We are very pleased to present you Cesar Mota & Rocha – Advogados law firm.
The firm was established in 2005, with the main goal of providing high quality legal
services for Brazilian and foreign companies operating in Brazil.
We perform our work bearing in mind that our mission is to apply knowledge to our
clients’ business, in order to contribute for their success, profitability and perpetuation. To
accomplish this relevant mission, we rely on a team of attorneys with solid academic

Practice Areas
Corporate Law and Securities
We assist clients on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate restructuring matters,
including the preparation and discussion of the necessary documents. We also assist
clients on issues related to the financial and capital markets.
Banking Law
We provide legal advice to financial institutions and especially assist clients with legal
advice on asset management, including investment funds matters.
Tax Law
We provide legal advice on tax matters, including tax planning, and represent clients on
administrative tax proceedings and lawsuits.
Administrative Law and Regulation
We provide legal consultancy services on Administrative Law, especially with regards to
business issues involving regulatory matters, biddings, public concessions, public-private
partnerships and non-governmental organizations.
Civil Law and Real Estate
We provide legal advice on Civil Law, especially on the drafting and negotiation of
business contracts. We assist clients on corporate structuring for the management of real
estate assets and assess legal risk for the acquisition of properties.
Litigation
We represent clients on disputes related to our practice areas before administrative
authorities and both judicial and arbitration courts.
