BEFORE USE
1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside (belly) of the donkey.
2. Using a small cross-head (positive) screwdriver, undo the screw that secures the battery
compartment door.

3. Install 3 AA batteries observing the polarity indicated.
4. Close the battery compartment door and replace the screw.
5. Make sure the ON/OFF button is set to ON.
6. Connect your switch to the jack socket that is on the end of the cable coming out of the
donkey at the edge of the battery compartment.

7. Activate your switch to make donkey
dance, flap his ears and sing (‘I
Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey
Bunch)). If left uninterrupted, the
singing lasts approximately 45
seconds. The Donkey works in a
latched way – that it is to say that
when you press your switch once,
the Donkey is activated till the switch
is pressed again. There is no need
to hold your switch down.
If
interrupted by a second press of
your switch, the third press will make
the Donkey start his song from the
beginning – NOT where he was
stopped.
8. Alternatively, press his leg where
indicated to start/stop his singing
and movement. Again, this works in
a latched way.
9. There is no volume control on this
product.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
This product should be surface washed only.
Do not immerse in water.
Allow to air dry naturally.
Replace the batteries as necessary.
Do not pull on the cable
Battery Care
• Install the batteries as indicated, observing the polarity +/• Do not mix old and new batteries
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries
• Remove weak or dead batteries
• Remove batteries if the product will be out of use for long periods
• Do not attempt to charge non-rechargeable batteries
• Do not short circuit the supply terminals
• Do not attempt to dispose of batteries by burning them
• If using rechargeable batteries, remove them from the product before recharging (if
removable)
TROUBLESHOOTING
In the unlikely event that your Donkey does not work with your switch, check:
• That the jack plug of your switch is firmly pushed into the jack socket of the Donkey
• That your Donkey’s switch is set to ON
• That the batteries are correctly installed and working – change these if necessary
• That if your switch requires batteries it has batteries in (check if your switch is at fault
rather than the donkey)
• Make sure the jack plug of the switch is appropriate to the donkey (6.35mm not 3.175mm
for example). Use an adapter if necessary

ANTES DE UTILIZAR
1. Localize o compartimento da bateria na parte de baixo do burro (na barriga).
2. Com a ajuda de uma chave de estrela, desaperte os parafusos que seguram o
compartimento da bateria.

3. Instale 3 pilhas AA tendo em consideração a polaridade indicada.
4. Feche o compartimento da bateria e volte a apertar os parafusos.
5. Coloque o botão ON/OFF, na posição ON.
6. Ligue o switch na entrada Jack que está na ponta do cabo que vem do burro.

7. Active o switch para fazer mexer o
burro e ouvir a sua canção (‘I Can’t
help Myself (sugar Pie Honey Bunch)).

CUIDADOS E MANUTENÇÃO
Este produto só deve ser lavado superficialmente.
Não deve imergir em água.
Deixe-o secar ao natural.
Substitua as pilhas sempre que necessário.
Não puxe o cabo.
CUIDADOS COM AS PILHAS
• Instale as pilhas conforme indicado, observando a polaridade +/• Não misture pilhas novas com pilhas velhas
• Não misture pilhas alcalinas com pilhas standard ou recarregáveis
• Remova as pilhas gastas ou fracas
• Remova as pilhas se o produto não for utilizado por um longo período de tempo
• Não tente carregar pilhas não recarregáveis
• Não coloque os terminais em curto-circuito
• Não queime as pilhas quando as deitar fora
• Se estiver a utilizar pilhas recarregáveis, remova-as do produto antes de as recarregar (se
forem removíveis)
RESOLUÇÃO DE PROBLEMAS
Na eventualidade de o seu burro não funcionar com o switch, verifique:
• Se o Jack está devidamente conectado
• Se o botão ON/OFF está na posição ON
• Se as pilhas estão colocadas correctamente e se estão a funcionar – mude-as se
necessário
• Se o switch necessita de pilhas e se estas estão instaladas (certifique-se se o problema é
mesmo do burro e não do switch)
• Se o Jack é apropriado para o burro (6.35mm e não 3.175mm por exemplo). Utilize um
adaptador se necessário
