The Hospital Santa Marcelina pioneered the process of implementation of
Health Attention Program (PAS), held in São Paulo in 1996, starting with 9
basic units at the same time, with 27 healthcare family teams, average of 3
per unit. The Qualis project has expanded rapidly and the end of 2001 had
grown to 28 health facilities, 96 teams and a registered population of over
300,000 people. In this process the Santa Marcelina played an important part
in the reorganization of primary care to become a partner of the Secretariat
of east zone II of São Paulo, comprising the Cidade Tiradentes, Ermelino
Matarazzo, Guaianases, Itaim Paulista, Itaquera, São Mateus and São Miguel.
INOVA Patrimônio RFID solution is simple and quick installation, simply
download the app on any Android device. Upon logging in, all company
information is already pre-registered. The solution has manual completely
online vídeotutoriais and real-time support on the web. The software allows
the use of hybrid technology RFID, bar code or BRFID visual identification of

About the Solution
The Client: The APS Santa Marcelina aims to provide care, teaching, research and extension in Primary Health Care, reaching high
level and ensuring welfare, equity and solidarity in their actions.
Proposed Challenge: Decreases conference and asset control time, better precision for inventory using RFID.
Equipment: 900-BT reader and RFID tags.
Solution: Creation of a data structure in all the database, allowing an easy integration with legacy systems. Cloud databases,
allowing its easy scale instantly when new registries are made, plus backup security and redundancy in 24x7 use.
Functioning: The tag is attached to objects and the verification is made with the 900-BT reader, which identifies items in the
defferent rooms in the place, without the need of moving them. When the conference is finished it is possible to visualize information
about the asset, such as model, manufacturer, location, cost center, etc.
Differences / Practical Benefits: The use of an integrated database with the RFID system avoids errors, and also speeds up the
conference of materials to ensure asset control.
