February 19th, 2016. Dear Customer, We would like to inform that, for the purpose of maintaining service quality, CMA CGM has decided that the value of the Guarantee Deposit related to container delivery* (when applicable) will be included in the payment slip, with the pertinent loading charges, as from February 25th, 2016. This initiative aims to provide transparency and agility and, consequently, if the payment of all charges is settled via payment slip, it will not be necessary an additional deposit as for such guarantee, taking into consideration the same had been added to the payment slip. The guarantee restitution, once the container is properly delivered, still need to be linked to the following documents: Restitution Request** Person or Entity Register** Copy of the Payment Slip and its Receipt **Remark: both templates related to the above mentioned forms are available in our website www.cma-cgm.com/local/brazil/links or sent, when requested, via email ([email protected]) and will speed up the process of restitution.
