MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquires regarding services and products;
- Inform customer about products, services, policies and processes.
PROFILE REQUIRED:
- Past experience in call centres and customer service assistance;
- Native language skills in Italian (verbal, reading, writing) + good in English (verbal, reading,
writing);
- Very good PC skills;
