Buscando esclarecer dÚvidas sobre a atuação profissional do fisioterapeuta frente ao recuroso CARBOXITERAPIA foi solicitado ao COFFITO a emissão de uma parecer sobre o caso. Ao analisar o referido parecer, verifiquei que a parecerista responsável cometeu alguns equívocos ao abordar certas questões antes de redigí-lo. Pontuei abaixo os referidos erros a fim de nortear melhor opinião dos fisioterapeutas usuários da CARBOXITERAPIA sobre os equívocos cometidos aqui. Ao analisar o curriculo Lattes da parecerista (http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.js p?id=K4737510Z1) verifiquei que a mesma não possui qualquer tipo de experiência comprovada na área de fisioterapia Dermato-Funcional e muito menos com a carboxiterapia, potanto, julgo questionável a capacidade técnica desta profissionlal para emitir parecer sobre este assunto! Encontrei mais de 30 publicações cientificas sobre carboxiterapia (ANEXO 1) I- Entendo que o fisioterapeuta, por ser um profissional de saúde, se enquadra na classe de profissionais habilitados ao uso da Carboxiterapia, e também em virtude de pouca complexidade do uso deste método. Alem disso, atualmente, fisioterapeutas têm, ao ministrarem cursos de extensão, contribuido para o aperfeiçoamento de profissionais médicos ao exercicio da Carboxiterapia. II- Os equipamentos utilizados atualmente no Brasil possuem registro na Vigilância Sanitária, portanto têm autorização para serem utilizados (ANEXO 2). Como mencionado acima, há varias referencias bibliográficas respaldando a tecnica da carboxiterapia por profissionais habilitados (ANEXO 1). No ANEXO 2 verifiquei que 3 dos aparelhos mais comercializados no Brasil têm registro na ANVISA. Isto faz com que a carboxiterapia tenha justificativa para uso na fisioterapia dermato-funcional Em virtude da grande variedade de publicações sobre a carboxiterapia (ANEXO 1), entendo ser esta uma técnica que possui respaldo na literatura, entretanto a parerista não conseguiu enxergar desta forma. É de se espantar que, mesmo existindo vários artigos publicados sobre carboxiterapia, a parecerista se baseou em dois sites da internet para amparar este documento. Tendo em vista a variedade de publicações existentes (ANEXO 1) sobre a carboxiterapia, penso que não houve intensão de se buscar a real comprovação sobre esta técnica na confecção deste parecer ou que tenha havido grande dificuldade para isso! Entendo que, apesar deste parecer não dar aval ao fisioterapeuta para a realização da carboxiterapia, o exercicio profissional para o uso desta técnica, por enquanto, deve ser regulado pelos CREFITOS em cada estado, pois ainda não houve uma proibição formal da utilização da técnica por parte do COFFITO. Como já mencionei, é de se espantar que um órgão como o COFFITO seja contundente ao afirmar a ausencia de comprovação cientifica para respaldar um parecer, apoiando sua opinião em sites da internet, sem ao menos buscar mecanismos concretos para justificar sua opinião.
