e um evento de premiação especial. O júri divulgará, na cerimônia
de premiação, os critérios de avaliação e motivação dos projetos premiados.
Os projetos vencedores serão apresentados em uma exposição e apresentados ao
público na cerimônia de premiação que se realizará no mês de dezembro de 2012.
A organização reserva-se também a possibilidade de publicar na imprensa especializada os
trabalhos recebidos , bem como criar um catálogo das obras.
Os participantes do Concurso, consentem o uso dos projetos en viados para os fins acima
descritos. Nada será devido aos concorrentes pelo uso acima descrito.
Art.10 Aceitação
Com a apresentação dos projetos e uma cópia do presente Aviso, devidamente assinado, os
concorrentes (sejam eles indivíduos ou grupos de trabalho) aceitam, sem reservas, as condições
estabelecidas no Aviso e as decisões do Júri, tanto para a interpretação do contrato que para a
avaliação das obras em competição.
Art. 11 Controvérsias, Competência exclusiva
Para qualquer controvérsia de qualquer tipo decorrentes da adesão e participação no Concurso
com o presente Aviso, será (exclusivamente) competente para decidir a jurisdição territorial de
Monza com a exclusão de qualquer outra jurisdição eventualmente concorrente mesmo por via
de conexão.

Article 1. The Competition Theme (Edition 2011-2012)
The theme of this contest “Design A New Home for My Third Age” focuses on the design
of the interior space of a first floor of an existing church, which is to become a Nursing Home
for the Aged. Numerous field studies highlight the state of discomfort and alienation of the
elderly, the so-called “third age”, are subjects, many of whom live alone and are marginalized
due to lack or neglect of their nuclear family that should give them the attention they deserve

Die AIPI wird zu institutionalisieren, zu identifizieren und zur Verbesserung der Figur des
Innenarchitekten, und durch diesen Wettbewerb sollen die kulturellen Eigenschaften und
Techniken der kreativen Innenarchitekten, dass Highlight:
Identifizieren und lösen Forschung und kreativ Probleme aus der Funktion des inneren
Milieus;

Art. 1 Thema des Wettbewerbs (Ausgabe 2011-2012)
Das Thema des Wettbewerbs “Design Ihr neues Zuhause für meine Third Age” konzentriert

Art. 5 Einträge und Fristen

Art. 9 Ergebnisse und Verbreitung
Die Jury bis Ende Juli 2012 abgeschlossen sein wird, werden die Ergebnisse an die Gewinner
per Einschreiben bekannt gemacht und von der Presse und einer speziellen Preisverleihung
Veranstaltung.
Die Jury wird sich ausbreiten, bei der Preisverleihung, einen Endbericht darüber, die
Bewertungskriterien und die Motivation der prämierten Projekte.
Die prämierten Projekte werden in einer Ausstellung präsentiert und der Öffentlichkeit
präsentiert in der Preisverleihung innerhalb des Monats Dezember 2012 statt.

Art. 5 Записи и сроки
В целях обеспечения возможности выставки, все обработанные в анонимной форме, будет
содержаться в течение трех абсолютно жесткой доски, под страхом исключения, 50x70,
составленный по горизонтали или вертикали с любым техническим представителем.
Записи должны сопровождаться описательным доклада, в формате А4, не более трех
машинописных страниц, и магнитные поддержки (CD), содержащих фотографии и
работы участников и их учебные программы.
Все уведомления и заявления, связанные с проектом в конкурсе, должны быть написаны
на итальянском и английском языках, более подробная информация будет включена в
папку конкуренции.
Все заявки должны поступить в секретариат не позднее 30 мая 2012 AIPi.
Записи могут быть отправлены по почте или с курьером, и будет датой отгрузки, кроме
того, записи могут быть доставлены непосредственно от руки в офис и в этом случае
будут выдаваться квитанция поставки.
Все поставки будут осуществляться за счет и ответственность конкурентов. В любом
случае, позволит только записи, полученные в течение 7 дней после срока, но послал в
срок, все остальные будут исключены.
Секретариат и организация не берет на себя ответственность за почтовые задержки или
потери.
Работы победителей не будет вернулся и доложил, и все другие, после их использования
для проведения выставок, будут возвращены, в случае просьбы в письменной форме и
если это будет сочтено ненужным AIPi для целей положений ст. 11, за свой счет.
Заявки на возврат, должны быть получены в течение шестидесяти дней с конца прошлого
показывает конкурса. Материалы не взимается в течение 60 дней будут уничтожены.
Записи не должны содержать “Мотто” при условии исключения, так как это
способ идентификации проекта.
Art. 6 Исключения
Они не могут участвовать в конкурсе:
Члены жюри, их супруги и родственники до третьего класса и их пособников;
Члены Совета AIPi, их супруги и родственники до третьего класса и их пособников;
Члены Члены комиссии AIPi, их супруги и родственники до третьего класса и их
пособников;
Сотрудники компаний-спонсоров, их супруги и родственники до третьей степени;
Те, кто сотрудничал в написании данного уведомления, их супруги и родственники до
третьей степени.

Art. 9 Результаты и их распространение
Жюри будет завершена к концу июля 2012 года, итоги будут подведены к победителям по
почте заказным письмом и распространил в прессе и специальные награждения события.
Жюри будет распространяться, на церемонии награждения, окончательный отчет с
указанием критериев оценки и мотивации награждены проекты.
Проектов-победителей будут продемонстрированы в выставке и представила публике в
церемонии награждения, которая состоится в декабре месяце 2012 года.
Кроме того, организация оставляет за собой возможность публикации присланных работ
в специализированной прессе, а также создать каталог работ.
Участники конкурса, отправив свое согласие на проект на материалы, перечисленные
выше. Ничего не будет из-за конкуренции применительно к описанным выше.
Art. 10 принятие
При представлении проектов и копию этого уведомления, должным образом подписанный,
конкурентов (будь то отдельные лица или рабочие группы) принять, без оговорок,
условий, указанных в уведомлении, и решения жюри, как для интерпретации контракта ,
что для оценки работы в конкурсе.
Art. 11 Споры, исключительной юрисдикции
При любом споре любого рода, вытекающих из членства и участия в конкурсе в
соответствии с настоящим объявлением, будет (только) с территориальной юрисдикцией
решить отверстие в Монце за исключением любой другой юрисдикции, также может
быть разделена соединения.
