OUR MEATS
Picanha
One of our most popular cuts, this prime part of the sirloin is served seasoned with sea salt or
flavoured with garlic.
Cordeiro
Fresh young leg of lamb sliced off the bone. Marinated with garlic, rosemary and lime
Picanha Nobre
It is the noblest part of the steak. Served in small pieces, is a tender meat and delicate flavor.
With a small amount of fat, shows the complexity of its flavour.
Alcatra
Cut from the top sirloin, this piece of meat is tender and full of flavour.
Costela de Porco
Mouth watering pork ribs slowly roasted and beautifully seasoned.
Fraldinha
Cut from the bottom sirloin and generously seasoned before slowly roasting.
Frango
Following the tradition of the churrascarias of Rio Grande do Sul in Southern Brazil, Tropeiro’s
gaucho chefs prepare chicken in two different ways. Guests may enjoy chicken legs lightly spiced,
basted in our special marinade. Or, savour our bacon wrapped chicken breasts kissed with a hint of
seasoning

Caipirinha
The Classic Brazilian Cocktail
The caipirinha has been around for a few hundred years. It is a delightful blend of fresh limes, sugar and
cachaça – a Brazilian spirit made from sugarcane. No one knows for sure who invented it. Some say workers
on sugarcane plantations concocted it. Others tell tales that the inventors were sailors transporting cachaça
to Portugal.
What we do know is it is distinctly Brazilian and delicious.
