Our Cheeses
We mature all our own cheeses in our cellars at Spitalfields Market which
are all sourced directly from producers and we use only the best quality
fresh and locally sourced products in our restaurant.
Here at Androuet, we pride ourselves on seasonal produce. All of our
menu and particulary our fine cheeses are selected for the time of year
for your enjoyment.
Soft cheeses, especially goats and ewe's milk, feature due to the new
spring season at breeding and quality of milk.
