Herdade da Ajuda White Reserve is composed of Arinto
and Antão Vaz.
The grapes to Herdade da Ajuda White Reserve, were
collected by hand, through a careful selection and in a
perfect maturation period, providing an intense aroma,
freshness and acidity. The fermentation took place in
barrels with "battonage sur lies" followed by 5 months of
aging.
Complex aromas and well-defined of core fruit, apricot
and peach. The palate is round and unctuous, good end,
and acidity very well integrated.
Herdade da Ajuda white reserve is a Autumn wine that
goes well with white meat dishes or fat fish baked in the
oven.

Once stored in ideal conditions, this wine may be
