Assistência de Enfermagem a gestante em trabalho de parto

RESUMO
Este trabalho aborda aspectos funcionais ocorridos na assistência que o Enfermeiro presta à
parturiente na sala de pré-parto e também na sala de parto. Teve como objetivo principal
tentar minimizar a ansiedade, dor, e insegurança tanto da parturiente quanto da família. A
coleta de dados foi feita através de livros encontrados em biblioteca publica e privada, e
também através do levantamento bibliográfico on-line. Através da analise de dados foram
obtidas as seguintes categorias: estimulação a deambulação, ensinamento dos exercícios
respiratórios para alivio da dor, descrição das fases do trabalho de parto, e também da
atuação do Enfermeiro na assistência à parturiente. Constatou-se que a principal função da
enfermagem à parturiente em trabalho de parto é deixá-la confortável, evitando
procedimentos desnecessários, possibilitar a participação do pai na hora do parto, e também
maior empenho das instituições para humanização nas salas de parto.

ABSTRACT
This work approaches occurred functional aspects in the assistance that the quick Nurse to
the woman in labor in the room of daily pay-childbirth and also in the room of childbirth. It
had as objective main to try to minimize the anxiety, pain, and unreliability in such a way
of the woman in labor how much of the family. The collection of data was made through
books found in library publishes and private, and also through the bibliographical survey
on-line. Through it analyzes of data had been gotten the following categories: stimulation
the perambulation, teaching of the respiratory exercises for I alleviate of pain, description
of the phases of the work of childbirth, and also of the performance of the Nurse in the
assistance to the woman in labor. It was evidenced that the main function of the nursing to
the woman in labor in childbirth work is leaves it comfortable, preventing unnecessary
procedures, to make possible the participation of the father in the hour of the childbirth, and
also bigger persistence of the institutions for to humanized in the childbirth rooms.
